I also appreciated that they've made good suggestions when I've mentioned the cost of upgrading my plumbing and offered me options that made the cost more within reach. For the last call, a regular cleaning could have caused damage to the sewer line which was breaking and was full of roots, so they water-flushed the blockage instead to get the water moving and I realized, it was time to replace the sewer line before it was too late. I received a discount as a repeat customer. The whole process took less than two days. Mike and Anatoliy came out to do the work. They covered the ground with tarps to minimize cleanup later, digging was a few feet deep but confined to the location of the line, narrow to the point that they saved a favorite rose bush that I was supposed to dig out. I appreciated seeing part of the removal process and the explanation of the original sewer material, how it was installed and how that eventually led to the wear. The work on day one didn't take that long and the pipe was installed and the cleanouts were upgraded to current standards. They handled the permit and scheduling for the inspection and it was passed by late morning so that Mike could. complete the work. The whole removal and installation hardly interrupted my water use. Great experience, from initial quote to project finish. We originally hired them to relocate some…read moregas plumbing which was completed with no issues! But after, we stopped getting hot water so we called them back. They noticed our old gas heater needed repair, so they replaced a component (thermocouple). After that, our hot water came back but there was a strong gas smell that lasted a couple of days. We called Millennium who came back to inspect it, but found nothing wrong. They said that the new part just needs to burn off some gas (??). However, the smell persisted for another couple days so we called PG&E because we feared it may be a gas leak. They came to inspect and notified us that a certain part was installed incorrectly which was causing gas to leak. We called Millennium back who admitted it was their wrong and quickly fixed the issue. They offered a partial refund which we haven't seen yet. We're honestly just relieved we can breathe in our own home. All in all, the runaround and back-and-forth about the water heater was exhausting. But the owner in particular showed lots of care and integrity in his work, which we appreciated. He was great to communicate with and helped rectify any errors.

WATCH OUT! Drain Time Plumbing inspected a slow-draining…read moretoilet and recommended more than $8,000 in repairs, claiming about three feet of pipe and a damaged cleanout needed replacement. DTP said that the line was so damaged that 3ft of exterior piping needed to be ripped out and replaced. Their reasoning was that the cast iron clean out was "cracked" and needed to be replaced. This is the first B.S as the cast iron is just a shroud that covers the cleanout and doesn't carry any waste water. The next BS was that there were no photos of the destroyed pipe that they claimed existed. The 3rd BS was that DTP claimed that the cleanout, located 2ft from the exterior wall, was damaged. Typical cleanouts ARE located here, but mine isn't! DTP didn't even try finding the cleanout as the mulch in the area was untouched. FRAUD!! FRAUD!! DTP wanted over $8,000!I got another plumber to come out, replace my toilet, and problem SOVED for $300 (ALL-IN). These guys will take you if they think you don't know or aren't present.
