He gave me a fair, straightforward quote, and the final price matched exactly. No surprises, which I truly appreciated. Ryan and Tommy were outstanding. They worked nonstop the entire time and handled everything with care. They wrapped and protected all items--furniture, appliances, and fragile pieces--and were extremely respectful of both the home and the situation. You can tell they take real pride in their work. This was also an emotional move, as my mom recently passed away and we were preparing her home for sale. Ryan and Tommy were incredibly kind and empathetic throughout, which made a difficult day much easier. They also offer junk removal services, which is a great added service. They brought two trucks, which was a smart setup--one could head to the dump while the crew kept working without losing time. A team of four worked nonstop, and in just 7 hours the entire condo was cleared out. It was a record-setting hot day, but they never slowed down or complained. And to be clear, this was a massive amount of stuff. A+ company. If I ever need junk removal again, they'll be my first call. Thank you!!

Really, it set my experience off on an exceptional foot. Steven ad Gabriel who showed up to pick up my in-laws stuff were professional and absolute work horses. They were so super nice, especially when faced with the amount of dust in my in-laws hoarded home they were dealing with. They worked quickly and were kind because they could see I was rattled with my family emergency situation. Prices are reasonable and were clearly explained to me by Dex on the phone before booking. Happy to have used and would never hesitate to use them again or refer them out.

Oh well things aren't the same way we thought. Every time we dropped off with Jennifer (blonde lady who taking care of her smog business too), she rolled her eyes and didn't wanted to help us. I felt bad as we had a lot of packages to scan so we apologized to the manager but he confirmed that no need to apologize because they made money on having USPS station there. Jennifer and Hawaiian auntie are the rude people. If you hate your job, please do yourself a favor by looking for a job that you like. Life is short to punish yourself and your mentally in the place that you hate. However we did try to come up with nice conversation during we visited and I even supported Jennifer on her Smog business to make them feel better with us. Still didn't do anything better. Our last call was on Christmas week, we shipped A LOT of packages and to see Jennifer showed us her poor attitude right after we walked in. It was a huge TURN OFF. We NEVER gone back to this place.
