Good selection of products, terrible service. Understaffed. Two hours for a tire rotation? A $1,700 set of tires and wheels that I bought from the Lynnwood store last year? (May 2025). It seems that once you've made a purchased, you're bumped to the back of the line at this store. I've been here three times in the last eight months and every time they were short-staffed and a project that would take 30 minutes takes HOURS here. Absolutely not recommended. Go to the Lynnwood store instead, they know how to treat customers--even repeat customers. Or, if you are in the area, the Burien Store (about 17 miles south of Seattle). Edmonds store? Never again. I had a flat that was slowly leaking and took it in for a repair. It was losing about 2-3 PSI of air about 10 miles or so. They took out the nail from the tire and then said they couldn't fix it since my tire was supposedly self sealing . Now that the nail was out and they didn't patch the tire, it wasn't drivable anymore. They tried to sell me a replacement tire for ~$150 now that I couldn't drive away from their lot anymore. read more

I took my vehicle to Les Schwab to have a warranty repair done on a break caliper. First off, a break caliper should not fail after two years, my originals lasted 35, if that says anything about quality of parts they use. I was told at the time of this post that both front calipers and brake hoses would be replaced. They weren't. Third is where it really gets bad. I pulled off the front passenger tire to discover that the rubber brake hose was twisted and making contact with the tire, and in the 5 miles of driving i had done, had fully worn off the lettering on one side of the hose. One of the first things you are taught when installing break hoses is to never twist them, as it jeopardizes the hose and can lead to it rubbing the tire. Upon inspection they also hadn't replaced the pads, which had been damaged due to the caliper failing, with cracking and bad checking. I called les schwab, and they were understanding about everything up until the brake pads, they told me pads don't get damaged from heat. well... this pad has a chunk missing from it... so.... I will never take another vehicle to les schwab again, and will proceed to tell others to avoid les schwab. read more

Marketing ads always indicate how helpful they are. I went in this morning with a flat tire. They said they would try and squeeze me in but had no time estimate. After an hour and a half I simply got my key back and went to the dealership. Not going back to Les Schawb. I will pay more to know a time frame rather when we get to it. Did not see that I mattered at all to Les Schwab. Would not recommend this location. read more

Getting a flat is one thing. Getting a flat with an infant is the worst. My tire was slowly leaking so I took my car to Costco. Long story short- it took them over an hour and $12 to tell me they couldn't fix my tire and to take it to a Les Scwab or Tire Discount because they didn't sell my kind of tires and I would need to buy 4 new ones instead of one at those two other locations. I easily scheduled an appointment online at Les Schwab the next day. Rihannan was amazing the minute I walked up with my baby. She helped me right away, took one look at my tire and said we will be able to fix that instead of get a new tire. And you can't just replace one tire since I didn't get them there! (They're the tires that came with my car when it was new) Deceived by Costco! The service was timely, courteous, and cost effective! I'm brought to tears! Brought my truck in because my battery had died and AAA advised that I would likely need a new one. When I dropped my truck off, I told the staff there what had happened and what AAA had said; they told me they would take a look at what was going on and give me a call. 2 hours later, I was back in my ride, with a fully charged battery. Turns out I didn't need a new battery--and while a lesser establishment might have put one in and charged me for it, Les Schwab took the time to assess my need for a new battery, and in the end did not charge me a cent for their time. I called in and he had me pull right up checked my tires checked the tread and a chance to notice a few great things about this location noticeably; FREE WIFI AND FREE CELL PHONE CHARGING. 1) Don't go here if you have a Volvo. Go to a Volvo dealership. Les Schwab will tell you all your tires need to be replaced when you just need one changed. After getting a $1500 quote to change all of my tires, I went to Sandberg Volvo and they said only two tires needed to be changed and it was nowhere near $1500. 2) Old, white, and male. That's who they are responsive to. I walked in there (note: I am none of those three qualities) and stood at the counter while a worker just tapped away on her computer for a good 5 minutes before she said "I will be right with you...". Waited another 5 minutes. There were two people behind the service desk typing. No one else waiting at the counter. After my keys were taken and I sat down she went back to the computer and started typing away again. Old white guy #1 walks in and she immediately jumps to her feet and says "how can I help you, sir?". WTF. Old white guy #2 walks in and says he wants the pressure/air on his tires checked and she tells him to pull right up. I waited more than 40 minutes for an assessment. Where they told me all the tires needed to be changed. NO. Will never go to this location again. May never go to Les Schwab again. read more

We came in, bought a battery for our Toyota 4runner. Was told it will be under warranty. Took it home, 3 days later, my uusband tried to install the battery to find out battery was leaking acid. Took it back to the store, was told by front desk and store manager that there is nothing they can do about it. I have been customer since I moved to WA in 2009. I was driving down the highway tonight when a sharp rock flew into one of my wheel hubs and started making a terrible loud scraping noise with ever tire revolution. I wasn't sure what it was, but drove to Les Schwab in desperation. The people there immediately took off the wheels and dislodged the rock without charging anything. They quickly found them from a vendor, couriered them from Burien and got my tires done the same day! My first call was to BMW service. Told them in detail what I needed. Came in to get the tires and struts looked at on my car. I was told by the gal at the desk that it would be a 30 minute wait with one car in the bay. Got a call 45 minutes later by Corey with quotes on the cost of tires and the struts. Confirmed the tires I wanted and said I'd think about the struts. He said the tires would be done in about 45 minutes. Went back to the store and waited 10 minutes at the empty counter. Corey saw us there and came in from the bay. Told him I wanted to do financing for the struts, and he gave me the application. After an hour total, the tires were done. Bryan, the store manager, ran the application through and I waited another 30 minutes to finish up with him. No one was in the store again. One of the employees came inside and sat down at a computer in the rear of the office, so I got his attention and asked for someone to help me wrap things up. He said Bryan was the only one who could help. After another 10 minutes, Bryan came in and told me he would be with me in 5 minutes. He went to help another customer who had also been waiting. 25 minutes later, Bryan called me up to the counter and the transaction was finally completed. I like Les Schwab and have used them for years. This one is short staffed and disorganized. Corey was great and they need to hire more people like him. read more

Thank you les schwab for being available last minute! I called 3 different discount tire locations and there was a 1-2 hour wait for all of them. I decided to give les schwab a shot and they said there was no wait and they totally saved me! One of my wheels had a crack and the air was constantly leaking so I had to change it with my spare. It was only about $7 since I was using a tire that I didn't purchase from them (no biggie). All the staff were friendly, including the person at the front desk. There were a lot of places to sit while you wait and a tv to keep you entertained. They also have vending machines, complimentary coffee, tea and popcorn which I thought was very nice. I literally only waited 5 minutes and I was ready to go. Definitely coming back here! read more

What a dream of an experience. I was concerned that my brake pads were worn down and dropped my car off at this location. After the free break inspection, the kind folks informed me that my pads were fine - it was simply a result of the type my Jetta has. The honesty and kindness shown to my totally unknowing self was so refreshing. They sold me nothing and took nothing from me. So nice to see in a service center. They explained the whys of my car function and were just overall so pleasant. When something is actually wrong with my vehicle or needs any sort of tune up, I will always bring it here. I've always had a positive experience here. They are always helpful and I don't ever feel ripped off. Recently, my husband came in to get his tires checked because one of the tire pressure kept changing. Tire was not purchased here. They took it out and checked it and couldn't find an issue. They leveled out all the air pressure for all tires and didn't even charge him. We will always prefer them over any tire shop. Only reason he didn't buy his tires here was cause they didn't have it. Took my boat trailer here to do the simplest things on earth . I came in no one in sight 20 min later some guy who had a terrible scowl shows up and is far less than helpful I listened as he rudely dismissed another customer. Then I asked him to simply change the tires and repack and replace my wheel bearings . They changed the tires it took 3 days they Grease my bearings don't repack don't replace also don't use marine Grease. I show up to get it the lady is also hella rude and doesn't give a crap that they didn't do at all what I wanted . I go to get the trailer it's out back with another trailer blocking it . I go to jack it up .... Oh look they took my blocks and chalks now I have to hand move the very heavy trailer to even get it in a position I can pull it out of there from. Place has help wanted sign out front I can see why. I've probably been to 30 les Schwab locations on my life by far this one is the worst this is the land of IDGAF. Just my two cents my advice find another location. Wack staff that don't care. read more

The technician name J**f is such an asshole, he did a terrible mistake to my boltjoint, that he not suppose to do, because it causing my car in high risk of getting an accident. And the worst thing, he hide it from me, he didnt tell me that he cut the bolt and leave it without the pin as a locking mechanism. Bring my car to this place is a nightmare. read more

My Mother had a tire blow out on the freeway early this morning. She is deaf and so I typically help to set up appointments for her. I called Les Schwab and spoke with Jerry right away. He was very nice and VERY understanding of the situation. I was able to get an appointment set up for the same day for my Mother. My Mother arrived at the location later that afternoon and was helped right away!! Since Jerry had helped me set it all up, all my she had to do was show up!! I mentioned my Mother is deaf - so things like this can be difficult for her to do. I am beyond thankful for people like Jerry, who go above and beyond in customer service. I called the location after my Mother had left and spoke with Erin since Jerry was on a test drive and asked her to please thank Jerry for his amazing and prompt help! I hope you see this Jerry! Towed my 2007 G35 into Infinity of Lynnwood for diagnosis. Was given an estimate of over $10,000 to make necessary repairs on this vehicle valued at 5k. The primary reason was a need for a front hub assembly. Service said the busted bearing destroyed my front brakes also. To get this car on the road repairing those two items was over $3000. I smelled a rat. I towed my car to my local Edmonds Les Schwab who replaced the hub assembly for under 500. They also reported my brakes as being "almost new". Les Schwab knew what the other shop wanted to do the work and remained honest about what was necessary. I've always gone here and this is just another reminder to the "why". Thanks read more

I don't claim to be clairvoyant, okay, yes I do. So, one morning as I'm getting ready for work I get this thought in my head that I simply can't shake, that my car isn't going to start, and that my battery is dead. So lo and behold, I get out to my car, and my car won't start, inevitably it is the dreaded, precognitive dead battery I had been worrying about. The nice neighbor guy jumped my car and I headed straight to Schwab to have them check it out. They took my info and keys, and offered me a seat. A few minutes later I'm informed that my battery is, yup, really, really dead. They go over the available options of batteries they have in stock, I pick one, and 10 minutes later I'm paid up and out the door. In and out in 20 minutes flat. Schwab is the creme de la creme of superior customer service. Every location I've been to just shines. If only all businesses could be run with this sort of speedy customer satisfaction. read more

Newest location, as they had to relocate from Shoreline to here in Edmonds on Hwy 99, granted that was a while ago. I came here to check them out as Costco pissed me off for the last time. Discount Tire across the street in Shoreline was UBER busy and didn't do front end alignments so I took the short drive further north to Edmonds. Thinking back about this purchase, I should have gotten the alignment here and headed back to Discount tire, oh well lesson learned. I'm a BIG fan of their great customer service and I just love my "free" beef, the prices were rather expensive for what I got. I think my "free" beef was about $157 a pound in reality.... I paid more here for tires but they are more of a one stop shopping experience, as they do alignments, brakes, and a variety of other services, for which the prices of their other services seem to be in line with other automotive garages in the area. I've come back a few times now for my "free" tire pressure check, to keep the warranty valid you have to visit at least once a month or so. Costco is the same way but good luck on getting the tires checked during the busy hours, which is most of the time. At Les Schwab I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Les Schwab = failed multiple attempts. Had some brakes serviced. New brakes were noisy+gritty, so called and was told there is a break in period. Noisy+gritty brake sound continued so returned and customer service said pads weren't set properly but then were fixed. Noisy+gritty sound came back, so returned and they said the brakes look fine and asked to reschedule for a more thorough investigation. Returned again and they said that they couldn't find anything wrong. Eventually took it to another shop, the mechanic determined something was wrong with the L.S. brakes, so Les Schwab's brake pads were replaced (still a lot of pad left), and the noise went away. My new brakes also operate more smoothly. Les Schwab = over priced + poor technical proficiency Go to Discount Tire or Costco for tires. Plenty of other shops around for brakes. read more
