To order for Pardon My Cheesesteak you MUST do it through the app. If you know what you want, he will take your order at the counter & then you pay at the Welsh Farm register. The menu for PMC is on the wall behind the counter, but that's for the employees to see. A very confusing start. Anyway, I ordered the Chipotle Cheesesteak. I happened to be there when the worker was finishing my sandwich & he said to me "I have bad news for you. There's no more chipotle sauce," as he struggled to get just a few globs onto my cheesesteak. He told me if I come back another day, he'll be sure to put extra sauce on my cheesesteak, & I told him "you never have a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression," but we were both able to laugh about the situation.
