Brought the Audi in for an oil change and another piece of work that that I was quoted between $600 and $700. I mentioned a faint smell of antifreeze and I told them which they should already kjnow this car has a close looped Antifreeze system. They said they would put a $25 liquid in to look for an plus leaks which I was fine with. I go to pick up my car and Derek presents me a bill for $992.97. I tell him thats not what I was quoted. He says he doesn't know , mumbles something about mechanic time and the guy I spoke to is at lunch. You want me to wait? My wife has dropped me off and Im stuck so I pay the bill. Multiple times since that they have texted me to see how the car is running and Ive asked them to address this issue. RADIO SILENCE. Its a shame that you would burn a 10 year relationship over $300. Reading the other negative reviews it seems this is the way they run their business. Obviously I will no longer be a customer. I found them through a friends referral and that's how businesses like this grow. They've forgotten this and now Ive gone back to my network and have two more referrals.
