Faels was a very good restraurant. Now that it has been bought by The Hungry Tummy it is still very good and the additions to the menu are quite good. The eggs were a bit to watery and yet the bacon was made quite well with a good amount of crutch and cooked just right the pancakes were strawberry and they tasted just like strawberries should taste like even though it was more like just a paste and sauce poured on top of the pancakes but the pancakes themselves were not burnt and soft and fluffy and good size as well and for the sausages which were pork links were way too dry and tasted a bit bitter but overall the whole meal was edible and better then some places also service was quick as well plus server was nice that's why I give them a 3/5 read more

Places that both don't make something remarkable, and don't make something you cannot cook yourself. These places exist for when meeting up with a friend or two, or one the only thing you have left in your fridge is ketchup and sour cream. This morning, I found myself having a completely empty fridge. No eggs, no meat, and no cheese. I had a little bit of veggies, but none of them suitable for breakfast. Thus, I decided it's time to pay Fael's a visit, My first time after living in Quincy for four years! As I suspected, Fael's has pretty standard breakfast fare at reasonable prices. I ordered the Fael's Omelette, which comes with home fries. The home fries were fresh and crisp! Too many places have soggy, steamed potatoes, not the case here! As for the omelette, it was well balanced in amounts of ingredients, and cooked nicely. Finally, the service was friendly and prompt. Looking for an open.place to eat breakfast or lunch after arriving at Boston Airport driving to cape cod. Landed here basically because it was open. Slow morning, several diners and empty tables. Service is slow. One waitress one cook from what we could tell. Basically took about half hour from time seated to being served. The clam chowder was good. The Caesar salad was disappointing, basically romaine lettuce, some grated parmesan cheese, a couple croutons and oil and vinegar dressing. The fish and chips was a nice size. Nice taste. We were greeted & served by a charming woman named Janea, who left us wanting for nothing. Coffee always full, satisfaction ensured throughout. The Fael's Combo of eggs/bacon/sausage/pancakes-or-french toast was my choice. This plentiful plate was fantastic. The meaty scramble was our other entree, and it was a real treat. I mean i've had better, the food was alright it started having a strange after taste. My expectations are set pretty high and I'm a pretty picky eater. It's a pretty cheap or mediocre places to eat at. The service was amazing, he was super playful and kind-hearted. The ambiance of the places was very soothing and had a very much of a coffee shop vibe. It was very nice and organized as well. Though the place slowly got crowded a bit. We decided to try this new spot for breakfast a few weeks ago for take out. Was quoted around 20 min and our journey here is around 25 min, we even stopped to get coffee first. When we got there, there were several other parties also waiting for their take out order. We were told it would be another 10 minutes or so... many 10 minutes past. My husband checked in several times, even overheard kids dining in exclaim "FINALLY! The food is here!" I honestly wanted to give up on waiting; our baby was getting increasingly fussy waiting for so long. We finally get our order of 2 medium rare steak Benedicts and a side of corned beef hash over a hour after placing our order. The cashier told my husband to mention the order of 2 steak Benedicts that took too long for 50% off our next order. When we finally got home to eat our food, it was actually quite tasty. Fast forward to today, we decided to give the place another try, maybe since it was so new it was still working out operational kinks? Called to place a take out order and mentioned what the cashier told my husband and was put on hold several times. Then the "manager" comes on the phone and tells me there's no evidence of what was said (so I guess we're liars now) and said she can't honor 50% and offers 25%. It's not about the discount but about the fact this establishment doesn't honor what they say, I guess we should've gotten something in writing but we just wanted to get out of there and go home after waiting for so long sitting in their parking lot. If they don't document and own up for things they voluntarily offer then they shouldn't have said anything to begin with. We rather not take the chance again if they don't honor their word and bring our business to other establishments that actually have it together. Happily paid full price for delicious Benedicts elsewhere that always has their orders ready in 20 minutes max. read more

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and seem to know all the regulars including me and my two kids. We always go for breakfast so the food is nothing super special but we always finish every bite of our plates. Never too crowded and even when it is there I've never waited for a table, everything just runs smooth. I don't normally write reviews anywhere I go but this place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My husband orders two chicken and waffles for take out today.(10/17/2024) I go to pick it up repeating the order and the employee at the counter (Gabrielly Alves) repeats it back to me. I then proceed to purchase the order and head home. When I get home i open the bag up to eat the food and there is no chicken. Just 2 waffles, I just spent 20 bucks for 2 waffles?. My husband calls back and the lady at the counter has an attitude on the phone as we are telling her that we didn't get what we wanted. I then ask if her boss is in and head there. When I get there the lady has me waiting there for 10 min and proceeds to take two other customers who came in AFTER me. I'm furious telling her that this is not how you conduct business.. she's giving me all types of attitude yelling at me saying "we are busy" every time I ask for her boss. Her boss finally comes to the front and he is VERY professional and proceeds to give me a refund on my order apologizing on her behalf. As her boss is telling her to stop she still continues to talk over him. I then get my refund and proceed home. As I am driving home I get a call from the lady's personal phone and when I pick up she is calling me all types of bitches and hangs up. She completely VIOLATED MY CUSTOMER RIGHTS taking my personal number and harassing me. My husband tries to call back and talk to the manager and she says "he's busy" and hangs up on my husband. I then go back to the store demanding I talk to the boss and he assured me that this matter will be dealt with and that the owner is aware. However she was the only server at the time so she could not be fired but I pray that she does not work here anymore as I will be checking and speaking with the owner because this is UNACCEPTABLE! The ONE time my family and I go to try some place new and this is what happens ?!? Violation of customer rights is an automatic termination. i pray the owner handles this. read more

I've never been here but decided to order delivery and give it a shot. This food was absolutely gross. The only thing remotely decent was the burger, which they still overcooked. The blueberry pancakes were blah, needed sugar. The cobb salad was mostly white pieces of romaine and only a couple slices of chicken (see pic). The worst part however, were the onion rings. They were absolutely disgusting and I couldn't even eat them. We open them up trying to find the actual onion and they were basically all batter (see pic), no onion at all. Those are the nastiest "onion rings" I ever tasted. I really debated giving just one star but considering the price is so low and the burger was edible, I gave them an extra star out of KINDNESS. There are much better breakfast places but if you're super lazy, nearby, and want something cheap, I guess this could be an option... I guess ‍. They don't have a ton of things for breakfast besides eggs. So I'd expect they'd take the effort to make homemade home fries not frozen fried ones. read more

We love this breakfast place and get delivery almost every Saturday morning. It's always prompt and still hot when it gets to the house. We decided to try this place from DoorDash during quarantine and we were not disappointed. I get the egg meal that comes with meat, toast and home fries. The home fries are so good and the eggs are always cooked well. My boyfriend loves the different eggs Benedict meals. The avocado one is his current favorite and he usually gets a side of bacon too. The place was awful, first off they have 2 people running the entire dining room, no bussers to help clear tables which backs them up, there was a language barrier between our waitress and I, which when you want your food a certain way WILL cause issues. I got charged extra to have eggs over easy instead of scrambled, which makes no sense because the scrambled would've had American cheese over them. The place was just garbage, frozen out of the freezer home fries, it was dirty, my wife's western omelette was boxed eggs with a pinch of frozen peppers and onions folded in.
