They told me it was a speed sensor the price out the door was $144. I told them to go ahead and fix it. Now the other day the check engine light came on again. Never had problems with my vehicle before. I take very good care of my vehicle yes things break and need to be fixed that's everyday maintenance of course. But this was a little odd now since the check engine light is on again in such short period of time so I brought it back. They told me it was a different problem they think it could be the coil pack or it could need new spark plugs which I just put in 20,000 miles ago and they are platinum spark plugs that are supposed to last 100,000 miles they also told me I needed a transmission flush that I did only about 10,000 Mi ago and I needed stutter guard for my vehicle out the door it would have been over $550. I basically told them to take a walk. I used to go to this place all the time but it has changed names from Kestner Auto to now Rev Auto. They seem to hire all new people and very young kids not there's anything wrong with hiring young kids but they seem to be guessing on what may be wrong with the vehicle as people pay good money to fix it and the problem are not always what they are claiming. If you bring your car in there to get service don't expect to get it serviced the same day it usually takes a good 24 hours for them to even look at it if you're lucky. Oh yes I decided to change the spark plugs myself for $20 and that fixed my problem they wanted to do it for $550 and it wasn't even all the problems they all claimed it was. I would not recommend this mechanic shop.

They scanned the bar code for my car, checked my air and cabin filters and recommended services. They were thorough and communicated well with each other to ensure the right parts were put on the car and the oil i wanted was put into the car. They double checked everything after the oil change was done to make sure all parts were put on correctly and the vehicle wasn't leaking oil. I was greeted by Cameron, who was very professional and knowledgeable. After Cameron examined the tire he informed me that the tire was 10 years old and he stated it is unsafe to just plug it. So I decided to just buy 4 new tires for my tire, when Cameron gave me a very affordable quote. He informed me that he would be able to get the tires within 2 hours. He estimated that my truck would be ready within 8 hours, and just actually got it done within 6 hours. I'm very pleased and happy with this experience!!! Started noticing that every time we had something done (even an oil change) there ended up being something else (usually expensive) needed shortly there after. Ask for an evaluation for an issue, charged for evaluation and issue worsens? Final straw, after an oil change, oil leaking and causing major repairs ($1000+) needed to be done. And then issue not even resolved? Bad gasket? I think not. Bad practices? I think so. Don't be tempted by the coupons. Not to be trusted. We have learned our lesson. It was expensive. And hassle-filled.
