The staff in this store is fantastic. An A+ for customer service. Its hard during COVID for staff members to serve everyone like it use to be. They are working so hard to provide great service and courtesy with new procedures and restrictions. Sure, you have to wait longer than normal but they are working hard. Talk about service! Lost my sunglasses while on vacation. Regular optometrist office said it would be 10 days to get replacement pair. Went to EyeMart, they took the prescription off my regular glasses and I had my new sunglasses in an hour and a half! The price was competitive with my regular eye doctors office. This is not my optometrist. I used Eyemart for my glasses, because I could not find any at my DR. The store is busy and seems under staffed. The ladies seem to be pressured to handle customers, pick ups and answer the phones. It's a great deal for glasses, but there is no customer service connection. I felt like I was driving. I am personally a little picky. Great selection of frames! Would of like my glasses to have the stickers sticky removed and my glasses cleaned before I got my glasses. No shade to anyone that works there. They need someone to handle the phones. Overall very happy with my eyewear, the great selection and of course the price! read more

Lady who tries to help me was extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. She told me my insurance (VSP signature) only covered a small amount; I called them and was quoted a completely different amount. I got glasses here a couple of weeks ago and was very happy with my service but I got home and realized my glasses we're just too big for my face. I wear my glasses about 80% of the time. I called and asked if there was any way I could get a different frame and what the policy was they said if it was within 30 days I could get a different frame. I went in today and a girl named Natalie made me feel like crap. I explained the situation and she said it was in my head that they were not too big and basically tried to make me feel like an idiot until I Gave up and left. I am so disappointed and stuck looking like the goofy little loony toon chick until my next prescription. read more

My wife just picked up her new glasses. I am writing this review for her as she has some visual impairment and is unable to enter text like this. -- They were ready in just less than two hours from the time she selected them in the store. Their customer service is phenomenal -- first-class and very professional. Michelle was very patient with her as she looked at several frames from the wide variety to choose from. Michelle helped her think of the right questions to ask, the pros and cons of the various designs, and was very empathetic and understanding of her eye handicaps (low or no peripheral vision under certain conditions, damage from former eye problems, et. al.) Wow! This place is great and the staff was very helpful and patient with my 10 year old son. My first stop was Lens Crafters at the Summit. The tech there called my insurance to verify benefits. I knew I had them but the tech said I did not but offered to discount the glasses my son chose, bringing the total for one pair to $200. Eyemart took the time to find my benefits and were able to provide 2 cool frames with lenses for $101. read more

My husband went in with NO appointment and was able to see the Dr. and get new glasses in a few hours.

I went in to eyemart with a new prescription. I left with an order that took about 7 days for them to send out and get back. Which was fine. I get them back, and the don't really help me much. I go back to the dr for a glasses check and an eye recheck, and they lower my prescription. I take the glasses back to eyemart and they take them back and make the new prescription. At this point I'm pretty happy with everything. Once the glasses came back is when things went south. The prescription is so light that the glasses literally do nothing for my vision. I decide I don't need them. Take them back to the store and say I would like to return them. I'm told they don't have a return policy and they can give me store credit. I say ok because everyone else in my house wears glasses and I figure we can use it later. I leave and discover on the eyemart website that they do have a refund policy. I go back into the store and show them the policy on the website and the employee I was talking to asked the store manager who told him no. Only store credit. I had to call a customer service 1-800 number, wait for a regional manager to call me back, which took a little over 24 hours, not a huge biggie. Then the regional manager tried selling me on the store credit. I kept having to tell her over and over the website says you give refunds. I finally did get a refund. But I had to deal with all these people when it should have just been handled in store locally. read more

For kids glasses they have a ton of colors and patterns and sunglasses. Quick service and bonus if your prescription changes within 90 days (I think that's right) they will update your lenses free. With my kid that is exactly what happened and we were so glad they do that! read more

Ultimately, I got glasses that I was satisfied with and ended up only working with the manager. There were issues with the initial set of glasses and I felt I was in he said/she said between them and my optometrist's office. While a change in the prescription was needed to be made for the 2nd set, there was plenty of issues with the handling of the glasses by this company. read more

I was very impressed with the group of people at this location. I wish I would have written down names or grabbed a card from the woman who helped me because she was fantastic! I had a unique request that a doctor recommended I get but I had a really hard time finding a place to accommodate what I needed. I was looking to find a pair of glasses that I could tint rose slightly 10-15%) to help my brain handle stress. I had lasix many years ago and the woman in the store explained to me that I probably wouldn't have a big enough prescription for insurance to get involved, but she was more than willing to help me. She found some coupons and began applying them to my frames and non-prescription lenses. She told me I could come back if they needed to be tinted less or more and they would easily re-do it to make sure I get the level I need. The customer service was amazing. I compare this to my experience with their competitor in Meadowood Mall where I was quoted nearly $400 for the same glasses and tinting. And their customer service was awful. I was very happy and refreshed to get what I needed for about 20% of the price at Eyemart! In the end I paid $68 for cute frames with rose tinted lenses and they were ready in 30 minutes. read more

i have paid more and been to better optometrists. you get what you pay for. initially they were really nice. however, when i had to return the eyeglasses due to a defect and must have been there on one of their bad and tired days. the staff became sort of ornery, especially the general manager had an aloof attitude because i had to return the eyeglasses. maybe their excellent customer service is fizzing out. read more

It's been a pretty long time since I've had my eyes examined, so I decided to come here. Dr. Erin Polukoshko was awesome and explained everything I had in mind before I even asked. She was very friendly and professional as well as informative about every stage of the exam and the retinal photo. The rest of the optometry staff was also great. The staff in the frame area were awesome and extremely helpful when it came to finding the right glasses and sunglasses. The only downfall is that the glasses are fairly expensive, but the quality of service and professionalism I experienced from everyone during my visit make the prices worth every penny. read more

I had a great eyeball express experience at Eyemart Express and Dr. Polukoshko. Needed to update my prescription, and some new specs. Liked their reviews here, and I made my appointment. Arrived about 15 min's early (for once in my life), so I went and looked at frames first. Michelle helped me, and she knows her stuff, as well as being very pleasant. I had decided before I came I would probably go with the 2'fer deal, so she guided me to the available frames, and I was able to choose some that worked for me fairly quickly. Went next door and filled out my new patient paperwork with the great girls she has in the office, and Dr. Pol took me right on time. The exam went well, and she was thorough and friendly, gaining my confidence. Paid the girls up front, took my prescription over to Michelle who already had my frames in a tray, and paid for my glasses. Went and got some lunch, and two texts came in before I finished eating that my glasses were ready. So in less than two hours, my new, correct eyewear was on my face. Couldn't ask for more.
