Been over two months and I still haven't received my ID. When I contacted them, they said they had the MVD ship my ID again but I still haven't received it. Not happy at all. Went back in to have it shipped again. Not even an apology from their side. They blamed the state and charged me for another ID. Their customer service is just terrible. read more

Every time I go to this place - there is a problem...the most recent issue was a motorcycle title I needed....their cheap scanner produced such a poor image they told me to go back to the seller and get another document....the document (power of attorney) - was BRAND NEW and totally legible. They need a scanner with grayscale...or at least one that cost more than 30 bucks. I offered to scan it for them...they claimed it is their policy that it must be scanned on their cheapo unit - although they could not provide me with that written policy. No more wasted trips there for me....if you go there....make sure your docs are black and white and brand new. If you are driving away without satisfaction - remember this warning. I own a business and take my customer complaints seriously...I hope their business owners read reviews and react accordingly. read more

They are convenient, polite, friendly, patient, and most importantly competent and knowledgeable! The MVD usually sends me into tears or apoplexy (and I know they're under major strain during Covid so that's tough) so if you need a trustworthy alternative, this is it. read more

Emailed this branch requesting information and got an answer within about 15 minutes. Went in to transfer plates, DL, and title from another state - I was in an out in about 1/2 hour! I'm used to spending half a day at the DMV! The folks here are all extremely friendly, patient, and helpful, & I highly recommend stopping here to save an exponential amount of time and stress. Prior to finding this place, I spent over an hour on the phone with the DMV and got nowhere. Was dealing with a nightmare of a title issue that I thought I'd have to waste an entire day at the DMV to resolve. Called EZ Title and spoke with Allyssa. She was super knowledgeable and told me to stop by the following day and they'd be able to get things resolved. I was happy that Allyssa was working when I stopped by, and she got everything fixed for me in 10 minutes tops! I can't say enough great things about this place! Great service! Had to get title & registration for an out of state vehicle and wasn't excited to have to venture over to the DMV. They charged me a 3% credit card fee without telling me. Pretty cheap. That along with their fee makes putting up with the annoying but free AZ MVD office worthwhile. read more

This place was great no waiting at all walked in and right up to counter. They don't do drivers license there. But I was able to get my handicap card in just a few minutes. The gal at the desk was happy friendly and great to work with and will be coming back to get my vehicle registration done. Had an amazing and fast experience dealing with my title and registration. Went directly to DMV and it was an hour and a half long wait. I left and on the same day found EZ Title it took ten minutes. I came in today to get a few things done with my girlfriend, and after signing in, was helped by a lady clerk and noticed both her and the girl behind her were busy fiddling with their cell phones and talking about music on their air pieces instead of tending to my needs. Whenever I asked a question, the lady would look at me like she saw a ghost and I was met with "I'm sorry?" on several occasions. Perhaps if she spent less time listening to music she could here me better. I've been to this location before and never have seen this girl before, maybe she is new. The gentleman in the office seemed sharp and were able to quickly help other customers while I was stuck with a bozo clerk. I hope management reads this and seriously talks to their people. read more

I was trying to register my car in Arizona for the first time and when I went to DMV they were no help and he long was ridiculous. I called two other title places to get help and they were clueless on how to help me. I am now a believer...I have heard and seen third party locations that offer services that typically are done by DMV but questioned their ability to be an alternative. Well EZ Title & Registration in Tempe proved that it definitely works. I'm selling by RV and while getting my paperwork together, I suddenly realize that I had a title but not one for Az. So tried reaching AZ DMV and not a chance and couldn't even arrange for an appointment. Looked at EZ..saw the comments and ratings and decided to try their closest locations. Located in strip mall on Priest, the parking lot was full and I decided to find a parking spot at an apartment complex and went in. Office had lots of customers with a sign in sheet. When I asked Hanna how long it would before I would be called, she said 20 minutes so decided to stay. I swear I think it was 19 minutes later and I appeared in front of Hanna again and explained my problem. She told me there was two ways to handle and first would take two weeks but an alternative was issuing of a Bill of Sale which buyer could use to get a new title which I said would be great. She left to complete the form and back within 5 minutes...showed me how to complete once sale was made and I was shocked when she told me the cost for the service. OMG!!!
