What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. He was about two weeks out from giving a deposit and his wife, Megan, called to set up the dates. He dropped off all of the materials at our house and I paid him half of the remaining balance. It took him a couple of days to complete the job and he matched our existing patio perfectly. It looks like it's been there the whole time. He stays on site until your job is complete. He doesn't run off to another job site to keep it all going. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience we had with Rick.
