Nice clean and salon and professional. They' re much better at threading than waxing, also one of the workers is not the best at doing eyebrows but takes clients to provide them service. I just don't think you should do threading after waxing tans I have thick eyebrows. I would only go back here as a last available option. read more

WHEN: Friday @ noon I did walk-in and they took in me right away. The technician threaded my eyebrows and upper lip. Both didn't hurt too bad. It was a very quick service, it took 10min to thread both. The salon was clean, the tech wore masks while threading or waxing customers. The price was very cheap for the Bay Area, $10 eyebrows, $6 upper lip. They finished off threading with aloe gel. You get a stamp card after 10 visits, you get a free eyebrow threading service. The stamp card also had their service prices including eyelash lifts, extensions, waxing, etc. The caveat is parking in the area sucks!! It's street parking, no private lot. read more

Eyebrow Queen Salon did a fantastic job on my mani/pedi. Not only did I leave with clean fresh nails, the entire process was refreshing. The time taken to clean up the nail area was very great. I appreciate their focus & attention they gave me even though they had others waiting. I was relieved that they didn't let that take away or distract from my experience. Heard great things about this place and finally decided to try it today. Although I love supporting small businesses, I will not be going back to thread or wax my eyebrows here again. I specifically explained to the staff member who threaded my brows how I wanted them to be done. I wanted my brows to maintain their length and thickness, not be cut, and just get a simple clean up. Unfortunately, I got the total opposite. My brows were thinned out, shape completely changed and I absolutely hate it. Honestly I was so impressed with my eyelashes! I have a tough eye shape to style with lashes so I wasn't hopeful with how they were going to turn out but when I opened my eyes and looked at my lashes it looked like a copy and paste of my inspo pic. All i have to say though get ready to spenddd! My hybrid set was 125 but the time it took was only ONE hour & 30 minutes! compared to other lash techs who take up to 4hrs. So ultimately in my opinion i think its worth the money! read more

It had been about a month since I've done my eyebrows and since I was fairly new to the area, I hadn't found an eyebrow threading salon I can trust. I stopped by around 4:30pm on a Sunday and was seated immediately. I asked for Eyebrow Threading ($7) and Upper Lip Threading ($5). The lady was very attentive and did a good job at cleaning up all the tiny hairs. The prices were also very fair, so I had no complaints. However, they charge $1 to pay with credit cards. That's almost like part of the tip they get out of customers. The threading services here are fine but if you visit, I recommend bringing cash with you to avoid the unnecessary charge. read more

Although it's cheap for the service, the lady who threaded my eyebrows did not do a good job. They were left uneven and she cut me a few times with the thread. Immediately that day, the owner reached out to investigate who was responsible for it and she offered me to come back and that she would personally do the service for me. It definitely doesn't get any better than this! I switched over to exclusively threading my eyebrows (way less abrasive than waxing). Eyebrow Queen is affordable. And usually when things are cheap you gotta be prepared to overlook some things.. like service & cleanliness.. BUT NOT HERE! The girls doing the threading are super nice and the area is very clean. $6 for eyebrow threading is a steal! They don't try to upsell services and you can give special instructions as to whether you want to reshape or just a clean up. It takes about 10 minutes and they also trim your brows. I make sure to come here monthly just to keep everything fleek-y. Tipz: -Don't come on weekends --I've waited like 45 mins before. -Weekdays 3-4 and 5:30-6 are times I've gone when I waited 0-5 minutes -If you come after 3pm you can park in the BART structure for FREE! -Get a stamp card, your 11th threading will be free. -Don't forget to tip for good service! read more

Really upset with how my eyebrows came out. Paid $16 for an eyebrow thread and mustache wax. She made my eyebrows so thin and uneven. Just came in for my Eyelashes Classic Fill (2 weeks). My lashes survived my Hawaii trip! I went swimming, ziplining, snorkeling, and on a boat ride. Swasti Thapa did an amazing job! I came on a Friday at 4:00pm and luckily I was able to sit down to start my thread immediately. The lady that helped me was named Swasti. She did an amazing job. I have been to many threading salons and this is the best place so far. She even trimmed my brows and plucked the remaining hairs. When she gave me the mirror at the end, there was no remaining hairs that she needed to correct. Other places, I usually have to end up asking them to fix this or that. They do an amazing job and it is totally affordable. I was going to a fancier salon in a different neighborhood and getting charged three times the amount for 1/2 the quality. This is my second time here and both times I have walked out amazed with the care they take in threading my eyebrows. Their technique is stellar. Parking is challenging, but public transportation is easy to get here. I want to add that I went to Sephora for a makeover after getting my eyebrows done here and the makeup artists wanted to know where I got my eyebrows done. They are seriously beautiful! read more

I had my eyebrow place I always went to in Champaign. I really missed it and didn't want to do waxing as I've had awful experiences. I'm glad I found this place while walking around. They charge $7 for threading and they're pretty meticulous. I loved how my eyebrows were shaped! I recommend this place. So I came here on oct. 7 and left this place with bloody fucked up eyebrow. I will never ever come back here and if you know any better you wouldn't either. I grew my eyebrows out for a 4 weeks just to get them done like this. If you look carefully you can see how red they are but these pictures were taken 8 hours after I got them done bc I had to go straight to work and the fact that my coworkers had said to me that I was bleeding made me feel bad because if they noticed I know it was bad. Since I moved here I've only gone to this place to get my eyebrows done and never not once has this happened to me I am very disappointed like you got certified to do this can't even do it correctly that's sad. read more
