The two gentleman I interacted with were friendly, professional and polite. I made an appointment which was unnecessary . I wasn't aware that they just serve you as you come in, would have come as soon as they opened instead rather than waiting for a line to build up. They have 2 lines and they put me in the longer line so 3 cars who came in after me went before me. You have to stay in your car and it took me over an hour to get in so obviously had to have the car off. So completely sweaty mess before I go to work. Then they told me my appointment was for something else so I had to show them the confirmation that they sent to me showing the correct info. They don't check air pressure!!!!! One of the main reasons for the appointment was to get that checked. They told someone it is running about 45 min that day for oil change when there are now twice as many cars in line as when I got there. While nice I would never go there again. read more

Went in around 5 pm today to get an oil change. It's first come first serve and there was nobody in line. I was able to stay in my car and it only took about 10 minutes for them to complete! I've been to several mechanics that want to keep your car for the day just for an oil change, so this was very convenient and definitely won my family's continued business. Everybody was very friendly and honest. I paid an additional $20 for a full inspection after my oil change where they indicated I had several leaks on my '98 mercury. The mechanic was very friendly. He went over his assessment, pricing, opinion and most important to me, brought me out in the shop to show me his findings. I thought this was awesome as you have to blindly trust most mechanics. I'm happy I tried this place out and will definitely continue to give them my business and recommend them to friends and family. read more

after the last oil change here, the oil filter came loose. after an expensive trip to a mechanic to figure out why the car was spewing oil, disaster was averted. use a real mechanic to do this "simple" work. I used these guys twice before and all went well, but, this was a very close call and i wont waste any time or money to save a bit of cash when the car cost a years pay. read more

I love this place! It's so nice to be able to sit in your car while getting the oil change, rather than sitting in a little room with strangers and a TV blaring. Also, it's fun to watch everything going on with your car and the cars around you. I got a goodie bag to take home the first time I went and I love their air fresheners! The techs are not pushy about buying extra things. They checked everything on my car, installed new wiper blades (that I asked for) and cleaned my windshield. Very friendly and fast. good guys working here, they are thorough and very jelpful. . however i set am appointment and am on my 60th minute waiting to have my car even looked at. really messed uo how a walk in was allowed to get in before me, causing me to be late for a work meeting. lucky for them, j really needed this alignment so i've got not other choice but to wait. integrity is one of their values apparently. it's not integrity to disregard an appointment to squeeze in some extra cash. pretty upset over this wait and my boss will be too. this is simply unacceptable. read more

Service was super quick, everyone is really friendly. They helped me patch a tire and diagnosed a tail light out, letting me know so I can change it myself and save money. Very impressed with their customer service! I came here because multiple other shops weren't able to handle my lowered car. Luckily they were able to take me without an appointment. Only auto place that I've been to that actually greets you at your vehicle. Above and beyond compared to having to hunt an employee down. That alone was a nice experience. And the great customer service continued into the actual service. I mentioned that i was going to be using my car on the track, and very unexpectedly they asked if there was any specific settings Id like. I didnt expect that at all from a non performance shop. They even showed me a printout of my current settings before starting to ensure I was getting my car lined up the way id like. Again, this is not normal for a non performance shop. Way above and beyond! Then since they actually cared that I mentioned i was going to the track, they even asked if I'd like them to set my tire pressure to anything specific...While I waited another employee from the lube side of the shop offered me water...After my car was lined up one of the techs offered some advice on how to get my suspension even more dialed. I usually get my oil changed at the Toyota dealership but I was in a hurry and thought I would give this place a try during my past oil change. I have taken my work vehicle there and never had issues. With my personal vehicle though was a different story.... I just took my Toyota to the dealership for an oil change and they said my last oil change( done here at Express Oil Change) the mechanic used the wrong size gasket and the wrong size drain plug. By using the wrong size drain plug they stripped out the threads on the oil pan! It is now costing my almost $500 to repair! This all could have been avoided if they used the proper $4 plug that was required. Never ever again will I come here and neither will my coworkers after this! read more

I called this tire repair place to find out if it was possible to remove a screw that appeared to go into one of my tires and patch it. The Honda dealership that had just moments before completed a full inspection on my car told me that the dealership had a policy preventing them from removing nails, etc, from a tire if it was at a diagonal and that upon testing that it also leaked from the puncture. He then offered to sell me a new tire for $190. I googled tire repair near me and Express Oil came up so I called them. John said to bring my car in and they'd check it out. Upon inspection by Eric, the screw didn't puncture my tire and seemed to mostly be wedged between the treads. Eric then checked the tire pressure in all tires and adjusted them to the accurate psi in the front from 35 psi to 32 psi and in the back from 35 psi to 30 psi. And John did not charge me for their service. I highly recommend Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers to anyone looking to get service from a business that respects its customers. read more

(Landon "Tech")Did a really really sad job trying to upsell overpriced things to me ,would whisper to other workers so you couldn't make out what they're saying to eachother, omit really important information like an oil leak until I brought up my receipt. Once my card was ran everyone walked off all of a sudden and I was just there waiting for this guy to let me know I can take off with my hood up. I would love to visit another location because I think they have a great set up. This place is great! As soon as I drove up I was pleasantly greeted by Nico. He asked what I needed and I told him my car was making a weird noise. He said he would have a mechanic look it. I little while later the mechanic Eric came out, I explained about the noise, he got my car on the lift and had found the issue in less than 30 minutes. I had this car looked at by 3 other mechanics and nobody could figure out that darn noise but Eric found it!! He ordered the part needed and I had my car back the same day.
