It came back with the entire inner insulation layer collapsed and bunched down around the pocket area, completely ruining the jacket's structure. This type of damage is consistent with improper washing, not proper dry cleaning. I lost a favorite, irreplaceable piece. If you have anything wool, delicate, or with a structured/insulated lining, I'd be very cautious here -- please check your care labels and ask exactly how your garment will be handled.
