We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

I was very pleased with the clean INDOOR facility. There were carts to roll your things to and from the loading dock to the elevator. It was never crowded (I was there for HOURS). When I arrived there was a man verbally berating those kind women over a small and reasonable inconvenience. The women were doing everything they could to help him. I was happy that he left before it escalated further-- After he walked out they said they would protect anyone's belongings the same regardless of who you are. That's the type of customer service I miss! People are usually so short tempered and rude. Those women deserve this 5 star review!
