The next morning while I was driving, my transmission hood opened because they didn't close it correctly. I tried to close it and it wouldn't close so I went back to the shop and they sprayed something in the latch and one of the mechanics said that the whole latch needs to be replaced. I told him that I did not need anything replaced.. He told the manager and the manager told him not to help me and they both walked away so I closed the hood myself and it finally closed! While trying to arrange this, the attitude he got from the front counter worker was deplorable. I heard everything because I was sitting beside him while the call was on speaker.
