Need to get a second opinion.I went in for just tires.they told me the work van was not safe to drive.I had them try to repair the front end.I have had the same problem with my front end since they serviced it.I had Dodge dealer fix once,Seems Factory Direct tire repaired bolts holding new parts came lose.Then had them fix front brakes.same front end problem came back.they charged me again to fix it.John said warranty had expired.Now Les Schwab is fixing it.John said if I have anyone else fix my van I void their warranty.What warranty?They told me it ran out and recharged me for the same first firepair.Plus told me needed new rear brakes.Went to KC Martin.they inspected.Stated nothing wrong with rear brakes.Look at your repair bill.I went in for front end repair,they added a clutch fan and radiator cap to the bill.I never asked them to mess with my motor.Beware read more

This place needs someone to come in and drive operational efficiencies. I had an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered new brake pads, rotors and asked for my calipers to be painted. I went to pick up my vehicle and they had oversprayed paint all over my rims and tires, so they were going to fix, came back in 24 hours later, all they did was spray everything including my rims with tire dressing, all still there. Took it this time, and realized something was wrong with the brakes, the pads fell out of the clips, rotor it was so hot. Brought it back the next day to fix the wheels and tires, and now had a new issue. They tried to tell me it was fine. Uh, no. Left it there another 24 hours, I called in and got yelled at by Nash, stating "If I were a customer, I would not call, I am busy, so will call you when it's ready". Uh, huh? Horrible customer service. After 5 days, multiple drives in, finally thought I was good to go. Day later, something still wasn't right, took it to Les Schwab, to find out, the just flip the pads, so still fell out in the back, the rotor was warped, and they painted into everything around the caliper. Full remove and replace through them. Will never ever ever ever go back to this horribly run, dismissive, finger pointing, hole in the wall pile. I didn't know about this place until a buddy found out how much I was going to pay at Les Schwab and turned me on to this place. The one thing that put this over the top for me was that they put my spare tire back under the truck. I was completely expecting to have to put it back - and I really didn't care (like I said - that's what I was expecting) but they did - and that's going over and above, in my mind! This place handles the business! My man friend and I bought a set of Cooper tires and a set of Michelin's. My man friend is a real fussy thing when it comes to products, and he tracked this secret squirrel tire shop down. This place has all sorts of tires. It's tricky to find, but well worth it. Flat tire repair? check. Free tire rotation? check. Best price available? check. They beat everyone in price including Costco (who doesn't carry Cooper). Additionally, they are hustlers. They hustle through getting shit done up in there. You can't ask for more. These people are gold star. read more

Went in to have a tire looked at, there was a tear and I thought I needed to replace a tire. The owner or manager came out and took a look and said I didn't need a tire and that it was just superficial. He said he'd love to sell me a tire, but there was nothing wrong with my tire. I really appreciated the honesty and because of that if I do need tires in future ill be sure to take my car here! I just had the most disparaging interaction with the sales manager of this store. I was by the front door of my vehicle while wearing a boot on my left foot for an injury while trying to bandage my right foots heal of another injury when he asked me to move so he could get in his blue GMC Denali and drive away. Caught a nail in one of my tires. Walked in with no appointment. The guys were super friendly. They removed the nail and patched the tire quickly, skillfully and inexpensively. Balancing the exact same wheels, charged twice and turns out it is still shaking bad. They eventually balanced my front wheels again for free this time, and the steering wheel shake is gone at least for now. They explained that if any time in the future the steering wheel shakes again, it should be the aftermarket wheels & tires vendor to be blamed, which is totally reasonable. Other than they are hard to find them (since they are behind/next to the other building), they are very genuine and easy to work with. My ended up taking my MDX's rear passenger tire to repair the flat just one hour before their closing time. They fix the flat right away and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. I will begin saying that we have gone here for years and found the staff honest and nice. Fast forward to this year where not only were they kinda rude to me (when there is a customer standing in front of you - you don't answer the phone that is ringing without addressing the customer!!) but I am pretty sure that I got COVID from these a$$holes. There were 5 different staff members without masks at various points in the tiny lobby and 2 customers who entered and no one told them to mask up. Why would they say something when their masks were frequently around their neck? Bottom line - the company doesn't care about the well being of their customers and staff. Where I work we have KN95 masks and shields and we take the time to wash and gel and care about our clients. We all eat lunch in our cars to keep eachother healthy. Not these guys. Yes the prices are reasonable but now I have to use my PTO at work for COVID and endure who knows what other symptoms so really these "cheap" tires ended up costing me a lot. I've needed to replace my tires and rims since last summer. I kept putting it off because all the quotes I got were seemingly high. I wondered if the places I went to to get prices from we're trying to rip me off. Ugh. Not a good feeling. Finally, a guy at the Costco tire center steered me toward this place when I told him I didn't feel comfortable shopping for tires because I had no idea what I was buying and I didn't want to get ripped-off. I finally went in (with my ex-husband by my side) to Factory Direct to check out their tires and pricing because I could no longer drive with my crappy bald tires. Wow. I wish I would have known about this place sooner! It's a hidden gem. Not only did they have everything I needed in stock, their prices were WAY lower than every place else I went. I was surprised. The service was really good. The guy who helped me didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable by trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. Factory Direct Tires was suggested to me by a friend of mine who knows his car. People there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Impressive speed and quality of work. Even when I falsely doubt that they damaged my wheel, they remain positive and showed me that's not the case. My mechanic recommended I see these guys for an alignment job for my old Toyota Land Cruiser. I ended up buy a new set of tires as well, as the old ones were questionable at best. I received really great, prompt, service in both cases, unlike experiences I have had at some of the big chain tire places in the past. I also like the fact that the quote I got at Factory Direct included the entire job, all at a very competitive price. Avoid Their trailer tires. They sell towmaster trailer tires. They have a history of blowouts and Factory Directs does not understand or want understand that their selling junk tires. Their warranty sucks. I purchased 4 trailer tires from them. Had two blowouts. within 5000 miles and both blowouts were within 15 miles of each other. Had to go to BBB for any adjustment. Their great people to work with until you have a problem. Its never their fault. read more

Had a set of tires shipped there from Tire Rack for our '09 Fit, called to set up a time to get them mounted/balanced the day after they arrived. Talked to Nash and he said to just come over and they could get them done. Went down and had all 4 mounted/balanced + replacement TPMS sensor in under an hour. Friendly staff and decent waiting area. Will likely use again when the convertible needs new rubber. read more

Used them twice and twice had a problem that did not seem probable. First time, was shown wildly bent wheel, even though the car tracked fine before bringing in. No, look, they say, and show me a crazy wobbling wheel on their spin stand,. They 'fix' at my expense then the car has subsequent shaking at highway speed! Go back in, they supposedly find problem with one of the new tires they sold me.....hmmm. No, I am pretty sure it was to tweak the rim they may have bent to get a price upgrade. Use them one last time for another car to test if it is them or my bad luck. Another problem: Auto tracks hard to the right after new tire installation, old tires were not worn irregular and auto could be driven previously with no hands at 70 it tracked so perfect. Initially, I thought the 1970s old-school vibe of this store could be a plus, but it leads to a lazy vibe among the installers I believe. With my life and those I love riding on those wheels? Discovered a flat tire when I got to the car to go to work. Lousy way to star the day. After putting the spare tire on, I called Factory Direct Tire Sales to see if they could help me in a hurry. (I decided to get two new tires anyway, since two of the tires -- one of them being the flat tire -- were old.) They said to come right over. I fully expected them to sell me other services I didn't have the time or money for (since I was horribly late to work as it was), and was ready to shoot off a list of reasons why I don't need the brakes/shocks/tuneup/whatever. No need to develop a list of reasons and brace myself for an onslaught of sales tactics! I got there, said that I need two new tires, and they immediately produced a list of three options/prices for good/better/best tires and gave me the freedom to choose. No hardcore pressure to buy the most expensive option! They were done in 35 minutes, didn't pressure me to buy other services, and even put on the spare tire and its cover on the back of my Honda CRV. (Putting the cover back on the spare, which is attached to the back of the CRV was a nightmare, but they did it!) I was on my way to work 40 minutes after I brought in my car, I wasn't broke, and I am very happy with the entire experience instead of leaving in a defensive mood, which happens when I leave other service centers (from the sales pressure to purchase overpriced services I don't need). I'll gladly give up the "chance to win $500 in beef" or "buy three tires and get one free", not to mention the nasty "you'll kill a family on the highway if you don't have xxxx service performed today with us which is another $800" pressure tactics (the last one coming from the Honda dealership). I only needed two tires, and I got that *quickly* at a great price. Oh -- and everyone is tremendously friendly. They proved themselves to be trustworthy, which means that I will be getting my brakes done there... read more
