What a great find in Binghamton. Tucked away in an unsuspecting parking lot, Caffe del Corso is a surprisingly chic and relaxing lounge. The moment you enter, the atmosphere shifts; the interior is filled with plants, creating a very calm and comfortable vibe. They feature a very well-stocked bar with a wide selection of liquor and craft drinks. I had the espresso martini (which was fantastic), and we also shared a vegetarian pizza. The pizza was decent, but the drinks and ambiance were the real highlights. I would definitely consider popping in again when I'm in the area. It's a perfect spot to unwind. My only wish is that they had a few more items on the food menu!

Finally getting around to reviewing this phenomenal place. Hands down one of the best meals I've had! Everything was perfect from the apps to the wine to the main course. Can't wait to get back again.

Really enjoyed this place. They were sadly out of the pizza but the panini, fries, desserts and frappe were all really good. So glad they have a place like this open. Will be back again. The seating area inside isn't that big so if you're a large party I'd check in with them in advance. Its chic decor and the Nutella donut with orange zest was a hit!

Came here with friends for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is tucked away in Olum's shopping center. The decor is simple and clean. The service was adequate but could have been a bit more attentive. It took awhile for someone to take our orders, although it was very nice that the owner eventually came over and did that. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend the veal Milanese although everyone enjoyed their dishes and for the most part cleaned their plates. The appetizer special was delicious. It was a burrata with peaches, arugula, and candied walnuts. The only complaint anyone had was regarding the steak, which my husband ordered rare but it was medium well. The taste was good, but it wasn't cooked to his liking so that was disappointing. The desserts were good but the slices of cake could have been accompanied by some whipped cream. As for cost, between drinks (3 people had alcoholic drinks) appetizers, dinner and dessert it came out to $500 for 6 people (which includes a generous tip). The dinner prices are on the higher side for the area, but life is short so why not so treat yourself once in a while! All in all it was a very lovely dining experience. If I could give 4.5 stars I would.

It is clean, fresh, warm, and inviting. We sampled the soups, appetizers, wine, and entree. It was delightful. Additionally, our server was fantastic. I read a review that gave this establishment one star. Never trust a review that cannot spell "edible" properly. Seriously.... "Eatible?" Wonderful restaurant.

Tried the dinner service with my family. We were the only customers there for a while (I think this probably had something to do with it being the week between Christmas and New Year with the university on break) and the atmosphere felt a little awkward due to it being just us in this dimly lit place and our waitress being very soft-spoken, and it was also a long wait for our food, or maybe it just felt like that due to the dead atmosphere. The food, when it came, was amazing and worth the wait. I got the spinach ravioli with garlic chive funghi cream sauce and tried a little bit of the spaghetti al frutti di mare. The sauce in my dish had a great flavour and the mushrooms were cooked to just the perfect tenderness. My taste of the frutti di mare was also delicious. I was underwhelmed by the portion size of my dish (5 medium-large ravioli), but the other two pasta dishes were heaping piles of pasta. Dessert was fantastic as always. I would come again for dinner or lunch. I've been back for lunch since my first visit and also stopped by once to grab a dessert to go, and the lunch experience was again enjoyable and a welcome change from other places you can get a quick lunch in Vestal. The dinner experience with sit-down dining service is very different, but I would endure the slight awkwardness again for the good food.

The food I've had here ranges from 3-5 stars. The salads feel a little basic but some of the other dishes I had were extraordinary (e.g., roasted duck polenta special). Therefore, I'd say the food is generally good here, so you probably can't go wrong, but perhaps not everything is a knock-out. I also really enjoy their selection of drinks. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but their lavender lemonade and smoothies are delicious. No tea, though. The service is fine, but the experience is a little bit awkward. You order at the counter and check out immediately, then sit down and wait your food to come out. This works in a fast casual restaurant, but for a sit-down restaurant it causes a couple of issues. First, you have to input a tip in the PoS before getting served, so the customer is forced to figure out a polite rate without the service being given yet (or pay in cash later, if you have cash). Although it wasn't my experience, other reviewers mention that they paid for food and never got served, so this also hurts accountability for the server. They should have a separate process for dine-in if the food isn't being served at a fast casual pace so orders aren't lost. The main thing that brought my review down a star are the prices and the menu. First of all, some dishes are quite expensive for what you get and specials usually don't indicate price, so I ordered an appetizer special thinking it couldn't be that much, only to be surprised it was $20. Similarly, the item names are in Italian, which is not unexpected, but if you don't speak Italian, you'll be wasting a lot of time trying to Google the name of every dish just to figure out what to eat. By adding a short description or translated name in the menu, that confusion could be eliminated. Overall, it's a place I wouldn't mind visiting again.

Worse if you are in a hurry and driving somewhere. Forget getting butter on that bagel! The whole idea behind having take out is you TAKE IT OUT AND EAT IT! Some places, including this location, will, if you remember to ask, butter your bagel BEFORE packing it away but it is hit or miss. This seems to be a corporate directive and I've complained to corporate who seems to not care one bit. Every blasted Panera I go to does the same thing with the only variance seeming to be the hard as a rock butter vs maybe a bit softer butter. I mean even if you wanted to butter than bagel you really can't because the butter is solid and impossible to spread. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS PANERA! BTW, the staff here is FANTASTIC and cheerful and wonderfully helpful. This isn't a knock against them just the way Panera corporate trains everyone. If I have one comment for staff please put the coffee in the dispensers in the same order every day all day. It is seemingly random how this is done and if you come often you get get used to certain things in certain places and then someone rips the rug out from under you and puts the hot water where the coffee belongs. Minor but details count.

Not sure exactly why, maybe too many other options where I do live. Anyway, we decided Panera was it. Parking lot was large, clean and easy to enter and park. Nice outside seating area as well. Entrance to the restaurant was clean and inviting and the display of baked goods in the glass case before us was indeed tempting. I did get two cookies to go for later after lunch. I ordered the half sandwich garden caprese and Mediterranean Chicken greens with grains. I can't decide which was more delicious. The salad had feta. Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, Red peppers. Salad greens, grains and a lovely blob of hummus also a very nice light dressing. The caprese sandwich was really tasty. Everything on it melded into a party in each bite. I'd definitely order both of these again. Brother completely enjoyed his salad as well. I must digress, we ordered, got the electronic alert device and waited not more than 5-10 minutes for our food to be ready. Pretty darn quick and it was all correct. I will definitely consider going to my local Panera once back home. I actually feel like I've been missing out on some good stuff. Again, not sure exactly why I haven't been to Panera for so long, but as the Terminator says "I'll be back".

I asked if I could have the Mexican salsa sauce instead of Dijon mustard on my wrap. My server behind the bar, , (who is also the manager), said no problem, but there might be a few black beans in the sauce, she made no mention of any extra charge for simply using a different sauce. When she gave my check, she had added $5.50 , just for salsa instead of Dijon mustard . When I protested, and asked her to remove the charge, she refused, and was very rude to me. I didn't use bad language, or behave in a threatening manner. A female friend of hers, who was seated at a nearby table, with two men, joined in, and they both ganged up on me. Since I was using a credit card, I had no choice but to accept the added charge. I told her that what she was doing is a practice called "Padding" a check, to beef up the bill. I asked her if this is how she was trained, and her answer was, "I didn't have to be trained, this is how I do things" . I was in the middle of gathering together my belongings, and putting on my coat, to leave, and she came around the bar to my side, and said, "Let's go, you're not leaving fast enough", (Quote) I left, as soon as I had my coat on. She also said that there was a problem, a few days earlier, when I came in for a quick beer, before catching my bus. Well, guess what that "Problem" was ? The draft beer was totally flat, and warm, and all I did was let them know, and asked for a bottled beer instead. I did what any customer would reasonably be expected to do. Before I left, she told me, "Don't come back ". This is horrendous treatment of a customer, especially coming from a manager. P.S. Jan. 15th, 2026 - I am responding to a few points in yesterday's reply from the business owner to my complaint: 1. She said I was expecting an add on for free. This is erroneous, because I didn't even think of a different sandwich sauce as an "Add-On", which it should not be. 2. Saying I added Beyond sausage to my burrito, which is an "extra charge" Again, erroneous, Beyond wrap is $13.25, and Bean Burrito is $12.95, so it's fair to say that they're both the same price. What I actually ordered was the Beyond sausage wrap, and merely requested the Burrito sauce instead of Dijon mustard. What the manager did was bill me for a Bean Burrito, $12.95, and added a "side beyond sausage", and charged me an extra $5.50 for what was supposed to just be the Burrito sauce, which is not in my opinion a legitimate "Side". 3. Saying that I should have asked if there would be an "Up Charge". It's the responsibility of the server to let the customer know, that there will be extra charge, it's not the responsibility of a customer to ask.
