This place is AMAZING! It is huge, clean and friendly. This is the second time I've been here and this experience was just as wonderful as the first. My technician, Phuong, was friendly. First thing she did was offer me something to drink - they have champagne (it was a Saturday) - and brought me a 16 oz bottle of water. They have containers filled with candy and other snacks for the asking. The services offered are a little different than other places I have gone and well worth the price. Honestly, I don't know how to rate this place . I have very mixed emotions here . First, It was my first time coming in today never been here before. The nail tech was super sweet (i think) and the place is immaculate! Super clean!!! As for the nail lady: overall she did an ok job. (I guess) let's get into it. -- sooo during the process I saw that she made two of my nails extremely crooked. The first nail, I noticed was my ring finger. I asked her if she could please file it more because it looked like it was going to too much to the right. Immediately, she said something in her own language to her friend sitting next to her I did not want to assume they were talking about me, but I had a feeling. She did file it and she asked me if it was better and I told her " almost" I requested she file it just a little bit more so it looks more straighter and she started saying something to her friend again. I went from assuming they were talking shit to they most likely were because they were talking in their own language and all of a sudden her friend said in English " she does a good job" and then continue to talk to themselves in their own language so it was very obvious, they said something about me in my request to make my nails straight. This already made me feel uncomfortable to tell her about my thumb, which was ridiculously crooked and very noticeable but I did ask that she would fix that one also and she got my thumb and filed it quickly and was like "is that better?" I just told her yeah, even though it was not better. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but inside I was super annoyed. Nails are expensive and when you go for a service you want it done correctly you don't want to come out with crooked nails. I also asked if she could do a small gel design and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was absolutely nothing like I showed her. The design she gave me look like she spilled glue on my nail and was like whatever about it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I was upset. I just didn't say anything. I'm going to post a picture of the gel design of what I wanted versus what I got. The gel design that I requested was supposed to be what looks like a swirl and thick as I mentioned above, she looks like she just rubbed a glue and the line was super squiggly . As a professional nail tech....like why???? I feel like the potential for this nail tech is absolutely there I just know that I can't ask for a design the next time I try her again. (which I will be going back to her to give her another chance.) I will share a picture of my nails. It wasn't a horrible job, it was just OK. Moving forward if I go with the nail tech again, I will not be requesting for her to do any type of design just because what she gave me was not what I asked for. I got my lip waxed here and the girl used a dirty used cotton pad with an eyelash extension on it to clean my lip after waxing. Very unsanitary I also was not satisfied with my nails they are very thick and the shape is not what I asked for. I also got a pedicure was told to put my feet in an unlined bowl to rinse off lotion before polish and gave me attitude when I asked her if the bowl was clean. The polish they used was old and clumpy and she had to repaint my toes 3x. She also tried to talk me into getting gel instead of regular multiple times. I honestly wish I took pictures of the nails I had gotten them a week or so ago, since they were all uneven and really thick. My left thumb was legitimately at a slant. Which brings me to now, I've since removed all the nails and my nails are now UNBELIEVABLY thin. They bend with the slightest amount of pressure which is very upsetting. I've gotten my nails done numerous times at so many other salons and whenever I removed the nails I've never had this issue. I had high hopes, especially given the glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my visits were disappointing. My first appointment was with a nail tech named Lien. I had taken seven months off from doing my nails to allow them to grow back strong and healthy, and I was genuinely excited to treat myself again. After doing some research, I decided to try a builder gel manicure--something natural, short, and non-damaging. When I explained what I booked for, Lien told me she needed to add tips to even out my nails. That made total sense, and I appreciated her input. She chose a pretty pink natural color, which I loved--until she said she was finished. That's when I noticed every nail was a different length and shape. It was almost unbelievable. I genuinely thought she was still in the middle of the shaping process, but no--she was done. I was close to asking for someone to fix them, but I didn't want to complain, so I paid and left. To top it off, I was charged nearly $60 for what I assumed would be a simple builder gel manicure. I didn't get any design or extra add-ons--just uneven nails. Later, I realized she hadn't done any of the basics--no cuticle care, no hand massage, not even lotion. I had to go home and file the nails myself just to make them somewhat presentable, and I'm not even a nail tech. Still, I wanted to give the salon the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I just got unlucky. So a couple of weeks later, I booked online with a different tech for a 6 PM appointment. When I arrived, the front desk staff seemed confused. After some shuffling, he found my appointment and said the tech I booked with was running behind because her client wanted more design work done. I said that was okay and kindly asked to be scheduled with someone else--anyone but Lien. Instead of accommodating that simple request, he responded with an almost rude tone and told me to look at colors while he "figured something out." A few minutes later, he came back and asked if I could wait 30 more minutes. I was stunned--there were at least 20 nail techs working, and not a single one was available for a basic manicure, even though I had a confirmed appointment? I stayed polite and respectful the entire time, but the overall treatment I received--from both visits--was incredibly disappointing. I left without getting anything done. I truly don't understand how this salon has such good reviews. I wanted to love this place. I was excited to become a regular. But after two negative experiences, I won't be returning. read more

My first time back here since moving from LA. I use to come here a lot back in 2023 but then moved. My sister and I got our nails done yesterday and they were so nice. They were supposed to close at 4pm and we arrived at 3:30pm. Owner Hop is great as usual and so are the nail techs for staying a couple minutes after closing to finish my set and my sisters pedicure. She cut my nails so short and one was painful. The French tips were too thin and my big toe much thicker. One of my nails looked crooked. I've had bad luck finding someone to do the shape I want that doesn't start lifting in a week, I was told all of their nail techs would be able to meet those basic standards as that's "simple" and honestly you'd think so.... I have been to this place a few times and always have an amazing service, but this time ... I was reallllyy upset I was getting tired of my old nails and booked a gel off service with a regular manicure with a hand treatment manicure because my hands really need it with my job. Well I'm not sure if my nail service was crappy to them because it wasn't a big service and they could have done someone else that they get more money or a bigger tip.. I'm not sure, but my nail lady couldn't remove my gel and someone took over then I wanted regular black and then she added glitter I'm not sure why.. So then I got ANOTHER girl to do the service and let me tell you that was the Sh****st service ever!! All I got was a 5 minute hand massage with a bit of lotion and a bit of a scrub.. then she started to massage my shoulders ?? And then I was done ... I'm sorry BUT WHAT?! The hand treatment came with 15 minute massage, maske, paraffin wax OR collagen gloves and finished with a hot towel I didn't get a choice she just did what she wanted and all for just a half ass massage. And the lady who did my nails ( I think her name is lani or lan) she rushed my nails I did like the designs at first. But as I was washing the dishes I noticed a slight burn on my right thumb at the cuticle from the refill. I've been pretty loyal to this salon for many years but I'm over the over charging they do. I know this is a luxury nail salon so it costs more but I feel like they are purposely over charging by sneaking in little things that cost extra without letting you know or switching up things to charge more. First off I'm never told anything will be extra. My pedicure lady is the sweetest thing and knows how to do my toes mostly how I like them. But for the longest time she's give me a pedicure package I didn't ask for when I booked online. She'd give me some upgraded package and for the longest time because I'm too nice never said anything until I realized I think I was allergic to whatever was in that specific collagen package so asked her to not do it anymore and stick to the stress relief one which she did sometimes if it wasn't some other upgraded one I didn't ask for. She always made it seem too that she was doing it for a discount which was never the case. Last time I went she came out with the collagen one again and told her no remember I can't have that one just the stress relief please. So I feel like I have to mention that at the beginning so it's not a surprise. Yes I should have said something before. But the main point of this review is today I let her know I'd like stress relief package which is listed in their booking menu as $55. Which she did. But tell me why I ended up with a $88 bill. She does give me extra massage which she has been doing for years with no explanation that it costs more but even if it did that's $33 extra if that's what she's charging for extra massage. That's insane. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'd always just pay and not say anything which I know is my mistake but not okay to just charge extra just because. Safe to say I will no longer be returning to this salon. My nails never really turn out the way I want them most of the time either. I will be working on speaking up but I think it's too far gone with this place and just be ready to be over charged at some degree because it happens every time. read more

Plus, the pedicure itself was fantastic - very relaxing and my feet feel amazing. I'll definitely be back for Hannah P! I didn't understand why my pedicurist used Softsoap Clear Liquid Hand Soap to help remove calluses at the sole of my feet. I would appreciate if she used actual scrub. HORRIBLE! Got stress relief pedicure for 3 of us and one of us had mani as well. We were all done in like 30 min. It was express service! But we paid for more. Hardly a massage- 2 of them were just talking to each other and just barely touching our legs and just going up and down. It was not a massage. The polish was horrendous, missed the sides. My daughter's gel polish came off less than a week when we know how hard it is to get gel off. Hardly any scrubbing - everything was so fast. It was the worst 250$ I spent. The place looks nice but the service is horrible and u are not getting what u paid for. I went in today to get nails removed and a manicure. I had booked the appointment with a specific person and I ended up having to get everything done with someone else. She was kind but in too much of a rush, she hurt me with the drill like machine twice and did not even ask or offer the manicures in the menu. I had told her that when I booked the appointment I had chosen a certain manicure service which I did not end up getting because how upset I was with the out come of my natural nails. I had a good long length from my natural nails that grew and I intended to keep that length, but she ended up completely making them short something I didn't want. Not only were they short, they were all pretty uneven and crooked and my natural nail is not crooked because I've seen my nails my whole life and they grow pretty normal and straight. You could tell that the crookedness is from where she filed them down on the sides. The shape wasn't what I wanted at all, and I asked her to fix it and she made me feel like she was rushing to finish. From my experience, the nail techs have always asked what shape I want and what service I would like so I assumed she would do the same. In part, I guess that's my fault for not telling her right off the bat since she's not my go to nail tech, but I have never had this experience here. I am very upset that my natural nails are now shorter than what they were when I came in and that they are so crooked and so uneven when she filed them. The gel is also so terribly done on my nails. And just to make it clear when the acrylics that I had on were taken off, my natural nails were still long. I asked one of them nail ladies if I could speak to the manager, but they told me that he had already left and I would really like this resolved especially because I love coming here. Came in here for the first time for a mani Pedi. The salon itself is very pretty. Tools seemed cleaned and sanitized. However, it was the most uncomfortable experience at a nail salon I've ever had. I had two ladies work on me at the same time, one on my pedicure and one sitting to my right doing the manicure. I was sitting with both hands turned to my right the entire time. I have back issues so sitting with my body twisted the entire time was so uncomfortable. Nail salons are supposed to feel relaxing but it was anything but relaxing. The lady doing the manicure RUSHED and I mean rushed like it was a race or something to finish as fast as possible. I don't know what she was racing for, there were no clients waiting. She could care less about the quality of work she was putting out, she just wanted to be done. The nails came out lumpy and uneven. I came to this nail salon for a pedicure hoping for a good massage. I specifically asked for a nail technician that could provide a good massage and unfortunately they did not deliver. My technician was friendly. She offered drinks and refills on snacks but aside from that, I didn't receive the service I had expected. Her massage was essentially just a rub. The part that irked me the most was she started the timer and kept chatting with the lady beside her. She didn't start the massage until 25 seconds in and was quick to stop massaging once the alarm went off. She also shaped my toes round which is not my style. The salon itself is super clean, roomy, and packed with a lot of staff. The color selection is noteworthy; they have several brands and colors to choose from. This place is way too over priced . For a simple French tip pedi and a very short acrylic set with no color , just a pink shimmery acrylic with no design or French tip added . I was charged $163 . And for that price they won't even clean up your cuticles after the manicure . Just lay uneven acrylic on your natural nails .
