I have been getting my hair done by Jazmyn for years. She is an amazing beautician and an awesome business women. I have never walked into Extended Beauty bar without a warm welcome. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment booked with them for a while and I was SO excited to try them out and maybe have this be my regular beauty salon. Anyways morning of my appointment I woke up very sick and felt like it would be irresponsible to go into the appointment and maybe get everyone else sick. I call to see if they could reschedule me in a few days when I'm better and they said they could but I'd be charged the full price for the missed appointment and the new appointment. So I guess they would rather have people sick come into their shop instead of miss an appointment. It wasn't a little bit of money either, I dont think anyone has money to just waste like that. And I understand businesses have to run but they could have charged maybe a small fee and then rescheduled me and still got my business. Now I will never go there for my hair needs nor will i recommend them to someone else. Just awful read more

You will fall in LOVE with Extended Beauty Bar! I had the most amazing/ relaxing experience there yesterday, and I can't wait to go back. Everyone there is so kind and professional from the very moment you walk through the door. As soon as I walked in I couldn't help but to admire the beautiful ambiance of the salon. It's clean, stylishly decorated and very inviting. (There is also free parking in the back which is always a plus). As for my my hair, I was washed and blow-dried by the sweetest girl named Deja. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She is definitely one of the salons gems. She offered me a mimosa or water (double plus for the mimosa) while I was getting my hair done. I love that I can have a mimosa, relax and get pampered in such a beautiful place. Now my stylist Jazmyn is beyond talented!! She really transformed me and brought me back to life. Jazmyn is quick, skilled and truly the best! I have been having Jazmyn do my hair for years and there is not one time that I wasn't impressed. (FUN FACT: Jazmyn did my hair for my wedding so that should tell you how much I love and trust her work!) Overall, You can tell that she is passionate about her work and her clients happiness. By the way the owner Jazmeen purposely cut my hair in the back and said while your in the process of finding a new stylist pin your hair up!! This place is purposely targeting me who says that to a paying customer I paid $50 extra and she gave me $15 for my track that she purposely undid. Do not go here I'll get getting the word out to! Never seen a place so unprofessional it's probably because she really young don't know what customer service even is. Than she had the nerve to say as a business owner don't contact me about negativity. That's the dumbest thing I ever heard a business say when you messed up there hair.unbelievable don't go if your hair means anything to you! I feel so very targeted. This place is by far the worst at professionalism. If they don't like you the owner will start making up prices as she goes and than say I never said that. I never been through any unprofessional service in my life. It's like a sorority group in there. I never been to a place that they forget to tell you what they told you to pay and continually say they didn't say that! Why in the world would I lie about the dang price! The customer service changed when I had the cancel my lash appointment due to a conference I was asked to attend it's never been the same. Everyone is close friends which is great but when your stylist makes you feel weird because you canceled the lash appointment with someone is just plan weird! If this place would just remember what they tell you to pay instead saying oh I didn't say that cause they really don't want to do your hair. I wanted to get hair extensions done but they repeatedly placed me on hold. They never answer the phone and seem small staffed. I was willing to pay the money for the acclaimed real human hair that I was interested in. They hang up on you when you call and then send you straight to VOICEMAIL!!! I'm very disappointed in their customer service and they definitely lost a high paying client for good. read more

I went to Extended Beauty Bar on my birthday and even with having a 5am appointment, I received first class service! Everyone was super friendly. I was offered beverages and they provided me with a desk so I could work. Jaz is amazing at doing hair!! The moment I walk in the door I am greeted very warmly and seated almost immediately. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely clean area. My hair stylist is Jazmeen. She has been doing my hair for approximately 4 years. Due to medical issues I had lost a significant amount of hair and I was not feeling good about myself. Let me tell you the moment I walked out of the salon after Jazmeen did my hair I felt like I was a Vixen. I could barely wait to show off my new hairdo. No Cap - the moment you walk out you feel so beautiful that I can barely wait to get to my car to show off my hair on social media. After Jazmeen does my hair I get compliments on my custom color and my hair in general. Her custom wigs are phenomenal. Her colorist skills are top notch. TRUST ME you will not be disappointed and you for sure will be back. Jazmeen transformed my hair beautifully and I am forever grateful.
