Came in a couple of days before Christmas so of course it was super busy. When I usually come, service is pretty quick though. The women who do your eyebrows are nice and thorough. If there is a line/wait, you sign in and just wait your turn, otherwise you just have a seat and the customers usually know who is next to sit down and get serviced. The offer the usual services when you go to a threading salon so you can come here for any of your needs be it eye brows, mustache area, etc. Just let them know. Pricing is comparable to most places in the area. Parking is a lot shared with other stores and a grocery store so it's usually easy to find parking. The only reason I had to park a little away is cause it was close to a holiday, otherwise, always quick and good service coming here. read more

I found out about Eyebrow Threading Palace on Groupon. When I got there, I realized their prices are the same as the groupon: $5 for eyebrows, $20 for full face so buy straight from the salon so they aren't losing any money. I called ahead to make an appointment, but the lady said to come down. Lila (I think that's her name) is a threading perfectionist and does her work really fast and thorough! At the end she even gives a nice face massage with the aloe. It's pretty empty, they only opened a month and a half ago. Parking is in a lot shared with other shops. read more

Solid place for eyebrow threading! There are a few Eyebrow Threading Palaces in east bay, and this one is my favorite (second would be the one near hilltop, and third is the one in Oakland). I haven't had a bad experience here, and for $7 it's a steal (sometimes they have Groupons too!) Parking is plentiful, and there's ice cream and dollar oysters (Tuesday/Wednesdays?) at Rockin crawfish in the same shopping center. Yum! I took one star off since sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, and there is no bathroom (you have to go at the library next door). read more

Made it in right before closing. Was greeted with a smile from Mamta while she was finishing up with a client. Quickly threaded eyebrows, not too thick or thin. Eyebrow threading is $7. There is usually many people waiting but add your name to list and you are assisted right away. Plenty of seats and parking that is great when coming off of the busy street. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done by Suneeta (the owner) ever since this salon opened. She knows my eyebrows and does a fantastic job each time! Even though the price has understandably gone up ($10 eyebrow/$7 lip) it's still reasonable considering there are salons that charge $20/eyebrows for the same or less quality. Sometimes the wait can be long on the weekends (I've waited half an hour before) but it's never been an issue. I agree with the recent reviews that the younger woman who worked here for a few months was awful; she cut my lip with the thread! Couldn't take direction from the owner either. Thankfully she is no longer employed so I'm giving this place 5 stars since it shows they really care about their customer feedback! read more

I've been going here for about 2 1/2 months now since the guy that cuts my hair moved to this shop. When you walk in the door there's always someone there to greet you, and depending on the time of day that you go it could be quite busy. I can go 3 weeks without getting my eyebrows done and they still look good, but I try to go every 1 1/2-2 weeks so It won't be so painful. Oh the things us women bare to be beautiful. read more

Let me tell you about my visit. Before I dropped in, I was looking like a straight up beast-almost similar to Chewbacca if you want to be specific. I was extremely self conscious of the way I looked because c'mon now, unibrow looking and little upper lip fluff. I felt so ugly and wondered why my boo hasn't left me yet. Anyways... I walked in feeling so ecstatic because now I could look and feel like a woman again after this transformation. Sima worked wonders like no other threaders could do. When I asked for thin brows with a shape, she listened and granted my wishes. She even told me I looked like a brand new person after all the hairs were rid of. LOL! Yes y'all, my face was that hairy and my real self was hiding behind all that. Sima is life!!! I feel like a woman again and although the hubby did not initially notice my face transformation, I had to bring it up and all he told me was "it looks nice." Should have paid attention to these reviews before I walked in. I've been there before maybe 3 or 4 times and they've been really nice and helpful with my brows. Sometimes the job seems rushed even when I'm the only person there and I like my brows to be threaded carefully. The older lady knows her stuff and she did a wonderful job the last time I visited. The younger one unfortunately made one brow thicker than the other after attempting to catch a few stragglers and managed to chop off a little bit of the side of my brow. Tip: make sure to look in the mirror before you head out the door just in case the job isn't well done to your preference. If not, they'll be happy to fix it for you. If the owner is not doing your brows DO NOT COME HERE. After waiting 30 mins to get eyebrows cleaned via threaded, the shape of my eyebrows are completely different and the ends of my eyebrows shortened. So sad as you know it takes a long time to grow browsing yes I told them just cleaning not shape. Unfortunately will not be coming back since the owner rarely does threading anymore. read more

This place is only good for eyebrow services not for waxing. I didn't wanted to write this review cuz I used to spend like $40 to $100 each visit. I even recommended to my friends but my skin is still healing from the burn you gave me from the waxing in the month of July 2019. I still can't wax cuz of the burn. Definately not recommending for waxing ( for sensitive skin especially ) The customer service was bad. I tried to reach the lady and ask her what should I do to make it better. I come back here regularly to get my face threaded. YES, my face not just eyebrows but upper lip, sides, and chin. Sima threads off all of my unwanted hairs and does a super great job! The first time I went to this place, there was a blackout in the area and she still made my eyebrows look amazing in very dim natural sunlight. It is very cheap and Sima is super nice! Affordable and it's right around the corner from my home. Sima alway did a great job on my eyebrows. They have more than one staff on the weekends so you wouldn't have to wait long. They messed up my eyebrows. DO NOT get your eyebrows done by the new woman working there. She didn't understand what I said or what I wanted, did not ask questions, and then messed up my shape. Another woman who has been working there longer, who has a mole near her lip, tried to fix my eyebrows and proceeded to mess up my eyebrows even more. Came here on a Sunday and I was shocked to see that there was no wait. The chairs looked super comfy and I was a little nervous to try out a new place and a new lady, but the last person that threaded my eyebrows literally took a chunk off so I figured that I needed to find a new spot ASAP. The lady called me over and had me sit back on the chair then started working her magic. She was super sweet, super detailed and very gentle. She even started to ask me how my day was and how everything was going. This was a huge plus since the lady I used to go to had ZERO personality. When she finished, she put aloe on my eyebrows and even made a couple extra adjustments to make sure it looked 'on fleek'. I loved the experience and the best part was that it was only $5!
