The staff immediately deflected blame, claiming the damage was pre-existing. Here is the issue: If the tire was truly damaged before they touched it, they never should have started working on it because a ripped sidewall is a major safety hazard. But they put on rim and put pressure and told me its ready . They used the damage they caused to pressure me into purchasing two new tires for $175, giving me a $25 "discount" on the initial fee as a cover. They damaged my property, blamed me for it, and forced a sale. Beware of their business practices. They told me I'd get a call "soon." By 2 PM, still nothing, so I called again myself. Turns out no one had even looked at my car. Hours after drop-off, the person I'd spoken with twice couldn't even remember what work I needed done, despite me telling him directly it was front brakes. Then he had the nerve to say he didn't know if they'd even get to it that day, after confirming with me the day before that they would. On top of the incompetence, the customer service was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No accountability, no apology, just attitude, like my time and my car didn't matter at all. I ended up going in and picking my car up without a single thing done to it. Three days of communication, a scheduled appointment, and a confirmed time slot meant absolutely nothing. I have all the call logs to back up this timeline, in case anyone here tries to spin a different story about what happened. If you value your time or want a shop that actually tracks what they told you, go elsewhere. Genuinely would not use this place if the service were free.

Well, the only way that would have happened was the last time it was in for a rotation they didn't do it. I rotated the tires myself. The wear bars haven't been touched and the tires have an imprint on the center tread that's fully legible. Their unscrupulous antics have lost them a customer. Never again!!
