The dripping sound I thought I was hearing turned out to just be some pipes knocking around the attic that may have come loose (a common occurrence). CT offered some helpful recommendations and was very honest about it probably not being worth getting professional work unless the noise really bothered me as it's not an issue that will lead to any damage. I called several other plumbing companies and all were booking a week out or charging massive service fees to come by on the weekend, so I was incredibly appreciative that EZ came all the way out to my house and gave the advice I needed without charging me or getting a contract out of the call. Thank you EZ team for coming out and helping me on my job. I had a clog that eventually turned into a leak. Out of all the office assistants that I've spoke to, Melva was the most personable out of everyone. She was very professional and easy going. I loved talking to her. She even taught me some baseball history! She scheduled her team THREE days out as compared to the 14 days from the other companies. Day of service: Theo and team were able to fix my problem. This happened after snovid and everyone was backed up for 2+ weeks. EZ team was able to get out to me in less than a week. They called me before coming, but my phone is set up to take them to voicemail. They still came and didn't cancel on me! When I opened the door to the plumber, I had a poor interaction with him and I sent the plumber away. I'm glad this happened though because I ended up finding a highly rated competitor who charges much less for the same service I needed. EZ Flow overcharges for their services. Unclogging the plumbing is about $300 at EZ Flow. I found a highly rated competitor that does the same thing but for half the price and had a good experience with them. I won't be using EZ Flow again. I would give a one star rating, but the owner/manager called me to apologize for the plumber, which was really considerate. read more

Good service, but I've gotta be honest here, they are too expensive. These folks were responsive, professional, and provided solid work and service with a recently clogged drain. Given I didn't have time to check with more plumbers, I went with these guys as they were simply to be at the "top of the list." And I didn't have time to shop around as much as I normally would. However, after a recent unrelated plumbing issue, I did do just that. Not only for a water heater repair but also asked about the work they performed. In each case, it was very clear these folks were easily the most expensive of all of the quotes. In some cases, by hundreds of dollars. For this next plumbing service, I did go with another company, who provided comparable service, for much less. Bottom line, nothing wrong with the work, but they are over-priced. Which I suspect is a demand-related premium due to the positive reviews. Which unfortunately is a bit short-sighted. read more

All I need to say is that this place has earned every single one of their five star reviews. I came home from a trip and found out two of our sinks were backed up. I sent EZ Flow a message at 6pm on Labor Day and amazingly, received a message from Bill 5 mins later saying they could be here first thing in the morning. We have been using EZ Flow for several years and are always happy with the work they provide. Today I had to call them to help with a dishwasher that was leaking.even after I called Bosch last week to have my machine evaluated. Bosch sent a repair man who looked at my situation and told me that I needed a new washer but did not help me to mitigate the leak that was the result of the broken machine. So, I then called EZ Flow to come out to make sure the leak was not from a pipe. They came out quickly and went right to work. They concluded that my machine was indeed broken and leaking so they stopped the leak, and removed the washer so the water that was standing could dry and not cause any further damage. They always do great work, but what makes them stand out is their character. Terrance and Henry cared about the problem left by the Bosch repairman and did what needed to be done to keep my home from experiencing water damage. While they worked they were kind, respectful and concerned about my home. I highly recommend them. They are fair in their pricing and just a really reliable company. read more

During our kitchen renovation a 3" line was damaged during our Kitchen renovation. I called EZ Plumbing in the morning at 9:00am Thursday for a 3" plumbing line repair. They were able to send someone over at 11am. My other go-to plumbers were booked till Monday. We had two techs arrive at our home at 10:40am. They inspected the area and clearly notified me how they planned to perform the repair. The cut some additional drywall around the studs, cut the section of damaged piping and installed a hub. This was all done in about 1 hour. The line was tested and no leaks. I also had them replace the ice maker water supply valve. The original valve was not shutting properly. They replaced this in about 25 mins, cleaned the line and reinstalled. $250-275 for the pipe and $150-200 for the line repair. Leaving 4 stars because the markup my opinion was high. read more

I've been unsatisfied with my plumber for a while. My friend had recommended EZ Flow, so when my disposal started making angry sounds the day before Thanksgiving, I gave them a call. Theo was there within an hour, diagnosed the very minor problem, and pointed out a few ways we could bring our disposal up to code ourselves. Great, friendly, and FAST service. I really appreciated that they stopped by at the end of their day, going into a holiday weekend, AND didn't charge me. I called EZ Flow to check on my water heater due to only having lukewarm water. Within 20 minutes, a technician arrived. It took him 3 minutes to diagnose and solve the problem. Too much heat in the attic to allow the heater to breathe. He relit the pilot light and didn't charge me anything. Really reminds me of small town service but here in the city. After some insurance restoration work, I had a brand new water heater installed from the GC. I noticed that the hot water temp wasn't being sustained during a shower the way it should be being brand new so I gave EZ Flow a call. They were able to come out same day (Terrance and Henry), tested the voltage to ensure it was working properly, and bumped up the thermostats a bit. A few minutes later, Bill the veteran also showed up just to double check everything and they were gracious enough not to charge me for their time and work. We had a leak of unknown source in our bathroom sending water out in multiple directions under the tile and eventually into carpeted areas. Theo and Paul came out to take a look and arrived exactly on time as per the appointment, checked out the area, and then discussed options for stopping and repairing what turned out to be a slab leak. The job took two days to stop the leak, and then to restore normal water service to the affected area, but they worked very well, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves as well as could be done given the difficult nature of the job. I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing for any work that needs to be completed, they are easy to work with, punctual, friendly, highly competent, and take the normal COVID precautions if that is of great concern.
