From the moment I called to get a quote I felt at ease and confident in the exchange. After a day or two of receiving the quote, I decided to book. Stress free. Hassle free. Straight forward pricing. Prompt follow-up. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. I received a text reminder a few days before my move and a call the day before to confirm all details. The movers called when they were on their way on the day of ... nearly an hour's notice. They arrived, introduced themselves and we got right to the walk through. They worked and worked and worked until everything was securely wrapped, packed and loaded. The unloading and unpacking process was even faster. From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

They didn't wrap items in blankets to protect them and just stacked items on and under one another. This was a 9 mile move.....No accountability for broken items, damage to move out home property and overall service. Giving two stars is generous at this point as we've yet to receive settle up payment for damaged goods during move. Majorly scratched the driveway from moving trucks which nearly killed the deal of selling the home at the closing table. Learn from my mistakes and go with a more reputable company.

However, during the move they did damage to some our our furniture which we are still finding damage to certain prices. they damaged our new refrigerator and the owner of the company took photos and said they would send someone out to replace one of the front panels. We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!
