This is a great spot! They renovated recently and have a lot of space now, beautifully decorated and very clean. They take appointments but I usually do walk-in and haven't had to wait or come back later. The people are super nice and I've always had a great experience getting pedicures. They offer a couple different options but I usually stick with the classic--which comes with a leg massage, hot towel, and exfoliation. So relaxing and wonderful. They also have two pedicure stations for kids! They're Hello Kitty themed and so cute. Can't wait for my niece to get a little older so I can take her here for a girls date. read more

Services were decent I came in with my sister and niece for pedicures. We paid all together and with card, I usually tip but with the bill there was no option to add a tip. Before we left a worker (not the lady that did our pedicures) rudely approached us and said tips were REQUIRED. I informed her there was no option to add a tip to bill and she said oh we do Venmo or cash. I felt like it was extremely rude and unprofessional - neither of us carry cash and had to download Venmo in a hurry. Unsure why they don't automatically add a tip to the bill. Felt pretty fishy. Good service until I was asked to pay be Zelle... I wanted to pay by credit card but they were extremely insistent on using Zelle! I was extremely annoyed so I just sent the payment but of course my bank holds the payment as fraud because why wouldn't they??? So I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone with my bank getting the funds released so I could leave!! The door says the says the accept all credit cards but nope apparently just Zelle! Then when I tell them what amount I sent to Zelle they had the audacity to say "oh wait you sent the tips via Zelle too?? " There were no signs up stating Zelle only or was I warned before sitting down! I just feel like it wasn't good business ... We would have repeat customers because we did have good service but this part ruined the experience and was just a turn off. read more

I would like to start by saying we got the jelly pedicure and it was probably the best pedicure of my life. But I'm torn because these are the worst nails I've ever gotten in my entire life. They were done by the manager, I assume bc she was the only one out of uniform and seemed to be calling the shots. To conclude, she pretty much did them without consulting with me throughout on the shape and length. I'm literally calling my normal place tomorrow and am going to have to pay $80 just to get them redone. Absolutely terrible. read more

This was a last minute decision for my daughter and I So we had a hard time finding a place that was close by and open. We found this one and they were supposed to close at 7 and we got there at 6:30. So I was a little concerned they wouldn't let us in or would be upset we came in so late and give us attitude. Nope! They were gracious and welcoming. We both wanted gel manicures but I wanted to try the nail dip. I hadn't tried it before. Pretty cool. Very clean place, not super busy, prices were in line with other places nearby. We left about 7:45 and I never felt rushed. I didn't receive lotion or a hand/arm massage with my mani but that's pretty minor. Try them out! read more

I like the place as its clean and well kept . I did a pedicure and my daughter did nails. I like the pedicure and the massage but i was aksing the lady to put pressure on my legs and she didn't understood as she only spoke Mandarin and the owner didn't want to listen to my request which I didn't like. I would suggest them to listen to customers request and pivot. read more

My friend recommended this place from when she used to go often last year. Pro: Tammy seems very nice even though she did not do my pedicure. Ample parking. They have two children's pedicure chairs - super cute! They had a large television playing Netflix. It seems like they have a lot of happy repeat customers. Con: They are currently going through a renovation process, sounds like it has been going on for ~6 months now. The space was quite bare, there was a poster poorly taped to the wall. I would expect there to be some sort of discount or promotion going on to excuse the renovation but that was not an option. It was warm inside as well. I was mostly bummed about not getting offered a beverage when my neighbor was brought a water bottle and another neighbor had a glass of wine. No WiFi. There was a horribly rude customer, they handled her very well, but the entire staff was obviously talking about her and staring without trying to hide it. They were very busy which is a good sign, but if you don't make a reservation, you might be waiting for a long time. My toes came out fine, nothing special. I'm not sure if I will return to this location. read more
