Was recommended as low price and good service so I went. I ALWAYS get nails done for years now,…read moredon't mind paying $$$ for summer always do shorter simple nails, that been said... 1st time walk in just for pedi. Parking lot empty, salon empty, they were just seating around they turned me back cause they were took busy/booked. For sign walk ins welcome. 2nd try pedi done, was ok tools a little sketchy, they pick them from what looks like a toaster oven, idk were the dirty ones went. Mani was a little bit hard, as they don't seem to understand or speak English, my gel set was removed without soaking, only good thing about it. Both mani and pedi gel started to get cloudy and my nails just started to crack and break, little glass. Never had this happen before, was going on vacations couldn't go back. Called to make an SpongeBob as requested by the lady, and ask if could remove gel, cut nails and do a short new set, I was told Yes, and I arrived a guy ask me to seat and asked what you want? Eh... rude... I explain while he is fiddling with my nails, he ripped the gel polish of my nail and yelled NO. CANT DO THAT! Im just in shock and trying to understand why my simple request created such a reaction. 1 of the ladies said something in their language, he naked at me sut there! I'm like where? The lady who was with a customer, wanted to soak my nails, I said no, is just gel you removed my prior set without soaking, she treated me like I'm stupid in front of customers. I told her she took them xgel set prior and did this poor job, she just stare at me and insisted to soak my nails, I left. 1 start because won't let me not give stars.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent visit to your salon, which…read morehas unfortunately led me to discontinue my patronage after many years as a loyal customer. My visit was intended as a special birthday treat, encompassing both a pedicure and a specific request for a polish change on my nails. For the latter, I explicitly requested "glazed doughnut French-tips" and provided clear photographic references to ensure there was no ambiguity. Despite these visual aids, the final result was a complete deviation from my request, which the technician attributed to a "communication barrier." I find this explanation unsatisfactory, given my thorough efforts to convey the desired outcome. A more significant concern arose during the nail service. I have a protective rubber base on my natural nails, and I distinctly instructed the technician not to file it off during the polish change. I reinforced this instruction with further photographic evidence of my existing base, and the technician explicitly confirmed understanding. To my dismay, she proceeded to file, removing the rubber base entirely and reaching my natural nail, causing unnecessary thinning and potential damage. To compound the issue, after acknowledging their mistake, I was informed that a new rubber base would be applied at no additional charge to rectify the error. However, upon checking out, I discovered I had been charged for this service. This unexpected charge for a corrective action taken due to the technician's oversight is particularly disheartening. As a monthly patron for over 3 years, primarily valuing your salon for its competitive pedicure pricing and reliable service, this sequence of events has severely eroded my trust and confidence. This experience was deeply upsetting and marred what was supposed to be a celebratory occasion. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and review your procedures, particularly regarding technician communication and adherence to customer instructions. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and explore a fair resolution for this unfortunate incident.

I have been coming to this nail salon for quite some time, and Mia has always done an excellent job…read moreon my dip nails. I recently had to have my nails removed because of a medical procedure, so I made an appointment with Mia to have them done again. When I arrived for my 1:00 p.m. appointment, the salon was very busy. Another technician did my pedicure, and I assumed Mia would do my nails once she finished with her client. Instead, I was completely ignored by Mia. She never acknowledged that I was there or explained why she wasn't able to keep my appointment. Another woman, who I believe was the owner or manager, ended up doing my nails. Unfortunately, it was the worst dip manicure I have ever received. Not only was the application poor, but the dip manicure didn't even last one week before it started lifting and chipping. I've never had that happen before. I'm giving this salon 3 stars only because of the consistently great service I've received from Mia in the past. Had this visit been my first experience, my rating would have been much lower. I hope the salon improves its communication with clients and ensures appointments are honored or, at the very least, explained.
