We were given a long report with pictures and recommendations which we submitted to our builder for warranty repair. When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.
