These guys are honest, knowledgeable and helpful. As a female sometimes car places treat you like you don't know anything about cars. These guys explain what's needed, will show you why it's needed and give you options. $35 for an oil change, I checked with team to see if all my fluids were topped. They said "Yes they are you are good to go." Trusting in the team I pulled my car, and trying to wash my windows with the new fluid. There was no fluid. It sucks being lied to by a company I trust and normally come to a lot. They run a good garage here. Service is always prompt and friendly. I've never had any major services done here, but they seem to be very knowledgeable. Oil changes and emissions inspections are quick. Prices are reasonable for what I've had. I recommend this place for any regular automotive maintenance needs. When you find an honest, knowledgeable and reasonable auto repair and maintenance shop, you are a lucky car owner. And ALL Express Oil Change customer are lucky. Bobby Davis, the manager of this location across from Oga's restaurantton Peachtree Industrial just south of 285, knows his stuff. I have been VERY fortunate to go there when something is wrong--and they quickly troubleshoot the problem. I have NEVER been surprised by a higher bill than I expected. I have had a water pump and timing belt replaced on my Lexus GS300-- 35% less tthan the quote at the nearby Lexus dealer. Had A/C problems solved at less cost than I was expecting. An electrical problem ended up needing 9 fuses replaced and, again, the bill was half of what I was expecting. My fiance had a problem with her 2005 Mercedes SUV--engine light-- and Wishen Motors could not solve the problem. She went to Express Oil Change and they had the equipment that pinpointed the problem within 30 minutes after 3 wasted visits to the other place. Again--lower cost than what had been charged at the other place (my fiance got a refund from there.) Oil changes, A/C service and emissions are offered. Quick and professional There is a peace of mind in having the confidence in going to a mechanic and knowing that NUMBER 1--they will know how to repair the problem and NUMBER 2--they will not riip you off when you get the bill. I have always believed that people who are honest and take the time to do things right and charge less than other places should not have to spend alot on advertising. Been going to this place for all my car needs since I moved less than a mile down the road about a year and a half ago - except for a couple times when I had an issue that I had to go to a dealership to take care of. It took me several times of going there, parking, and walking into the office and telling someone what I needed before I realized you're supposed to just pull into a bay. Maybe it's just me, and this is a common practice but every other mechanic I've been to has been like the former and I wasn't directed otherwise (*shrug*). Anyhow, the staff there is always friendly and professional. And their big thing is that they only recommend things you need and they don't pressure you into getting anything done. Which seems to be the case as my dealership gave me practically a short novel of all the things I should do to my car. They are also willing to explain any of the recommended services and they do so without making you feel stupid. I don't know a lot about cars and I hate when car mechanics make me feel stupid. I generally get through pretty quickly (although I usually go near opening or call to see how busy they are) and they seem to do a good job. But I've had a couple extra experiences I've appreciated. I once went in because there was a rattling noise under my car. Turns out nothing crucial was actually wrong, but something had just come loose. So they re-secured it for me and refused to charge me for it. Also this morning I spontaneously decided to get my oil changed on my way from a run since I knew they'd just opened. Half way through I realized that, like a dope, I didn't have my wallet with me. I felt awful and was going to walk to my apartment and get it while he (Thomas, the assistant manager) finished, but he said just drive there when he's done and come back. He ended up offering additional service, which they had actually recommended at my last visit and I hadn't gotten around to doing, so I decided to do that too. But was still planning to go get my wallet after the oil change and not keep racking up expenses without paying, but he told me it was fine and I could wait til the end. Maybe I looked trustworthy. This was my first visit to this location. The mechanics were very quick, efficient, and friendly. I stopped by for an oil change this morning, and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Talk about fast service! Since I am new to the area, it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. I was also able to use the offer upon checking in at the location. I received a new customer package that included coupons to use in the future. Now that I know it is a full-service auto repair shop, I will definitely return for future services. Since moving to GA we've used Express Oil Change a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the service! Their prices and quality are worth the investment and speed. I will say however, upon coming to this location today (that also has tire offerings, so several garage bays), I was greeted/addressed poorly. The lady with short blonde hair came barreling out of the shop with a popsicle in her mouth, flailing her arms motioning at me. I rolled down my window and she rudely stated, "I'm gonna need you to back up, that Jeep was here before you and you need to go back. You can pull behind the dodge over there." Not quite the welcome you're hoping for when you have been on site for 5-7 minutes, already parked and went inside to ask where the best place to pull up for an oil change, and then pulled right up to where the gentleman inside told me to, only to be reprimanded. I tried to explain that I definitely didn't expect to be served before the Jeep and was only going where the guy inside had told me to pull up. She responded, "yeh, well you're gonna need to back up now". If Today wasn't my only day off and time to get serviced, I would've backed all the way off of the property and left immediately. I am thankful that I at least can be serviced by someone else other than her. I won't be back. read more

When he was done he told me that he was incorrect, it actually was more, but he honored his first price since it was his mistake. These people aren't the normal car service crooks. I've been to this location several times and each time I'm always so happy that I went. Daniel has helped me twice and each time he's been professional courteous and timely. My oil light came on early the last time, he looked at it and topped it off for no charge as I am a repeat customer. Today he showed me how worn out my wipers were,along with an overdue air filter that needed changed. Their pricing and service are always on point and I'll be headed to see them for my routine maintenance from here on out. In need of an oil change and after viewing multiple reviews, I decided to give this place a try. It was surprisingly easy to find being close to the highway, with a big lot and on the corner of a major street. They had multiple bays so it was easy to find one open because I went on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon. Service: Service was excellent. I briefly had an encounter with Thomas the assistant manager. I was greeted within seconds of pulling up, asked what I needed and told to pull up in the bay. Customer service was excellent, friendly and respectful so it didn't feel like I had to have to break into "car talk." The oil change service alone was very fast also. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. As soon as I shut the engine off, I could tell the work was already being done in the pit underneath the bay. They are a full service station so they said they do pretty much anything except alignments. Specific non service menu services can be done by the hour so if you have particular parts you want used that you've brought, they can work with it. There was no pressure for unnecessary services, but was given a fyi in case I wanted to pursue recommended services that is typical of all garages. I was given the option of mobil 1 or valvoline which was a nice touch since a lot of places use only 1 brand of oil. They topped off basic fluids as part of the service. The only thing they didn't do was check air pressure, but that's expected because you can't get an accurate reading until the car sits for a while and cools off. Price: The pricing was pretty standard. I got a full synthetic oil change which in cost was $75 including tax. This price was also including the $3 off for yelp check in, but was boosted to $5 off per discretion of the manager. Typically I pay $80 so the price was the same price I would pay if I went to the dealership or another local place with the only difference being like $2. Overall, I'll most likely be back. I only say most likely because it was a bit further from my home than I expected, but the service was excellent enough to consider it as my garage to get work done. read more

Traditionally I take my car back to the dealership for any sort of "tune up", spending way too much money and getting thousands of dollars worth of suggestions that I "need" for my car. This time I relied on previous reviews and chose to go here. I was amazed at 1. how much better my car ran after my service (way better than any other place -i.e. the dealership) 2. how flexible they were (i drove up 5 min before there closing on a Friday evening and they still took me in) 3. exceptional service of going above and beyond (they fixed my bumper free of charge!)
