He locked me in for a 0900-1100 appointment time frame for the very next day! On the day of, Vitalii gave me a heads up before arriving to our property. Arrived, pre-diagnosed the issue. I was so wrong, they let me know that it might be late(6 -8pm) but they would definitely come tonight. They arrived after 7pm, gave me the Diagnostic and fixed it. I called Daniel, who happened to be in the neighborhood and was here in a mere 20 minutes. He identified the problem, called the parts supplier, found what was needed was in stock, ran out to get the part, came back a few minutes later and finished the job. Maybe I should say "parts" since he asked if I wanted to replace both of the shelf supports. Given the age of the dishwasher, the fact that they're plastic and that one had already just broken, that seemed like an excellent idea that hadn't crossed my mind until he mentioned it. The total time from when it broke to when he did an excellent job of fixing it couldn't have been more than 90 minutes. I've never experienced anything like it in my life!

He still spent a full hour troubleshooting based on what he could observe, and put together a repair proposal off my video. What I appreciated most: instead of pushing to start work on a noise he hadn't actually heard, he told me straight up to wait until it happens again before committing to a repair. That's the kind of honesty that's hard to find in this industry. Haven't had the actual repair done yet, so I can't speak to that part, but the diagnostic visit alone earned the 5 stars.
