The Chicken Kabab dinner plate is great. It comes with a good portion of rice and cabbage salad. Also good, is the Pomegranate Salad - with greens, nuts, and cheese along with pomegranate seeds. We go there regularly because we enjoy it so much. By the way, the Chicken Lemon Soup is delicious!!!

It was packed at 5:00 p.m., which seemed like a great sign, and it has the feel of a solid casual Mediterranean restaurant. We ordered the beef kebab dinner and the falafel dinner. We requested the beef be cooked medium rare, but when we got home, it was closer to well done. Unfortunately, the beef was quite tough and difficult to eat. We were hungry after our hike, so we ate it anyway, but it was disappointing. The falafel dinner was a little better, though nothing particularly memorable. I was surprised given the high ratings, but after reading more reviews afterward, I noticed others had also mentioned that the meat can be overcooked. Since we usually order takeout, I probably wouldn't return because it's too much of a gamble if the meat isn't cooked as requested. It's unfortunate, as the restaurant was busy and seemed well-liked, but this visit didn't live up to our expectations.

This is one of those hidden gems that makes the San Francisco experience so much fun. The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken Shawarma burrito, and the garlic fries. The chicken Shawarma was juicy, and very tasty. The burrito has a hole was not necessarily my favorite because it needed a little something, but overall it was absolutely tasty. The portion is very generous, and definitely I could make this shareable. The fries... I'm always on the Outlook for the best fries around, and these garlic fries were absolutely delicious. Perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside light on the inside, and just the garlic flavor was amazing. I love the fact that they just didn't dump some jarred garlic on top of some french fries and call it done. Nope these are the real deal. The staff is friendly and I'm glad that I took the recommendations. The store itself is filled with everything you could possibly want. I had originally stopped in to grab a drink, but they literally have things from chips, candy, to grocery items. I love this experience. This is a place that you definitely want to check out, and enjoy some of their good eats!

This is a neighbirhood grocery store with an extensive list of cooked food. Pleasantly surprised they had the fresh hummas I was seeking. I also ordered some lemmon pepper fries to nibble on the way home. Both were yummy...worthy of the stop. That would have probably got me to a 3 star, but they also have these cute drink combos in cute packaging...OMG... what a cute idea. Sounds be great for a few friends drinking without tons of alcohol being consumed. This aisle alone was worth a star....4 star. If you get adventurous around Ocenview... this is a great stop. Thank you for my hummas , Sharine

The lamb biryani was perfectly seasoned with fragrant spices, the beef curry was rich, tender, and packed with flavor, and the garlic naan came out hot, fresh, buttery, and was perfect for soaking up the curry. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, authentic, and made with care. The portions were generous, the food arrived quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. If you're looking for delicious Pakistani food in the Bay Area, this place is absolutely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

The original plan was to grab some lunch items at Whole Foods, but who doesn't want to try a new restaurant?! Walking into the restaurant, it's a little unclear if you order the counter and they bring you food or if you're seated and you order at the table. We quickly figured out that your order at the counter and then grab one of the tables and they will bring you your order. I found the restaurant to be unkept, and most of the tables that did not have customers sitting at them were super dirty. The tables hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer/customers. We had already ordered and it was that quick mental conversation of are we expected to clean the table so that we can dine there or what. Thankfully, a bus boy appeared, and he didn't seem overly eager to want to clean the table that we were standing at but instead wanted to clean one that someone was dining at. It was kind of odd. He took a couple of swipes at the table and it really just removed the food that someone had dropped all over the table. Just not a comforting feeling when you know that you'll be dining in that same spot. Our food came out fairly quickly, and I was super excited to have a good meal. We ordered the lunch special, which included a lentil/garbanzo, bean side, CTM ( chicken, tikka masala), rice, and naan. We ordered one mango lassi to share because we figured it was easier to try it, then order too much. You can always order more, right?! The mango lassi was very underwhelming. It locked through mango flavor, and that hint of tanginess. I just felt like I was drinking warm mango juice. I definitely have had better. With the lunch plate, we upgraded the naan to the cheese naan. I love carbs like anyone else does, but I found this to be basically bread that someone had put curry flavor in with a couple of cubes of cheese. So basically curry powdered bread. Yuck. The CTM, I found the chicken to be very sparse in terms of the portion size, and the chicken was very rubbery. It was overcooked, and I specifically had asked for little to no spice. Apparently that request was ignored. The lentil and garbanzo beans were tasty, but the garbanzo beans were undercooked, incredibly hard, and the flavor profile was really weird. It couldn't decide if it was supposed to be spicy, spicy, and salty, or something in between. The rice was OK. It had far too much fenugreek in it, and again the flavor profile, even combined with the CTM just was a little offputting. The guy behind the counter was fairly friendly, but it wasn't that warm and inviting friendliness. Is this a place I would go back to? No, not at all The one thing that I really enjoyed was the artwork on the walls.

The service was quick and friendly, and ambiance was homey! We got the garlic noodles (which I think might be more of an Asian fusion thing that is popular in the Bay Area), which I enjoyed. There seemed like there was minced crispy fried garlic on top of the noodles. We also had the pumpkin curry, which I have had before in homemade Southeast Asian food, but my friend hadn't seen that before on menus. I love savory pumpkin dishes and I'm glad they had it on the menu. I had also wanted to try a tea leaf salad--this is a touch bitter, but I really liked the balance of textures with some crispiness from the peanuts. I'm hoping they reopen soon!

We were given complimentary tea, ordered Fried Tofu for appetizers, White Fungus Salad, Coconut Chicken Soup, Fiery Spicy Catfish, and a side of Coconut Rice for our party of 4. We didn't wait long for our food, we could tell from its aroma that we were in for a treat (food was delicious)! The sweetness of the coconut rice complemented the heat of the Fiery Spicy Catfish. The portion size of the White Fungus Salad and Coconut Chicken soup big enough for all 4 of us to share. The friend tofu was crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Tommy was very hospitable! He even gave us complimentary ice cream because our friends took us here. Found out that he may be relocating his restaurant soon (by Dec 2025) as the Mercedez Benz dealership beside them would like to expand which means that MB would take over the building space his restaurant is currently occupying. Very clean restaurant, make sure to stop by soon whenever in the Westborough area!
