This was honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I've had. I came on thursday march 19th around 4:30. A black teenager was the one performing the wash on my white ford-150 truck. I specifically asked for a deep cleaning of the center console, and it was left completely untouched--still dirty, with grime, debris, and even coins sitting in it. That alone shows how little attention was given. There was trash and buildup still in the door compartments, dirt and residue all over the floor mats, and dust around the pedals. It genuinely looks like large parts of the interior were skipped entirely. This was not a "deep clean" by any standard--it was careless and rushed. The only positive thing I can say is that the girl I spoke to before the cleaning was very sweet. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for how poor the actual service was. I even used a VIP package coupon, and it still ended up being a complete waste of money. I should not have to go back and clean my own car after paying for a premium service. I arrived for a car wash at 1:10 PM and didn't leave until 2:15 PM. In that time, I watched three other cars who showed up after me, get serviced and leave before mine was even touched. one of the employees finally explained (while repeatedly apologizing) that the manager was in the middle of an argument with her boyfriend in the white truck parked nearby. And was the one working on my car and the work came to a standstill because of that. The employee who helped me had great customer service and did his best to make up for the situation, but it's honestly a shame that the manager's personal drama had to interfere with business. This place is absolutely awesome! Christina, (Nina) at the car wash booth is always smiling & a pleasure to talk to! We usually splurge & get the 'Best Car Wash' which includes both interior & exterior cleaning. It also includes a car air freshener in the $45 price. If you tell them where your cleaning needs are (like extra dirty car mats), they always make sure to take special care in that area. Brandon, the auto detailing manager is also a great guy! On one particular visit when I had accidentally scratched my car (whoops), he charged a reasonable fee ($20) to have his detailing specialist do their best to wax it out! It was an embarrassing situation which Brandon & his crew handled very professionally. A huge shout out to Aden for doing an incredible job! (Whew!!!) Every time I come here, the staff is always great and we come here a lot. The vibe is always friendly, you can tell everyone gets along really well, which makes for a great environment. I took my car to this location today at 12:30 there were two vehicles being detailed I was stoked quick wash.... To my knowledge car washes wash cars. I pulled in to be told my car was to dirty to wash. Mind you one of the vehicles that was just washed was muddy and needed their power washer as well. Per the supervisor that didn't know Brandon the manager had just denied me service. I am now waiting for my car at the Montecito location. Where they happily washed my car. Absolutely do not take your car here at all. It was dead and I just did a exterior wash. I got through the tunnel and there was soap all over the car still. They were supposed to wipe the car down with a clean towel as part of the service. Went through a Dan waited five minutes and no one came over to the car. I went inside and asked for a refund. Ghetto car Wash manager refused. Said you went through the tunnel already. Says he was checking camera and if I was sitting anything less than 5 min he's calling bullshit. I've been a Fabulous Freddy customer for YEARS. Today was my last visit. I am thoroughly disappointed. I can completely respect the need to raise prices in our current financial climate and I completely understand the need to restructure their business model to compete with the drive-thru car washes that are on every corner. BUT. There needs to be value tied to those changes and today there wasn't any. When I pay $45 for an exterior and interior wash, I definitely shouldn't have to clean my vehicle when I get home! When I drive up I wasn't greeted by the customarily cheerful "Welcome to Freddys!" Instead the woman was on a personal call and it was ME that said hello first. Then at the end of the wash bay, the worker that usually puts up their hand with what number lane to go in could barely be seen on the side of my vehicle just waving me to go 'over there'. Not clear where I was to go, I picked a lane and waited to be approached. And waited. And waited. Finally I got out and had to find someone to ask if I should just leave my vehicle. He asked if I was getting a detail and when I said no, he told me I had to move my vehicle to one of the first two lanes. So I did. And I waited. And waited. No one. So I left it and went inside. A mere 15 minutes later an employee came in calling my name. Not proceeded by 'Fabulous' as it's always been. He mumbled under his breath what was done to my vehicle as he walked me to it. I immediately saw there were bug gut spots on my windshield that were missed and asked if they could please get them off. He just blankly looked at me. Not rudely. Just without any emotion. I attempted to guide him because there was no acknowledgment on his part, but he just maintained his blank look. I tipped him and left. My SUV is ten years old. So I'm sit looking for perfection. Just cleaned. My center console around the gearshift had soda spots still on it along with crumbs. The dash console had soda spots and dust still visible and so did the armrests on both doors. Behind the steering column wasn't even touched. Dirty with soda spots. And my AC vents as well. So if you don't want to have to do the cleaning after you paid for it to be cleaned, I'd pick another full service car wash. Disappointed in this place.. I've been going here for 17 years. We have 5 vehicles. We get oil changes next door on all of them and in the end of July I had oil change and then left for vacation for 2 weeks. Once I got back, we had all the crazy rain and finally today I was able to find time to wash my SUV. I had a 50% off from my oil change that they wouldn't honor due to it being 2 weeks over policy. ( which they have honored before but manager said corporate would wonder why we honor this....Honestly no big deal. I went through and purchased the VIP $35 wash when I exited the wash. The rinse cycle wasn't working so there was soap all over my car. The guy told me no worries. I'll wipe it off once they got done detailing the inside. I walked up to it. Gave a $10.00 tip It looked OK when I first got in. I left and as I was halfway back to my destination. I wiped the dash off with my hand and it was dusty, and I looked in my review mirror and my back window had not even been touched. There was dirt all over it dog prints from my dog. I did call back spoke to someone did not get her name and she said she would personally detail the inside, but then we got disconnected and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone! BE AWARE ..... they will damage your paint and take no responsibility! After getting my brand new vehicle washed at this establishment, I noticed damage done to my paint. I called and spoke with a manager and I was informed that their brushes are very soft and do not cause damage. I explain to him that my vehicle was brand new and this was the first wash. He told me because I left the property. There's absolutely nothing he could do about it and kept reassuring me that their washing process does not cause scratches. This was my first time at this car wash. It was a beautiful day and on my home and could not make a left turn to my normal car wash due to construction on the road. Boy am I happy this happened because Fabulous Freddy's delivered with great service. The young girl in the back greeted me with a smile and explained to me each car wash and the prices, I paid and on my way I went . As I exited the car wash I was directed on what lane to drive into and then I parked and went inside the store to wait. You can wait inside or outside, There is seating in both areas. The inside of the store was very clean and filled with loaded with goodies to eat and purchase like any other store-gas station and the help was really helpful. I have visited Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash regularly since moving to Las Vegas over four years ago. The various locations vary strongly in their quality of work. The West Craig location is by far the worst for their attention to detail and overall customer service. This is the third time that my wife and I have left this location with our interior not completed, after paying for a full interior and exterior cleaning. I waited over 45 minutes today and they were not busy at all. Just a bunch of kids moving as slowly as I have ever seen, talking and hanging out the entire time. Unacceptable service at this location. Bravo to the Summerlin Location, which consistently does an excellent job. Be warned not to go to the store on West Craig. Bad & Bougie Not so fabulous Freddy is like a bougie version of your typical convenient store car wash. There was a great deal of young adults staffed to "wipe down" my vehicle after driving through their overly priced wash because I'm way to bougie to do it myself duh! I accepted the few visible water spots on my front and rear bumper because the overall appearance was pretty decent with the $32 wax package. My gripe is the interior that bumped my package up to $32 bucks! The dash was wiped down and the remainder center console was neglected. I'm certain they assumed my car was spotless and did the bare minimum (the dash only). Its pretty disappointing because a young man specifically asked what he should pay extra attention to and I expressed the center console. You know... I haven't been in a couple years since Covid hit. Got an oil change at valvoline and received 50% off the car wash, so I was happy about that. $15 for car wash, vacuum and wipe down exterior and interior. I keep my car relatively clean but thought it would be nice to not have to do it myself this month. On that note, I'd say the overall experience was good. Amazing customer service, very friendly young adults. There could have definitely been way more attention to detail. The girl that cleaned my car didn't even vacuum or clean my 3rd row. I have a Dodge Journey- so, while I do have a 3rd row, the car is still relatively small. She looked shocked when I slid the seat forward to reveal that she missed a lot. Overall, I would absolutely recommend seeing how it was the same price as other car washes and they provide an actual service vs. driving your car through a $20 car wash then vacuuming and scrubbing your rims and dash, etc yourself. ONLY downside- I did have to put a *little* extra effort into the couple things she missed. read more

Came here yesterday. Had to come back because the retailers forgot to do the right side of the car, the windows were so dirty. After the manager told them what to do, they were still confused. Being that they are teenagers I had to take things over. I showed them what windows needed to be done. If you have patients and can give kids grace, the job will get done. The prices went up.
