The guy running the shop is an idiot! doesnt know jack about cars and he sells defective tires that he will not stand behind.They also tightened my lugnuts so tight that they would not come off, had to put a 600 foot pound impact on them and they all broke off requiring studs replacement. Called in for some new or used tires. Gave them the size and they told me they have some used ones and new. Came in to check out the used ones and Rahil gave me his honest opinion on the used ones. Although they would have been really inexpensive to buy I decided to get the new tires. They beat 3 other tire stores' price for the same tires. Had came in today for all 4 brand new tires. As they took off my wheels they broke off three bolts and stripped a 4th one due to the the guy who put them on didn't put the nut on straight, the previous time I changed my tires was at this location, meaning the person who did the tire change previously over tightened them. That's not even the worst part. After they told me they broke 3 lug nuts the Mexican mechanic told me he can fix it for 280$. Spent the rest of the day going to the dealership to buy new bolts and nuts to fix their problems my self. I won't be visiting this shop ever again. If I could give this place 0 or even negative stars I would... Went here on a Sunday to get some tires taken off and some put on and balanced. Some how these nimrods managed to mess that up and only did half. I paid and left thinking everything was done correctly only to find out when I got home that they didn't replace 2 of my tires and kept the ones I wanted to be put on. Went back to talk to the manager and got charged $20 extra for THEM to finish what was supposed to have been done in the first place. Definitely won't be coming back and neither will any of my friends. Found a better tire shop called Back to Back Service and Tires on Fair Oaks Blvd. It's a little bit out of my way but 110% worth it. And may I add that this wasn't the first time that they have disappointed, guess not all places deserve second chances. ANOTHER UPDATE: Yaaaalllllllllll..... the manager is an idiot. 5 mins after my initial review he came up to my boyfriend and I being so disrespectful calling us assholes because his guys couldn't get the job done right in the first place, ended up arguing with him for 5 mins in front of his other CUSTOMERS before he finally shut up. And then when it came time to pay for the $20 that they weren't even supposed to get he started talking shit AGAIN, using profanity and just being childish. I haven't been treated this poorly EVER by any company, especially by a manager. They are the best here. I'm still here getting my tired. So I had flat tire and needed one asap but I could only afford 1 at the time. The guy showed me how my right tire was so bald and I needed to change that one too. I explained I couldn't afford it would be back Friday. I had to be at work and get on the freeway. He said to not do that because it's dangerous. He seen I had all my kids with me and out of the kindness of his heart gave me the other tire for free. This is the place to come. ZERO stars. Brought a wheel in to get a new tire with no scratches. They ended up not being able to get the tire off and scratched tf out of my wheel. When I brought it up to them they tried to say the scratches and marks were there already and there's no way the tire machine could have done it. This wheel was perfect. All 4 wheels are only 2 months old. Owner or whoever believed the 3 tire techs didn't do the damage and tried to tell me there was no way the tire machine could do the damages. He finally offered $100 store credit but after all this I don't want no business from here again. Told me to come back Tuesday next week for a quote on repair and repaint but I have a feeling that's going to cost the same or more than a new wheel as it is and he was already shocked that I told him the wheel is $300-400 each. Just going to take this L and buy a new wheel on my own and use this as a drift spare. Rather just leave a bad review and never come here again. read more
