DO NOT get your hair cut by Sharon unless you want to leave the store crying out of frustration like I did. I usually don't leave reviews, but this haircut was so terrible, I don't want others to have the same results as me. I decided to go to Sharon because my friend recently went to her and my friend's layers were really nice. So i also went in asking for layers (even gave her 2 picture examples), but the results were horrendous. Completely choppy and uneven. She even left me with a mushroom head on top and then it's just long on the bottom. Not much in between. My hair is now completely top heavy. She did my short layers way too short and kept on going back to cut it even shorter to try to fix/hide her mistakes. Left me with a very blunt, straight cut short layer that I can't even tuck it behind my ears anymore because it won't stay. My whole top section of my hair is the same length. She also thinned out my hair even though I never asked her to do such a thing. I have no choice but to wear a hat and ponytail until my hair grows out. On the otherhand, my friend got her hair cut by Kevin, and it came out beautiful. If i were to ever step foot in there again, it would be because of Kevin's work. Note: I had called earlier in the week to make appointments for my other friend and I to have same time appointments for haircuts (me with Sharon and my friend with whoever else was working). However, come the day of, we get there and none of them were expecting us and there wasn't a second hair stylist for my friend, which the person failed to mention to me when I called in. It took about 2 hours to finish getting a haircut (she was doing 2 other customers' hair at the same time as mine -__-) and my friend was suppose to be after me, also with Sharon since she was the only hair cutter at the time. But it took so long, that Kevin came in to start his shift and took care my friend which ended up being a happy blessing for her since her hair came out really nice. Bottom line: -Even though you make an appointment over the phone, don't expect them to have it on file -Go to Kevin if you're looking for a great haircut read more

Sharon is the only reason why my daughter and I drive from San Diego to San Gabriel to get our hair cuts. We found Sharon through a dear friend of ours. We've been admiring our friend's hair cut and style for a while and finally asked her who's responsible for the amazing looking layers that makes her hair shimmers and dances as she moves. Factory hair salon is a salon with professional and experienced stylists. Even after they moved their store, I followed factory hair design here! My stylist kevin always gives me the cut that i want. Ive always been a loyal customer at factory hair design. now that they moved to a plaza, its a lot more convenient because theres so many parking spaces. I dont have to worry about street parking and its next to restaurants as well as a boba place and an internet cafe. While i'm waiting for my turn, i can grab something to drink and eat or go upstairs to play games until its time for my cut. read more
