Called on a Friday to get my rim repaired they told me come Monday anytime between eight and nine. Showed up just for the guy to tell me come back at 10 AM or 11. So I end up calling back around 9:30 just for a different guy to tell me the machine is broken to repair the rims!!! Very unprofessional would not recommend to anybody read more

I came at 5pm on a Wednesday for a simple tire change I parked inside, only one entrance which is also the exit. They made me wait then asked what I needed, I told them they said okay, made me wait 20minutes more so they can finish the previous customers. Then they asked me to let the customers out so I reversed and stopped traffic to let the previous customers out. After all that. I parked inside, they told me they couldn't do what I asked because the person who does it was not there. Made me completely waste my time. Will not come again or refer to anyone, sadly. Nice guys and good prices but make sure: 1) they don't overinflate the tires by 10-13 PSI higher than needed - which is bad for modern tires; 2) that they don't over torque the lug nuts on the wheels (I did not see them use a torque wrench) which can be bad for the lugs and nuts); and; 3) that they balance the tires (I get more vibration than expected and can't tell if they did it right. read more

we went on vacation and our tire wouldn't hold air. on the last full day out we tried fixing it at another tires shop... the new tire was still leaking meaning it must be the rim, and we were running out of time, the other spot wouldn't fix it since they don't work on rims... we called EZ tires late at night and they said they would help us. we arrived around 10pm and within 2 minutes we found the problem and was given an amazing estimate, within 30 minutes it was fixed and we were on our way. they were so amazing i wish they were closer to home as i would be a regular. read more

Popped tire all of a sudden when I'm on a time limit to do things. It always happens this way.. hella annoying. Luckily we were in an area where there was 3 tire shops near us. We called wheel service up the street they had an hour wait, I couldn't do that. Then I called EZ Tires, they said they had time. We were just across the street eating so we pulled up. They were working on a couple other cars, they immediately started helping us. Going back and fourth between cars. Very efficient!! We were there maybe 20 minutes, not too bad. I did end up purchasing a new tire for $120. Damn since when are tires so expensive, my dumbass should've got a used one but I wasn't thinking. So far so good with my new tire, made it back home to Stockton in one piece. Still going good. I recommend if you're in the area and need tires. They also had a little food truck parked inside I didn't get the name in case you wanted a snack or so while you wait. That's pretty convenient. read more

I went here to get a quote for curb rash/rim repair on two rims. I parked my car and got out and approached one of the guys and asked him about receiving a quote . He told me it would take him an hour and a half to fix it ... I then replied that I was just trying to get a quote he then stated "ummmm 180" I said well you haven't even looked at the car or rims AT ALL to assess the damage ! His reply was "I know my job". I never felt welcomed and the entire interaction was very dismissive and unprofessional. Do better. Maybe come up with a price list and actually communicate with paying customers. I met Sunny, the owner, who repaired my cracked rim in no time. He and his employees were professional and friendly. It's been a week and the rim fix has held air. Previous to that I would have to air my tire every other day. I have a tire machine and various welders at home so when they worked on my rim I took particular interest and recorded the process. So I got a flat tire on my relatively new car (11k miles), and brought it to a chain to see if it could be patched. The tire couldn't be patched but I was told I would need all four replaced for $800. Uhm, excuse me? I left with my donut to call a few other places and got a reasonable quote from EZ Tires so I brought it to them. The mechanic helping me out then offered to replace the flat tire with another of same quality and tread, rather than replacing all four (which were still in great condition), and said if I had any problems at all I could bring it back!
