Where do I begin....... I was a VIP member and had been for probably over a year. I ordered two outifts and paid extra for early delivery. Two days after the "supposed" no outfit. So I got on the chat. The attendant gave me some BS line about the shipping time window. When I stated that it said I would have my outfits on Saturday so that wasn't going to be a viable answer. I swear this guy was reading from a script because he just kept repeating himself... So finally I said I'm done having this conversation with you since he was offering zero resolution. An hour later I got an email stating my membership had been canceled. So not only did I not receive my outfits on time I've also lost all of my points. I had over 1200. I then had to chat another customer service rep who also seemed less than thrilled to help me. I swear they must train these folks to do the bare minimum. After doing research she claimed that I only had around 450 points which is BS!! I had more. ( A QUICK GOOGLE SEARCH WILL STATE THEY EXPIRE) They don't really advertise or notify that. That's also complete BS. The agent said that she would give me 50% off one item and refund my 450 points but I would have to re-sign up/ Again complete BS. When I asked why my membership was canceled she said I don't know. Again another BS answer and excuse. The pricing structure makes me feel like I have to mathematic gymnastics to make sure I'm not accidentally spending the most on outfits. Pricing should be more straightforward and it should be made MUCH MORE CLEAR that when you get store credit for items that means you have to pay 'full' price (or full member price) for items (ie that sales don't apply to you because you chose to return an outfit that didn't fit). The people in the King of Prussia store are nice but it feels like I'm throwing my money away with each purchase if I need to return something purchased online. read more

This past weekend I purchased an outfit. It was a pastel/lavender colored sports bra and pants. The saleswoman reassured me my sweat would not show with the fabric. I wore it today for my spin class, and let me tell you- EMBARASSING. Sweat literally showed in ALL the wrong places!!! HORRIBLE quality. You get what you pay for. It's cute to wear casually around, but not good for working out. When I canceled membership via corporate/live chat, the woman had the nerve to ask me to refer Fabletics to a friend. I really like this store! I'm a VIP member here which means I pay $50 a month for a new outfit each month. I just got my second outfit yesterday and they had a deal going on where I got a free sports bra too! The customer service workers are very friendly and helpful, but the shopping experience can be a little confusing because they have to scan each item you bring into the changing room. When it came time to pay, the employee had to go through and ask me what I was buying from the things I brought into the dressing room, since they were all registered in the scanner. It was also slightly confusing to me what I was going to have to pay for with the VIP membership, so the checkout line took awhile. Total scam with a less than secure website. I cancelled Fabletics a couple of years ago and today I got an e-mail saying I had purchased some items at the Woodland Hills store and that I was once again a VIP member. If you send an e-mail reply to the e-mail that was sent, you get an automated message that they do not reply to the e-mails and you have to contact their incompetent chat service. The chat service is useless and waste of time. I think the card I had on file with Fabletics is cancelled and thank goodness as this could have result in many unauthorized charges if my card on file was valid. Do not let this business have access to your credit card because you will prob. be calling your credit card company nonstop. If anything likes this happens, make sure you request a "hard cancel" from Fabletics. I have a feeling Fabletics is violating all kinds privacy laws by having these unauthorized purchases. read more

But MUCH better quality. After receiving my purchase, I quickly canceled​ my membership so that I will not be charged. Fast Forward to April, and I was charged ​a membership fee, only to contact customer service AGAIN to cancel my membership, and of no help, and claims that my membership was never canceled. So I have been charged nearly $150 dollars for an account I NEVER used because I believed my account was canceled. I've been a VIP member for over 3 years and love their products. They are the only fitness clothing I buy. I've been to the Woodland Hills store frequently since it opened and I always have a good experience. I love all the sales and variety of clothing. I used to be 226 pounds. I'm now 170 pounds and no matter what my weight was, I always felt comfortable and cute in the outfits. If I don't decide to buy an outfit during the first 3 days of the month, all I need to do is log into the website and select "Skip This Month". After I confirm I want to skip, I receive an email confirmation and I do NOT get charged any fee. I get emails reminding me that the new outfits are out and to either select an outfit or skip that month. I have never had any issue with costumer service. read more

If they have any type of other discount or sale going on you have two options A: pay the VIP price for products with what's on your account B: pay the amount owed from the sale separate from what you have on your account Not worth it at all. Its been a couple weeks but I had to share! Bridget I think her name was, was amazing. As we're all the sales ppl in the store. I had a special circumstance with me that I'm pregnant and was going to need a little extra help finding the perfect fit. After shopping I never had to leave the dressing room. the sales ppl helped so much and even brought my awesome recommendations that I later ended up purchasing one of. Over all shopping while pregnant is very difficult but fabletics made it a great experience. Quality of all there clothing is wonderful!! and personally if you have a problem with the auto fee, just be responsible enough to cancel it each month it's not that difficult. People calling it a scam is ridiculous, just stop being lazy, be responsible, and pay attention to your billing Cycles. It's really that simple. Love Fabletics! I have to update because I finally cancelled fabletics after a few years of being a member. At first they were good about refunding when I forgot to skip a month (happened 3-4 times) but this month they refused, so I finally cancelled because I had $92 of credit from a return I had that I couldn't get a cash refund for since it came from credits. That's the thing that gets a little tricky...if you bought stuff with credit, you only get another credit if you return. Also, I only need so many leggings and their top selection just doesn't appeal to me. As someone who is larger (size L) and a large chest I like scoop neck tees or v-neck and all of their tops seemed to be geared toward skinny or petite ladies so I end up going elsewhere for tops. They also didn't explain what happens when I cancel well. They said I can still use my credits but didn't say that every thing goes WAY up in price. I know that you can find all this info yourself, but lets be honest that the terms are not straight forward. read more

Don't do it. The quality is terrible. It might seem like a great deal at first, but trust me, the quality of Fabletics products reveals itself after you've owned the pants, tops, bras, etc. for a few months and everything starts falling apart or losing its shape. I wash everything in cold water, no dryer and Fabletics gear just doesn't last. Better to wait for a Lululemon sale than waste your money on Fabletics. All the celebs and trainers associated with it should be embarrassed. Oh, and the customer service is terrible. The exchange/return policy is very tight (30 days) and they will sometimes extend it if you are a VIP member and you beg. But with Lululemon for example, if anything is damaged or loses it's shape, they will take it back even years down the line! Because they know the quality of their own products and they don't hide behind bad return/exchange policies. They don't have to since their products last forever. This review is primarily for the store (not their membership). But yes first off, if you're not familiar with their membership, please look into that. It's already sketchy from the get-go but I decided to give them a shot anyway. The Woodland Hills store, OMG. The customer service of this place is truly terrible. After my experience (2x) here I cancelled my membership right away. I walked in recently to return some items I bought online and look around to see if there was something else I wanted. Walked in and we weren't greeted, but the women (3 of them) said hi to every other person that walked through the door and didn't acknowledge me or my husband once. They even made eye contact with us! They kept asking other customers if they needed help but didn't ask us, and we genuinely needed help to find a specific item. Eventually we give up looking for an item and head to checkout. It was already taking a while as TWO associates were helping 1 customer who was genuinely taking too long and holding up the line. When it was our turn, this other woman in line on the side of us just pops right to the register and we begin telling her she's cutting the line and we were here way before she was and the customer says there's two lines. No honey...there wasn't. The manager and one other associate at the front completely ignore the situation and do nothing to help aid the situation. We got angry with the customer and the customer just acted like she can use here privilege to do whatever she wants. Eventually, we get to the front. The associate helping me was already annoyed that I used PayPal when paying for my online order (like oh I'm sorry that's such a hassle, sheesh!) Since it was a PayPal return the manager gets involved. They take their time, don't apologize for the severe wait (we were there for way over 30 min to do a simple return). My underage daughter signed up for their VIP membership unknowingly. This only means you get charged monthly to get a discount if you purchase something. My PayPal account has been charged multiple times before I realized what was happening as the emails were not coming to me and only appeared to be ads to her. I have been a customer for a few years now - and I do have a lot of positive things to say about their leggings. I do love their quality and fit actually. However, I noticed that I had been charged by Fabletics on my VIP membership for the last 5 months - when I have been faithfully skipping each month in order to avoid the charge. When I called to inquire about the charge they informed me that they "guarantee" that they have not been charging on their end and I should call my bank. My bank did confirm that Fabletics had been charging me. My banker informed me that he does this often with big-wig companies that charge when they shouldn't and suggested that a 3-way call with Fabletics and my bank would resolve the issue - and it did! So within 30 mins Fabletics went from "not seeing a single charge" to seeing all the charges made and gave me a full refund back to my card. Makes me mad that Fabletics seemed "sneaky" about this and I am unfortunately cancelling my membership because of it. read more

I absolutely love Fabletics! I've been a member from the first month they started! I still have some of the original outfits and they have held up!! The quality is fantastic!! I've referred so many people! I've always had a great experience online and in store. I want to give a shout out to Brigette! I had the monthly subscription to the bio program which was fine. I forgot to skip this month (oct) and got charged the 50$ which is fine I knew what I signed up for. My issue is that last month I received a new debit card and I had yet to update my card info on any of my accounts. Yet somehow fabletics had my new card number. How is that even possible ? I feel as my privacy has been violated. That is fraud. And not once did I get an email to update my card info. Cancelled my account and will never purchase fabletics again WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

This will be a mixed review. For the most part, I LOVE Fabletics clothes. Working from home, I practically live in the 10-15 pairs of their legging and 5 or 6 bras I've purchased. However - their website is terrible and glitchy. Items will be sold out when you go to finalize your cart, but then are still showing available on the main page. Twice I've clicked "Skip This Month" but still been charged as somehow that didn't take. You can't easily redeem your credits of offers if there's a sale on - it'll only let you use them for full price items (which I never buy - they're out of my budget). And today I went to put on a bra (Zoey Adjustable) that I love, and the little cheap plastic piece that holds the strap to the band snapped off. I bought it 5 months ago, so they won't let me exchange it, even though it's defective. As much as I like most of the clothes, I'm about to give up entirely. read more

When calling, they kept stating they could not do anything until the product was received, and they refused to look in to if the package was lost, even though it clearly was. The pitch was the savings I could realize, I reiterated that in four moths I had incurred $240 in charges never having purchased any clothing article. Never racing to buy once a monthly release was launched. Never finding anything remaining I wanted to pre order or purchase that was discounted. I remained a member through the current month's end as I planned to let a co worker order items for her chikdren and shipping was free while I remained a member. When I called back to cancel the second time, having confirmed my co worker's shipment was en route, another hard sale, offering me a free $50.00 credit, which I declined. I decided to cancel because one, I had a few months to recovery and two, their items are high priced regardless of the VIP membership. So I asked about it, she said there are NO REFUNDS and that I would need to buy something or after 12 months you would be issued a GIFT CARD. Are you SERIOUS??? You will not refund my own money... Let me just start by saying that I love Fabletics and have been a VIP member since September 2015. I love their clothes and have no problems when I order from the website. Shipping is usually fast and easy. This review in no way represents how I feel about Fabletics as a brand or their website. This review is strictly about my in-store experience at the Topanga store. My mom and I went to the store to check out what they had because of their special where you get two pairs of leggings for $24 if you sign up to become a member. So my mom signed up and bought two pairs of pants. Because she signed up, I received a bonus $40 to shop with. The girl who helped us was named Shanna, and she was awesome. She didn't pressure us, she was super honest, and made the experience really easy and explained how the membership process works to my mom. I feel bad leaving a one-star review and I just want to emphasize that this has nothing to do with Shanna. We didn't have time to try them on, so I had to come back two days later to exchange them for the correct size. No problem. When I came in, a girl named Brigitte helped me. Right when I walked in, she did not greet me, but rather she was busy on the computer doing something and said she would be with me shortly. Okay fine. I told her I needed to exchange the leggings for my mom for a different size and she assisted me with that. Then I had to exchange a bra for myself that I had bought with my $40 credit. I told her I did not like it because it did not have adjustable straps. She proceeded to show me other bras that have adjustable straps and asked another salesgirl to get one to show me. Here is the problem: She asked her to get me the complete wrong size. It was very offensive to say the least. She did not ask me what size I wear in Fabletics, and asked the salesgirl to get me the size she thinks I wear? She just assumed she knew what size I wear and it was like I was not even standing right there. Terrible customer service. This has never happened to me in a store ever. I was appalled. I told her I would look around and check out the different bras. I then got my CORRECT size, exchanged it, and left. The vibe from her was not good and I wish that Shanna would have been there to help me instead. It really goes to show that the experience inside a store really affects the shopper. This is why I prefer online shopping now. It's much easier and you don't have to deal with employees who are offensive. I know Brigitte did not mean to be offensive, but she was and she gives off really bad energy. As a side note, the other salesgirl, whose name I do not know (the one who Brigitte asked to get the bra for me) is very unprofessional. I was in the store two times this week, once on Tuesday and then again today (Thursday). On Tuesday, this salesgirl was complaining right in front of customers about how there was a mistake in the schedule. Shanna will know what I am talking about. Shanna even had to ask her to stop because she was checking us out at that moment and the girl was still complaining about how there was a mistake in the schedule. Today, she displayed the same unprofessionalism when I was at the cash register yet again. She asked Brigitte if she knew if the schedule had been done starting July 19th. It is not professional to discuss these types of things in front of customers. Use your down time to talk about employee scheduling when customers aren't right in front of you. I doubt that Kate Hudson would approve. read more

Fabletics steals money from customers credit card. My daughter signed up for buying some clothes but behind the scene they signed her up for VIP membership without getting her approval. So, when I purchased few clothes for her they charged my card for additional $67. I called them and asked them to refund my money and remove my credit card information and cancel the membership. They refunded and confirmed that membership was cancelled. But after few months as I was checking my credit card, to utter surprise I find Fabletics was charging my card every month for $67. I called customer service again and stupid lady just hung up on me after listening to my claim to refund. I dont trust this company. Be careful and dont give your credit card information to this company. read more

Jacqueline/Jacky is perhaps the worst store manager I've ever dealt with. When I came in today she greeted me with a smile, however as soon as I told her I needed to exchange a shirt and shorts she immediately turned serious and annoyed. She tried to deny both my exchanges stating my new shirt was past 90days (that was lie) it was still within that time period and then she said the shorts were worn since the tag was wrinkly (the shorts are brand new) the tag was like that like that when I bought it. She was forced to exchange my shirt but denied the exchange of the brand new shorts. I was adamant that the shorts are new, showed receipt and she still denied it. I told her to make an exception and she still gave me a hard time, she had a bad attitude and was rude when denying the exchange. If you ever shop at the Woodland Hills Fabletics stay away from Jaqueline (store manager) she's mean and only cares about sells, not the customer. I stopped by this store and purchased a pair of workout pants. I did not want to become a member or subscribe to anything. It was one time purchase and I made sure to let the staff know that. I left the store and within an hour, I started getting a bunch of emails saying, "you're VIP now" and "you're receiving this email because you signed up for personalized matches from fabletics.com" which is not true. I've never visited the website before and I never signed up for anything! So I contacted their customer service and the rep said "you chose VIP option when you checked out". Lie after lie. I told her "I made a purchase at a store. I wasn't asked to choose anything!" and finally the rep said she'd cancel my membership. ???? I just wasted 2 hours of my life figuring out what happened.
