I've been dealing with this company since June 20, 2016. Highly unprofessional customer service. Received my $75 service fee required by HWA, then couldn't get the snooty receptionist to return my call without complaining to HWA. HWA scheduled an app't, for July 11th between 8-12pm. No show!!! When I called Express Appliance Service, rec"t aid I was never scheduled and promptly hung up. If I were the owner, I'd be very concerned how my employees represented my company. Horrible service from this company. I raised a service request and got them as the contractor. Reached out to them multiple times to get it scheduled. No response for more than 5 days. Couldnt wait longer, so had to cancel them and get another contractor. read more

Do not ever, ever use these crooks. I also have a Sears Home Warranty. I have been trying to have my washer fixed. This Vlad fellow showed up without an appt. and charged $100 and said it needed a part and would call me back. Two weeks later, no call. You cannot reach this outfit on the phone and they are rude and unhelpful if you do. He finally came to fix it and it took 5 min! 2 weeks later I have the same issues, gave him a call to come fix it and he wouldn't call back! finally got a hold of this clown and he told me to call back during business hours! hello?? you answered the phone! I spent an hour on phone with Sears to end up with a promise they will call back. I'll give them 3 days. I am canceling my service agreement whether they come through or not. Don't sign up with Sears. No wonder Sears is going belly up. read more

My home warranty company referred me to this horrible company to repair my cooktop when if failed. First of all they never called me for an appointment as they were supposed to, I had to call them. After three phone calls and leaving messages, waiting days in-between, I finally got ahold of somebody. The soonest appointment they had was two weeks out... When the repair man finally showed up he barely spoke any English and with what little he did speak he was preaching his religion to me the whole time. He took some pictures and said he would submit for a claim. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything so I called my warranty company and they said that the claim was approved and they should have contacted me for replacement of the part (never got a call). So again, I had to make several calls to talk to someone. Finally they said the part was on order and it would be a couple more weeks. They did finally come out and replace the part but the repair man needed my help, they do not provide the manpower needed to perform the work. Indeed, they ultimately fixed my appliance but it took two months and a lot of diligence on my part. A week after the part was replaced they processed the check that I paid them to perform the initial service call 6 WEEKS EARLIER! Surprise! In the mean time I had switched the bank account I was using and had not closed it yet so it overdrew the account and I got a NSF fee, thanks. I am a small business owner myself and believe that if I performed business in this manner I would not be in business for very long. read more

There is definitely confusion between Express Appliance Service and Express Home Services, as reviewer Casey points out. Both companies operate in Seattle, both are run by men named Vladimir (one is Svintovelsky (?), the other is Khmilevskyy), and neither one has a website. Express Home Services is the one that LG refers to. Express Home Services does not have a Yelp page, but it does have a BBB page and a rating of F. Express Appliance has a BBB rating of A. But neither is accredited. I hope this is helpful to anyone else as confused as I was. read more

Express Appliance called me to make an appointment to replace a damaged refrigerator door on warranty from LG. We twice made the appointment and I stayed home from work expecting them to come between 12 and 3 pm. When I called today to find out more specifically what time they were coming out I was told that they no longer do this type of maintenance and were not coming out to replace the door. NO CALL - NO APOLOGY. So if your are given Express Appliance as your service contractor, insist on another and run away from them as fast as you can!!!!! Terrible service. Terrible ethics. read more

Expressly SLOW appliance is what I experienced. Was sent to fix our dishwasher by our home owners warranty. Vlad (a aweet man) Diagnosed the problem within 10 mins and told me 3-5 days to order parts. 2 weeks go by, I called around to discover they never submitted a request for authorization to the warranty company. So finally they did - with no apology for dropping the ball or for the delay - and I was told 2-3 days. That was on Monday. Still no word (it's Saturday). I never thout it would take a month to fix a dishwasher. Disappointed. read more

Their serviceman has now been to my house 3 times and the issue of a leaking washer continues. I have left a message, but given their previous track record of call returns, I'm not planning on hearing from them for 3 more days after which I will have left 2 additional messages. Go elsewhere. GE must be getting quite the kickback for recommending this shady operation. read more

I got their name from LG and was very very very disappointed. NOT Express and never seemed to show up on the schedule promised. I set up a first time that they could not make - I stayed home from work during the window they gave me and they blew that one. I rescheduled, giving them the benefit of the doubt and they still were not able to show up. Two days of work I gave up! The second time they changed the window without telling me... so ok, I stayed and waited and they still did not show up. They gave me a lame excuse like they only have one technician.... so not sure why they think they can schedule. Will never recommend them. read more

this worthless company was supposed to repair a broken freezer 2 days ago in accordance with our home owners warranty. They failed to do so they didn't even call back. When I called them they insisted it was a private number and hung up on . I would not recommend this company to anybody read more

Vlad came out to fix our old oven. He was very polite, pleasant, and respectful, unlike other service provider (another company) technician that came out prior (AND did not fix it right). Vlad took time to look at the issue and fixed it. I just wish my home warranty company would've sent Vlad in the first place so we didn't have to go through a bad attitude technician who didn't even know how to fix it. The insurance company hired this man. He was late, unprepared to do the job, and never actually completed the job. We had to do it ourselves. The part he did do he did wrong. Sometimes you have to do a little extra to get the job done like cutting out the old ducting for the old range and he was unwilling to do that. He just wanted to do the minimum and get paid. read more

My appliances have Sears warranty. I have problem with my microwave and Sears sent one of the guy from this company who can hardly speak or understand English. He told me that he will order the parts to fix it. He charged me hundred dollar deductible and given me no receipt. After couple days I called him to check as to when he coming and he told me that he have the part and he be coming on Monday between 11am to 2pm. When he did not show up I called him why he did not come, he told me that he is coming on next Monday. When I called him next Monday he wasn't picking up my phone. Then I called him from different phone he told me that he could not get the parts. It's more than one month now he still not sent the order statement to Sears after they requested him so many times. Sears people telling me that he don't understand English. There is problem with Sears as to why they choose such bad and untruthful providers. read more

I called them last Monday to come out to fix my fridge. They came out on Thursday, called me to let me know what the problem is and the cost (not too bad a price I must admit) and told me the fridge would be fixed. (3) hours later it still wasn't working. I called them the next day (they didn't answer the phone after 5pm) to let them know that it WASN'T fixed and they told me that they could not get back out until the following Tuesday. Unacceptable since they told me it was fixed the day before and wasn't. So in other words, I would have to go another week because they didn't ensure that it WAS actually fixed as/when they said it was? I would have hoped that there would be some concession with them for something like this where they said it was fixed when in reality it wasn't. Bottom line is that they just didn't want to take any extra time or make any extra effort to make it right. read more

I'd have to agree with an earlier post representing Express Appliance as "dishonest." I would agree. Their technical failed to show up today for a scheduled appointment. When I called to inquire why, Express Appliance claimed I hadn't returned a voice mail message to confirm the appointment. Well now, that's difficult to do when no one from Express Appliance left a voice mail in the first place. And, after I asked for the name of the manager, the person asked me to "hold on" and then conveniently disconnected the call. Not sure this outfit is one I would trust to have repair anything around my house. read more
