We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

I did not order this container. A UNITS container showed up in front of my house. I contacted the…read morecompany who gave me multiple stories about the container and who had rented it and who authorized placement in front my house. The person who described himself as the "Director of QC" (he had answered the phone) told me the unit was at a business maybe 15 miles from here. He refused to answer questions. I insisted that it be removed today. It blocked access to the mailboxes which are serviced from a truck. It blocked visibility from my driveway. Particularly dangerous today to block visibility on the road as it is Halloween and children will be walking and cars will be on the road. The box lacked reflective indicators. The box was finally removed a few minutes ago and "Billy Martin", director of QC, says it will be dropped off somewhere and returned to somewhere (would not divulge) next week when it's needed. Zero stars. The app requires one star.

Patrick and his crew, Renaldo, Nitua, Gerand and Kevin, exceeded the already high expectations I had based upon the reviews. I will happily recommend Bookstore to family and friends and will never use another moving company. Their strength, kindness, commitment and pride in their job and the company, organization, efficiency as a crew (this was amazing to watch- they just flowed as a team of 5 and Patrick was an excellent leader!), was consitent and apparent throughout the entire time they spent with us. I really can't say enough good things about the experience and hope to work with them again when we hopefully buy a place and move in the next couple of years.
