Love this place. We tried Maulana burger, zinger, chicken nuggets, and philly chicken. Each item was delicious and flavorful. My little one is very picky and chicken nuggets were just right. Seasoning was not spicy and yet flavorful. I was happy to eat the left over from my son. Order took about 30 minutes but I was expecting it and happy with it as long as food was delicious. Also, the owner acknowledged that their order fulfillment can be faster and suggested I call next time before we go. I respect the fact that they acknowledge where they can work better. This restaurant is a waste, the management here likes to argue. I ordered a chicken sandwich, they sent me a beef one. I called to notify them, gentleman was waiting for my call explaining to me there's a price difference of $1, I'm already paying $13 for a burger with fries. Overly priced, the worst fries of all time. There's always an awkward cashier whose so stingy to give away condiments even when you're paying $60 for a meal of 4. I rather go to italian express. Just went there and tried their food for the first and very last time. First off the service was terrible she acted like she didn't know what to do with a customer and when she took the order and brought it back to the cooks she looked lost. This was suggested to me by my uncle, so I went with my family and I loved everything we ordered. Let me start by saying the molana burger and the mango habanero wings were my favorites!! So good. We were really looking forward to this place with all the good reviews. If you enjoy frozen patties charred to taste like cardboard...this is definitely your spot. Threw out my burger after 2 bites. Ordered the Molana Burger twice and the taste and presentation was consistent, which is key! My first thought was that the burger was made as if it were made by a brother.. We went in very excited because word around town was that they have great burgers. Honestly, the Mulana burger and cheese burgers were very dry and over cooked to the point that it was hard to swallow. We ordered about 12 burgers and the only ones that tasted good were the Zinger burgers. They had a lot of flavor and that's something we will definitely come back for! Was overall happy with this restaurant. I had heard good things from friends so I decided to give it a try. The appetizers are made in-house which is great (I have enjoyed the mozzarella and fried zucchini sticks). I can't speak to the entire menu but the Mulana and Crispy Fried Chicken burgers are great. The fries that come with the burgers could be better, but they aren't a deal-breaker. I was also pleased with the customer service. The owner seemed very genuine and cared about our experience. After eating-in she asked how our food was and seemed open to suggestions which is important for a new bussiness. I do think there are some improvements that can be made to the experience. Some of the menu items could use a brief description (like the Mulana and Fahrenheit786 burgers) so the customers know what they are getting, and the wait times could be sped up. If you're eating-in, I recommend calling beforehand with your order so you can bypass the wait. That being said, I've never waited more than 25 minutes for an order which is reasonable. This will be a place I visit often, and I've recommended it to many friends and family with enthusiasm because the food is great, the prices are fair and the people are genuine. read more

I've been going to this place since they were still called Agees, on Wilson in Chicago. The new location tastes exactly the same as I remember from 10 years ago and brought back many nostalgic memories. The owner and his wife are some of the nicest people, the food tastes great, and the new redesigned ambiance is tastefully done. Very fair prices and only high quality ingredients are used. The philly cheesesteak and Maulana burger are two of the best items on the menu and must try if you haven't. When you go here, just recognize that it's not a fast food restaurant, and all the food is made fresh when you order. You won't get your food as fast as McDonalds, but it will taste 100x better. I'm still living in Chicago, but anytime I'm in the west suburbs, I always make sure to stop by for a bite. read more

Doesn't look like much when you drive by... ...and it really isn't. Initially, I was going to give it 2 stars, but I felt bad because I want to support a local, family-owned small business. I WANT to give it 4 stars, but it really isn't worth anywhere close to that. I ordered a maulana burger and the bottom beef "patty" was thin and EXTREMELY leathery (to the point that I legitimately thought it was like chewing a boiled leather belt). The fries were somewhat undercooked, we had to ask for things that should have already been there (e.g. water pitcher was lukewarm and mostly empty, napkin dispenser was empty, ketchup containers were close to finished) and there were generally just many small things wrong with the place that made it overall a not very good place. I think most people who are saying that the food is good were probably just very hungry. There's a lot of places, halal included, that are better than here. TL;DR Food is not that good and it is definitely NOT worth the wait, but I suppose that the pricing is alright (8.95 for a reasonably large burger with fries). EDIT: Forgot to mention, but I did not try their wings. Don't know if I will return here to do that, though read more

Their food is good but the service is terrible. I have had 2 bad experiences so far and don't go back unless my husband is really craving their chicken burger. My main problem is that they have a consistency issue. Good food doesn't mean anything unless you can produce the same thing each time. They have been known to burn their food (multiple items in one order) and never satisfactorily resolve any customer complaint. read more
