I had to wash everything, after I got it out of storage. I had to throw out my rugs and bed because of the mice. The bugs lay eggs on my rug and bed. Sometimes I went there I would discover a dead mouse in my unit. I had to always throw them out. If I would have known mice would do something like that and there would be bugs. I wouldn't have put my stuff in there. It is unfair that they close at 10pm. I get off work at 9:30pm and it takes 30 minutes to get up there. By The time I get there. They are close. One of the two elevators has been broken for over two weeks, and the only working elevator is difficult to reach because the entrance door to it is also broken. On top of that, three out of four vehicle gates have been out of service for more than three weeks, making access to the property incredibly inconvenient. Over the past three weeks, I've tried moving items in and out of my unit several times, and each visit has been a struggle. For the amount customers are paying, the lack of maintenance and oversight is unacceptable.
