This is the most bad experience that i have ever had. the Indian lady was VERY impatient and asked me opened the box to take my paper and charged me $3.95 for tape my box for each.when I give to her the invoice which is need and she said we are totally for free with the dhl drop off that means I should give sth to her for the service. what a shame, I was so confused and scammed. I usually try to stay away from writing a negative review and overall it's been a long time since I've logged on to Yelp to check in or even write a review but I felt that I needed to write about this place. I'll be frank. This place is a piece of shit, they try to nickel and dime for everything and in my case I just needed to drop off the packaged with a return label that was already provided from the vendor and when doing so, I think they tried to steal the package. When I asked for a receipt They said that they're can't give me a receipt but they're more than happy to take my package and since they can't scan it they aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages. I asked why it couldn't be scanned they stated that the label couldn't be scanned. I was confused as to why they would take my package and not log it in so I called another fed ex location and they stated they should at the very least offer to give you a receipt and in my case where the barcode cannot be scanned they should be able to manually punch in the Number. So when i asked the lady to do so; she said that's not how it's done and began to open the package. I told the lady not to open the bag and ended up taking my package elsewhere on Colima and fairway where they scanned my package just fine and even gave me a receipt. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place. In the past when I used them once before I asked them To package and ship. They asked me what was inside and I told them it was purse a gift for someone. They were very intrusive asking where I bought it and if they could open the clear plastic to inspect it. NO YOU CANNOT. I told them I'd package it myself and when I was about to seal the package they said to lèave it open And they got upset when I sealed it and signed my initial accross the packing. After paying for the packaging (something that I did myself), shipping and materials they told me to put the box in the shelf. Excuse me but I don't need to do that. To be frank it's not my store and I shouldn't have to walk my package to any shelf in your store nor need you to tell me anything about your store. Log package give me a receipt and don't open my package that's all. Stay away from this place if i could give negative stars I would. Terrible service. The older lady on the counter just yells at you from the beginning, can you please have common decency? It takes minutes ONLY before it was never scanned and made it to the next FedEx station. Yup! They are thieves and untrustworthy people. I was a PO Box holder here for a few months. Throughout these few months, they lost 5 pieces of important mail. Overcharged me for a variety of things such as receiving packages that would have fit into my box. They charged for sending packages that have prepaid labels. Went here in a rush to get a resume printed because my printer ran out of ink. The woman told me i can print from a flashdrive so i plugged it in and printed a B&W print. Took less than 2 minutes. The lady then brought up the charges on the computer - $4.26!!! $4.26 for a single regular sheet of copy paper! She said it's because I used the computer. She could've told me that before! I could've bought a ream of paper for that price. It cost me $3.50 to use the computer then 0.40 for the print. Plus tax. They're even going to tax the 1 minute I used the computer...I used to work at a print shop and a black and white print cost 0.13, no charge to use the computer. Seems this place is nothing but a ripoff for everyone who has reviewed it and I agree. Will NOT be coming back here ever. I wanted to ship international and was charged an extortionate amount over $110 for a small padded envelope, so I took my business to USPS and the cost was less than $30! This lady is so rude and she gives you the run around. I dropped off a package on Tuesday January 14th and she assured me that Fed Ex picks up from her Ship Center every day at the same time. She said because I was dropping it off after 5pm that it would be picked up the next day (Wednesday.) Wednesday went by and then on Thursday morning, I did not have an update from FedEx saying that they received the package and it is in transit. So I called FedEx and they said that nothing has been scheduled to be picked up from her Ship Center. I called her when her Ship Center opened at 10am. No answer. I called at 10:05. No answer. I called at 10:10. No answer. I called at 10:15. No answer. I called at 10:20. No answer. I waited a little longer and called at 10:30. She finally answered. I inquired about my package and asked if it has been picked up by FedEx on Weds like she indicated. She said "There are pick ups at the same time every day." And I asked if she could confirm to me that FedEx specifically came to pick up packages on Weds. She repeated the same thing to me, word for word. I asked her again I just needed to confirm that there was a pick up on Weds just so I could call FedEx back and confirm with them. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over word for word and every time I tried to explain my question, she would interrupt me and try to end the conversation. Eventually she told me "You are ridiculous I do not understand you" and hung up. NEVER. USE. THIS. PLACE. I can't even imagine what happened to my package... read more

This place is a little friendly, but the clerk (who I believe was an owner) was very friendly. She gave me many different options and wasn't trying to sway me one way or the other. I use these folks when I need something shipped DHL or FedEx Express. It is rare, but when we do ship with them..they always work out great. I always appreciate their help in filling out paperwork if I don't understand something. Sometimes those forms can be tricky. Other than that, I would like to use their other services, but time will tell. So there you are...happy shipping! I did come during their lunch break and they lock their doors, they take that seriously. I think everyone should honestly. Take your darn break! But when you gotta get something out, it makes sense. Don't bother! Just today, our tax preparer supplied us with a USPS Priority Mail envelope for our forms. I called this place first to ask if they would take the package, the answer was yes as long as I brought it in before 6 pm. I sent my husband. The USPS envelope was taken from him, torn open, and it's contents put in a FedEx envelope. We were charged $40 and then told where we could go to drop off the Fedex! My husband was so shocked he was speechless. We'll never use them again! read more
