I reinforced this instruction with further photographic evidence of my existing base, and the technician explicitly confirmed understanding. To my dismay, she proceeded to file, removing the rubber base entirely and reaching my natural nail, causing unnecessary thinning and potential damage. When I arrived for my 1:00 p.m. appointment, the salon was very busy. Another technician did my pedicure, and I assumed Mia would do my nails once she finished with her client. Instead, I was completely ignored by Mia. She never acknowledged that I was there or explained why she wasn't able to keep my appointment. Another woman, who I believe was the owner or manager, ended up doing my nails. Unfortunately, it was the worst dip manicure I have ever received. Not only was the application poor, but the dip manicure didn't even last one week before it started lifting and chipping. I've never had that happen before. I'm giving this salon 3 stars only because of the consistently great service I've received from Mia in the past. Had this visit been my first experience, my rating would have been much lower. I hope the salon improves its communication with clients and ensures appointments are honored or, at the very least, explained.

It had been awhile since I had a pedicure & my heals needed some tlc so I thought I'd splurge. The pedicure itself was fine and lasted the advertised 55 min with 12 min of that soaking in the gel & another 10 with the leg mask. I was asked several times about adding art or more to the color I picked and declined it once was pushed again and declined it again and said just purple please. We had conversation and I thought I had a nice experience until I was checked out. I was told my total was 92.00!!!! Even with the small print of the jelly adding 10 the maximum I should have been charged would be 75. False advertised prices and hard plushy sales techniques won't earn you getting to keep me as a customer. Which really stinks because the process and massage was pretty nice. Never again!

I had to go to another salon to fix her mistake and they did the best they could, but the length made the shape and symmetry much harder to work with. She didn't listen to my critiques from the beginning and dismissed my concerns after the powder was set. I am not someone who is hard to please. A lot of the time, I'll smile, pay, and bitch and moan later. Today, I had to leave without polish, it was THAT bad. The unpolished image is one of my nails that was filled twice and filed crookedly BOTH times. Every time a little shorter and more crooked. The polished photos are the "fixes" but they're still asymmetrical. They couldn't do more without either going shorter or starting again. There's also visible redness at the cuticles for how aggressively they were filed.
