    I am very disappointed that I have to write this negative review. I chose this company based on the positive reviews on here and we had a less than stellar experience. We had two crews on the day of our move and one crew was 30 minutes late. They did call to say they were on their way, but I was not offered coffee and they boast about on their website. That's not a huge deal, but the problem arose when I noticed they were loading my furniture and items onto the truck without wrapping anything. When I asked them about it they told me not to worry and that they just drape it in the truck. They said it's faster that way. I felt uncomfortable pushing the issue and I foolishly assumed they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, several pieces of furniture and appliances were damaged as a result of their cutting corners. I later found out this is NOT their policy and they should have wrapped everything that came out of my house and onto the truck. I was offered a $100 discount at the time of the move after talking to Frank, who I believe is the franchise manager. Once we started settling in to our new home, I discovered a gouge in a dresser and a desk, along with a dent and chip in the front of my washing machine, and the door to my stainless steel refrigerator was scuffed up. I was very upset, as all of these were two years old and were purchased brand new when I moved into my previous home. Frank offered to come over and repair the items. He did not do a very good job and admitted he could not get everything back to original condition. He also left a large puddle of stainless steel cleaner on my garage floor where he was trying to buff out all of the scratches on my fridge. He said the insurance will cover 60 cents per pound for the items damaged and they would take away the items that we made a claim on. I found this unacceptable, since proper procedures were not followed and as far as I'm concerned we should not be bound to that insurance policy when they were negligent in handling our goods. I've tried to escalate this to the corporate level and I was supposed to get a callback from their customer satisfaction team two weeks ago. I still haven't heard anything. We would like the value of the items damaged to be credited back to us but we don't seem to be getting anywhere with it. Unfortunately, it looks like we are going to have to proceed with small claims court, which is very disappointing to have to take the time and effort to resolve something that should have never happened had their workers taken better care of our property.

When the issue was brought to his attention, Julio took accountability, and made the necessary arrangements to get my friends moved. Most importantly, he understood how critical it was for them to move that day and worked to make sure it happened. Things don't always go perfectly in business, but what matters is how problems are addressed when they arise. I appreciate Julio's professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making things right. The end result is that my friends were successfully moved into their new home on the day they had planned.     This could not have gone better! From the very first moment, the entire experience went so much…read morebetter than any other move I have ever done. First, upon contacting them, the person I spoke with was polite, professional, personable and knowledgeable. They clearly communicated everything I wanted to know and let me know how to use the links to upload photos and video for them to create their estimate. Once they did, they sent me the estimate, which was more reasonable than any others I had received. And they called to confirm I received it and ask if anything was not included in the inventory of the items to be moved. I added one thing I had forgotten and they adjusted it by a tiny amount. And they made sure I understood the minimum amount and that, should it take longer than expected, what the maximum would be, which was still very reasonable! Once I decided to choose them, their professional staff communicated with me at each step along the way, confirming dates and times were set, and making sure I knew what would be included and what to expect on the day of the move. They even called me, just to let me know that the employee who had done my original intake have moved to another job and introduce me to who would be handling my details going forward. As the move approached, I got a reminder message a week out, another as the deadline approached to add any last-minute items, and a phone call 3 days prior to make sure everything was all lined up and ready. On the morning of, I got another text letting me know that the movers were 45 minutes from arrival, which put them exactly on time...and that is precisely when they arrived! Paco and Jerry were our movers that day and were terrific - professional, helpful, careful and absolutely delightful people! Upon arrival, I met them both and we did a walk-through to make sure they knew exactly what needed to be moved and what was staying. Paco took me through and made sure if I had any questions as I signed the final paperwork. As I started that, Jerry immediately got to work...and he was FAST! By the time I walked in things were already getting securely and carefully wrapped and ready. Paco joined him and they completed it in record time, even making sure to organize things into the order they wanted to move them off at our destination. I headed to our delivery location for final preparation. And they were there before I knew it! They sent a text when they left the pick up location to give me their ETA, so I could be ready. When they arrived, once again, a brief walk through to confirm where things were to go. And then they started moving at light-speed again! They were fast...and STRONG. I couldn't believe how easily they moved some of the items. But they were incredibly careful and considerate as well. I had no concerns at all about any damage to items or my home. They finished right on time. After double checking, everything was in pristine condition, like it had never been touched! Clean and safe. As they finished on time, we did final signatures and they confirmed that there would not be any need for an increase over the minimum amount we agreed to. If you read this far, I am guessing I don't have to tell you, but I HIGHLY recommend this company and will most definitely be turning to them if I ever am moving anything anywhere again! And, as you can see in the photos, my cat, Ben Solo, approves as well!
