Vitalii reached out to our family on a Monday night. Explained to Vitalii that I needed to leave before noon to the Bay Area the next day so I needed an early appointment scheduled. He locked me in for a 0900-1100 appointment time frame for the very next day! On the day of, Vitalii gave me a heads up before arriving to our property. Arrived, pre-diagnosed the issue.
