I have ordered from them before and while it took a bit of time the food was good and they are the closest Pizza place to my home. That changed last night. I placed and order for a pie (via SLICE) and three soups at 7:02 pm. I was told it would be delivered in 45 min. I then got an update that they were backed up and delivery would be about 8:15 pm. At 8:02 I received an alert from Slice that the order was on its way. I waited 30 min (they are 1 mile from my house) and at 8:30 called them. They told me that they had not even started preparing it!! I had two small kids waiting to eat and they made me wait 2 hours with no notice. They told me they would get it to me by 9 am and they did. No offer of any restitution!! I called Slice and they checking Into things and offered me $5 off my NEXT slice offer. They did not care that I got a notification from their service that it was on its way. I felt my order should have been refunded at least half, maybe entirely. Fabio's has decent food - maybe too good as they were backed up on a Friday night. But treat a customer like this is really horrible and I won't order from them again. And stay away from Slice too!! read more

I'm not sure how they were able to achieve this but they somehow have the greasiest yet most undercooked pizza I've ever had. A guaranteed stomach ache each time you eat their pizza. Their cheese tastes expired and there is just oil seeping out of every slice. This has been the case with the plain pizza, Brooklyn style, grandma pizza, and buffalo chicken. The worst chicken Parm I have ever tasted in my whole entire life. The chicken was so thin and completely burnt and so so so dry . The opposite of moist . Newer to this area.. I decided to try out Fabio's in a constant search for Italian food/pizza that can compare to NY. Look no further. First off, their delivery service is quick and the food comes very hot. We've tried the margarita pizza, chicken parm with vodka sauce, and the honey bbq wings and all were DELICIOUS. Great portion sizes and reasonable pricing as well. We are so happy we gave this place a shot, because it will now be our go-to! read more

Went out for a Sunday drive and the location we wanted to go to Closed forever due to COVID. So we used our Yelp App and found Fabio's Bistro. First up, the workers were cleaning the Windows and sidewalks, making sure the whole place was spotless and shiny. OLD SCHOOL CLEANING I LOVE IT!! We were quickly greeted by the staff and were given menu and their Specials Menu. The menu was very extensive and the Restaurant smelled amazing. The Special Menu offered several delicious dishes with the choice of Soup or Salad and a cannoli for $14.95!! What a bargain!! We each ordered something different, Sunday Dinner, Sausage and Broccoli Rabe and Mussels over pasta. The soups were out of this world delicious and flavorful. The food is good but I am dieing to know why every time we order out and order the chicken parm dinner the spaghetti is cut in thin strips so you can't spin them on your fork. tried asking when ordering doesn't make any difference. I have driven by this spot for years until the pizza joint on South ave in Plainfield changed management and the food went straight downhill. I had to find another GOOD pizza joint... Further down was Fabios. The food is excellent and the people and owner! What beautiful people in there! It's so refreshing going there for food. The pizza is the best in this particular area but DO NOT order on a Friday or Saturday evening or a busy Sunday (i.e football Sunday's) otherwise you will wait at minimum and hour and a half for food most likely more. Delivery takes forever as well. There have been multiples times I have gone in there after ordering via the app and they have misplaced by order ticket and forgot to start it. It's not worth the wait. The staff is fine but if you ask questions about your order they can get a little snippy. If the service was quicker I would give a higher rating. Why they need is a bigger store to be able to service a larger clientele to make the food quicker and to be able to sit inside. There is very limited seating space. read more

I Love Fabios Bistro food. Everything I've tried tastes delicious is packaged so it doesn't stick to any paper of foil and is perfectly made to order. The staff is very friendly and delivery is always on time. My favorite subs are Chicken Francaise on garlic bread with extra sauce and also their Chicken Marsala Sub . We're newish to the area the past year or so and have tried a number of pizzerias, Fabio's is by far the best. Their thin crust square pizza and white pie with broccoli are our family's favorites. Today we added an order of chicken parm to our pizza order and wow, it did not disappoint! The chicken was SO tender, sauce was slightly sweet, not acidic at all and generous on the mozzarella! My order was for a pizza pie(large), ziti and chicken wings. I was so disappointed . On the pizza pie the cheese just fell off the dough as if it didn't belong. Came here at lunch time with my wife. I used the slice app as we weren't sure if we would have time to eat it. Within our 6 minute drive we arrive and the food was ready.
