The technicians did a great job. It took a reasonable amount of time and was reasonably priced. Not to be undervalued was that they greet customers immediately when they arrive and direct them to the shortest line. This prevents confusion and potential conflicts between customers making the wait more relaxing knowing everyone is being treated fairly. I also very much appreciated their aural quality checks. As a pilot I appreciate the clear communication between technicians to be sure everyone is safe and everything was done right. Their attention to quality is excellent. read more

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had getting an alignment done to my vehicle! Not only did they try and double the price that they quoted me once I showed up for my appointment, they also tried to price gouge mean on a tire balance and rotation. They tried to double the price that I was originally quoted! on top of that, the manager was unbelievably rude. He had a major attitude and a massive sense of entitlement. It was also very clear that he had never turned any wrenches in his entire life, and was managing a mechanics shop. upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, they immediately started trying to throw any previous shop that touched my vehicle under the bus. They basically gave me excuses for why my vehicle was shaking after it was just aligned and balanced. My vehicle is now shaking 10 times worse than it was when I brought it there, as well as wandering all over the road. This place is only good for oil changes! And that's if they have your filter and oil in stock, which is a rare occasion! I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for any type of mechanical services needed. The shop is extremely unreliable and uneducated. If I could've given them, zero, stars I would have, but the app wouldn't allow me to! read more

Went in for an oil change and the tech came in and said "bad news, you need 4 new tires. "He had an invoice ready for over 900 bucks. Said my rear tires were so badly cupped I was destroying my differentials. I drive a Subaru so that's why I need all 4. I declined because I do work with dealers doing there dent repair and I wanted a second opinion. I have gotten 2 separate opinions. One was a mechanic at Henry Brown who said my tires are fine and were not even close to 50%. I wanted one more opinion and I took to Tires 2 Go . That's where I bought my tires. They said my just to rotate them and they are absolutely fine. I recommend Tires 2 Go! I still overpaid for the oil change.!and they didn't add windshield fluid! Beware! Crooks!! read more

The staff (above ground) was great and helpful. Oil change was fine and truck(s) running perfect after. I give a 3 star review due to the experience. This place differs from other mechanic shops because the service is offered while in your car so that should be taken into Account when your vehicle is being worked on. 2 different times my vehicle was being worked on the person below continued to cuss and call my vehicle names as he worked on the oil change. I understand the frustrations of working on vehicles but it can't be this way with the customer above you heading your every word. Won't go back. Uncomfortable experience hearing all of that. You're better off just waiting in the lobby. read more

While I am still somewhat happy with the prompt customer service when I had to call back about the issues entailed on the prior visit... offering 1/2 off my next service doesn't help me when ultimately I'm left without working windshield wipers (of course, right as the rain starts & hovers!) because of the negligence during my service visit. Due to the technician entirely skipping over checking my windshield wipers while the 360 safety check was being done (yet marking it off on my invoice & saying I acknowledged when I did not!), I attempted to utilize them & the rubber immediately stripped, leaving the metal scraping across my nearly BRAND NEW windshield while the stripped material is flapping, catching & flailing all over. Because of this, I ended up having to take an emergency trip to AutoZone & have brand new ones installed in the middle of the current rain storms. Even the employee said something less than positive about this when I explained to him why I was in this situation (which was ultimately dangerous). I'm really not sure I want to come back again, with all this being the result. If the quality & care wasn't there to begin with, I'm not sure a 1/2 off discount is going to provide a better job. read more

Apparently about 6 months ago they hired a new assistant manger on the oil change side. Yesterday I went to change my oil in my vehicle and said that I didn't want to get home and have spilled oil drip onto my drive way from the oil change. The assistant manger came to tell me that in order to guarantee me that wouldn't happen he would need to charge me an hour labor to take off my kick plate. As I have been coming to this location since its opening this is the first time I have been told this. I left. What he is saying to us customers is that they can do sloppy work and they will not be responsible for the sloppy work they do. We need to take our business else where as I am and not tolerate this sloppy type of work or business approach from this business until they hire and keep someone who knows how to keep business rather than run us off. They must have too much business to have such an attitude and perhaps the owners will see my post and make some changes. Until they will not get my business. read more

I want to think Mike the service manager and his employees for such a great job on fixing my SUV I went in for oil change I had a small leak had major work to be done. He reached out to talk with the warranty company on my behalf and was able to get the work that needed to be done approve through the warranty company always kept me informed on a daily basis. After all the work was done. I was able to come up and retrieve my vehicle and thank the staff for the amazing job that they have done and talk to one of the managers and inform them of such a great staff, I will continue all repairs to Xpress from now on thank you again. I've been to this location 3 times now, and each time I have received great service. Sometimes going to an auto shop can suck but the staff here is good. Especially Dan, who I believe is that manager or assistant manager. He does a great job keeping the place running efficiently and I've always appreciated his customer service. He's very straightforward and I always get the feeling that my 4Runner is going to get taken care of when I bring it here for service. My car has had a lot of issues the past 2 years, so I've seen lots of mechanics, but Dan has been one of the only ones to make me feel like I'm finally going to get my car problems fixed. I came here last week after seeing good reviews online. While they were doing the oil change the guys were really nice and it was fast which I liked. At the end they told me it was $65 for the oil change with the $5 off coupon since it was a Tuesday. My jaw literally dropped and I asked why it was so expensive and the guys just said that was the price. Idk if they were taking advantage of me because I'm a girl with little knowledge on cars. I been going to this express oil change since it grand opening. I always had great service and a respectable staff. But that change as of today. I came to get a quote for a cvt transmission fluid change On my daughter spark. as I came up to the counter the manager in a obnoxious and rude way stated that's your spark doesn't have a cvt transmission. then the manager in a obnoxious loud voice said $2OO HUNDRED . DOLLARS I said thank you as I was walking away the manager and one of the t staff was laughing and pointed at me . Chevrolet sparks do have cvt transmission. stay away from this store. This facility offers fast and efficient service. I have had my oil changed here a few times in the past year and I have rarely had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my oil change completed. The only complaint is the lack of consistency with pricing. I have been putting a slightly thicker oil in my car since I owned it & so they usually charge an extra $5-6 due to them not stocking that oil as often as the others but the manager has usually waived it for me. This past week the manager was not there so the fee was charged. Overall, this facility is a great and dependable place to get services completed & they offer a Yelp $10 off for oil changes! read more

Fantastic customer service! Back in September*, 9/21/20, I was prepping for a solo drive back home to Minneapolis, MN. I had a horrible service experience with Cobblestone Auto Spa that left me really lacking confidence for this journey. I was helped my John and wish I could remember the other fellow - we visited quite a bit, an ex-rodeo guy. Cobblestone had sent me off after: Saying I had a coolant leak, but refusing to look for where or say whether it was serious (I was pretty sure what they were seeing was road salt splash marks) Noting I had some kind of rear differential fluid leak, but refusing to check the fluid level. I had no idea whether I could drive another mile or not! Charging me to flush my transmission fluid. John and the Tech listened to my concerns and went over everything with a thorough safety check. They checked the differential fluid level and confirmed it was good. Cleaned it off thoroughly so that it would be easier for me to watch for issues. Checked the "coolant leak" and laughed saying, hey, this is a MN car, that is just road salt splashes. (Without me prompting them). Checked the transmission fluid, and found that it was nearly as dirty as before Cobblestone had "flushed" it. They said it was fine to go on, but would recommend having a real flush job before the recommended time span. They said Cobblestone must have simply drained the old and added new on top of the old - there's no way a flush should show that dirty. Topped off the anti-freeze and wiper fluid - which Cobblestone had completely missed the need. Checked the tires and everything else that Cobblestone should have. Their charge for taking care of me and making sure I was good to go AND had confidence in my vehicle for the long drive home? NO CHARGE! I wish these guys and shop were near my home - it would be go-to shop for sure! *I'd have written before, but I was traveling to say goodbye to my Dad and have been occupied with all those processes. read more

My go-to spot for any and all car maintenance needs! The staff is always so friendly and I love the fact that they are so thorough when explaining what they're doing throughout the whole process. I'm not a car guy, so it's super helpful knowing everything that's going on inside my vehicle and what to look out for. I took my 2016 Toyota Camry in for some maintenance last Friday. I got there a little after they had opened and there were about five or six cars already lined up outside. I was quickly greeted by Chandler with a cold water bottle, he assured me that they'd help me out as quickly as possible and that they did! Michael greeted me once I got into the bay. He was able to walk me through the whole process of what they were doing and was able to answer all of my questions regarding my oil and air filter. I went in yesterday without an appointment and was greeted by Chandler! He was amazing! He walked me through what to expect with my oil change, which was great! Great service. Guys were very professional. Had some good recommendations but the car does have 160,000 miles. Fixed a broken rear light for $6.99 so felt that was a fair price. Had the car next to me the tech said to his customer buy your own air filter and next time they would replace it at no extra charge. That is quality customer service and I will be back. He typically changes his own oil but due to the heat and wanting convenience, he decided to drop in here for an oil change. After draining his oil they proceeded to tell him it would be $70 total because he had a "plastic" drain plug and a proper steel one would be $20. Wtf?! Plastic? After he laughed, he then asked to see the plastic plug as proof but it magically disappeared and they couldn't show it to him. Humm. Long story short and especially for people who aren't mechanically inclined, watch what they charge you for. Sad places are scamming people on bs like this. read more

They have you stay in your car and I was a bit worried (over 100 degrees already), but they got me in and out quickly. Wonderful customer service with checkins and updates. Prices good, quick in and out. Owner very friendly. I've taken several vehicles there better than other oil change services.

So my car breaks down and I call a friend who tells me the starter is bad and replaces it for me, a few days later the car stops running again, so I bring it into your shop. I get a call a little later from Tom the service manager telling me the starter that was sold to me was defective. I get the bad starter replaced and installed and told I'm good to go. Four days later, I'm stranded on the side of the road with people stopping to honk and cuss me out because I'm blocking them. I stand there and endure that for 20 minutes while I wait for a tow. I get my car towed back to your shop and later Tom calls again stating it's the alternator this time. So, I get that replaced and told I'm good to go. The very next day, my car with the exact SAME symptoms, strands me AGAIN. I call Tom and tell him I'm stranded again and this guy says "well......I guess you will have to bring it in on Monday and we will check the wiring". I asked if they were paying for the tow this time and Tom says "well......I don't know what's wrong with the car". I said "my car has been on YOUR effing diagnostic machine TWICE now.....why don't you know what's wrong with it???" At this point Tom was offended and didn't want to talk anymore, told me I needed to call back when I was calm. I'll tell you what TOM! Let's see how you behave after you've paid a shop seven hundred dollars only to get stranded TWICE! People, DO NOT trust these guys, they are liars and dirt bags that care NOTHING about you or your vehicle. I just spoke to the original mechanic who replaced the starter in the first place and he told that he noticed wiring that may be the problem. This tells me that Tom knew all along that wiring was the problem but is just throwing parts at it to bring in more in sales. You People are the ones that give mechanics a bad reputation and you will never get another cent of my money! read more

I was on my way to work and the tire low pressure alert came on in my car at 7:50 AM on a Friday morning and my husband was out of town. Their normal business hours are 8am on a Friday and I had gotten out of my car to check the hours on the sticker on the window and to see if anyone could maybe help me, all the employees were in a meeting but they saw me peeking in the window, they were all so nice and accommodating. They immediately jumped up and asked me to Simply pull into the garage, where three people then all began to help me all at once. Checking all four tires, one offered me a bottle of water while I "waited". I never had to leave my car and was able to check a couple emails even. I was in and out in under two minutes and back on the road and on my way to work! Beyond excellent customer service! 5 stars all the way! Thank you so much for making my morning! read more
