Was looking for a spot walking distance from where I was staying and chose this salon. We went in the middle of the day on a weekday but still called ahead to make an appointment. In my opinion, it really makes no difference whether you walk in or make an appointment because they will always say they can take you. I kind of think it would be better if they didnt do this because on the day I went there were only 3 people working and nearly all the chairs for customers were full. This meant that one person was simultaneously handling 3-4 peoples nails at the same time making the process a bit long. It seemed decently sanitary but something that was tough is that they were a tad rough and the person I was with got a couple of cuts :( Overall would factor in a bit of extra time when you estimate getting your nails done here. read more

Got a regular mani and pedi - $65. A bit more expensive than other salons but the service was amazing. They took me in immediately even without an appointment and paid tons of attention to detail to every single thing. The chairs were comfortable and everything was very hygienic. I had to leave in an hour so they gave me slippers to wear outside instead of my sneakers. 10/10 service! read more

I came here to get my acrylic nails removed and a gel manicure. This is by far the best experience I've had when it comes to getting acrylics removed. They were extremely gentle and took their time to soak them off/file. My gel manicure came out beautiful and the paint job is spectacular considering I got a light color. The shop is extremely clean and so is their bathroom. I called beforehand and appreciate them sticking to their word when it came to pricing because a lot of places try to switch up on you when you come in. read more

I don't recommend this nail place if you're looking for a dip manicure. I only do dip because of how long it lasts but 24 hrs later the gel top that they put on instead of a dip top coat pealed. A few days after that the dip is chipped and snagging. They also cut my cuticles way too much giving me hang-nails all week. read more

Wife picked her color and someone started on her immediately, it took 10 minutes before someone started my pedi, and the water had become lukewarm at that point. The older woman who did my pedicure didn't acknowledge me at all and finished in about 10 more minutes. My wife's pedicure continued for another 15 minutes (before applying color) while I sat there. we ended up declining the manicure as I was already annoyed and thought they forgot as they didn't even ask either of us about it. When paying, I thought maybe they charged a males pedicure price so it was shorter, but they charged us the same and there's no "menu" so you can't argue with them. They are VERY meticulous with cuticle and nail care, with fantastic attention to detail getting all the dead skin, impacted areas, cuticles cleared; both with manicures and pedicures. If you like being treated disrespectfully and with no consideration, then this is the place for you!! After making an appointment days prior, we arrived on time to be told to wait 10 minutes (no big deal) which turned into 20 minutes waiting outside on a bench in the cold. We were waved inside where we waited another 25 minutes, all while being told they were going to get to us right away. After someone walked in off the street and sat down in a pedicure chair, started getting her pedicure immediately, we went to leave. They apologized and the woman actually said should I come back later and instead of telling her to come back later she started her pedicure & were again told how sorry they were and that they were getting to us right away. 45 minutes too late. Nope. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Went there this week for a basic mani / pedi and my nail technician cut into the big toe on my left foot so hard that it bled. A lot. This, after I specifically asked her to take care and not be overly aggressive in cutting back my nail, cuticle, or trimming any hang nails. I asked her several times to ease up and she kept cutting until my foot bled. Now my toe is swollen, sore, and I'm praying I don't develop an infection. I've reported this to the health department. I'm a middle-aged woman with otherwise healthy feet and nails. Went to see them with no polish on my toes - this should have been an easy job, but they actively disregarded my requests and injured my foot in the process. read more
