Absolute scum trash. Ordered up some wings and a couple pies late night. The "food" got there about 2 hours later. After I destroyed a whole pie and order of wings myself, I had to lay there and listen to my friend burp for the next 2 hours from this garbagey nonsense. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I've ordered pizza about five times in the last month and have had nothing but good results. The signature pizza is awesome and they deliver until 4am. The guy on the phone was rude and impatient. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, and when it arrived it was cold with no chicken. It tasted horrible. The cost of the pizza was quoted over the phone to be $21, but when it arrived the driver demanded $25. I always tip the driver and I expect to pay a delivery charge, but any delivery charge should be included in the price. I felt like I was being scammed. I called Fabio's back to see if they would help to correct the problem and the phone guy insisted that I improperly ordered my pizza. The whole experience was bad business and my pizza went into the trash. What a waste. I will drive to Lakewood to get my pizzas at Angelo's from now on. read more

We placed a pizza order and called back to cancel because it was taking too long. The owner got upset and stated that we cost him three customers. We still demanded our order to be cancelled. The pizza cost $15. The delivery person showed up to our hotel and still delivered the pizza after we called to cancel. On top of that, Fabio's charged my credit card $45 which was three times the amount for the pizza. I assume I was charged because the owner stated we cost him three customers by cancelling. This is a poor way to run a business and I'm sure sooner than later you'll be out of business with this type of skullduggery. This is unethical business practice and should be reported to the better business bureau. Stay away! read more

I gave them my credit card number and described the pizza I wished to receive. I waited up till about 4:30 (30 minutes after they would have closed) and still had no pizza. I really loved this pizza! Actually, it was the best I can remember in a long while! While staying at the DoubleTree in Cleveland, I asked the concierge for a recommendation. An elderly lady was in the lobby near me, and asked if I would order a pizza to be delivered to her room while I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my room. I obliged her request, and both of our pizzas arrived ahead of time, hot and fresh! She shared with me the next morning in the lobby that she really enjoyed her pizza, too! If I were rating the pizza and wings for what they have at 3:00am, I would give it 5 stars and the best there is. Being a Fabio's Pizza fan since they opened, I can say that thier food has gotten worse. It's probably that they are concentrating on volume as oposed to quality. Fabio's Pizza is still excellent although now an extra cheese pizza is a single cheese pizza. Also, thier wings are not like they used to be. I used to brag to my friends from out of town on how good they are; but, now, I guess they buy thier wings from Giant Eagle and use Frank's Hot Sauce. Instead of getting the shoted 10 wings of now a days, I got 8 super hormone injected wings; they look like drumsticks! My conclusion.......3am, you're hungry for pizza and wings, Fabio's the place. I tried to call this place to get a order delivered to my apt. He asked me what I wanted. I told him I had a coupon for the place and he goes well how do you want to pay. I told him Cash. He told me I had to give him my building code or a credit card number. I offered to give him my CC number so he would deliver but no go! He then repeated back my phone number and told me to never call again. I will never call this place or order their pizza again. I was in Cleveland to go to the old mayo clinic and had no idea where to get a good pizza. The man who works the counter at the hotel my husband and I were staying at suggested Fabios but said it was a little pricey. We live in a small town in Michigan and our prices are a lot higher. The pizza was on time, hot and was handed to us by a very nice man. It was the best tasting pizza my husband and I have ever had. I wish we had one in our town, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I now only make my own pizza and sauce and since our visit to Fabios, I add fresh slivered garlic to our pizza ( just like Fabios)!!! I have got the recipe as close as I can remember as how it tasted. I do not understand other people's problem with them except we did not order so late at night. Truth be told, they have fantastic pizza and if I ever get back to Cleveland it will be my dinner every night that I am there if I can talk my husband into it!!!!
