Don't go here. Just don't. I was impressed by the reviews but the product was a supreme let down. For some reason this area hasn't figured out what pizza is supposed to taste like yet. You're better off getting a take and bake from a grocery store. The wings are low quality meat and an odd middle ground between fried chicken and a traditional hot wing. Just a little bit of breading that gets soggy in the sauce. The pizza was very tough and not very pleasant. We just had pepperoni and jalapeño so it's not like we had some off the wall specialty pizza with too many toppings to taste the pizza. I'll say it again, don't go here. I never will again. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to Bainbridge Island than drive the 5 minutes to this place ever. read more

Been hearing great things about this place for awhile now. They don't deliver in our area (they deliver to east Bremerton, Silverdale, and Brownsville), and they're not in a super convenient location, so we've always opted for something else. But I happened to be running errands in Silverdale and thought I'd pop in to grab dinner on the way home. I was greeted quickly and warmly the moment I walked in, and was given time to figure out what I wanted. The gal working the counter told me about their special for the day, as well as pointed out their sizes (12", 16", and 24 cut) on the wall, and a menu taped to their counter so I didn't have to crane my neck upward. I ordered a 16" two topping pizza which came out to just over $16 with tax. She told me it'd be about 15 minutes, so I went to wait outside at the few tables they have set up. In about 10 minutes time, one of the workers brought me my pizza and wished me a great day. The pizza smelled fantastic. In fact, I was drooling the whole way home because the entire car was filled with the smell of bacon and cheese. When I got home, it was still hot. They had packed in a couple covered cups of parmesan cheese and red chili pepper flakes. While the pizza looked great, it was pretty run of the mill. At 16", the 8 pieces were huge. I'll give them that. Definitely big slices that could feed more than 2. But the cheese was bland and chewy (not gooey), the bacon was basic, and the pineapple was sour. Not in a rancid sort of way, but typically pineapple on a pizza ends up being quite sweet (which is why so many people hate it), and this was not that. The crust had no flavor either, but had a nice chew to it. I ate a slice of it for breakfast the next morning, cold, as good pizza should be awesome as cold leftovers, and it was far too chewy and blah tasting. Perhaps popping it into the oven for a few minutes would breathe some life into it. It wasn't bad pizza, but for the price, I could have gotten two medium two topping pizzas from a nearby chain that are packed full of flavor. I hate to say that because I love supporting small businesses when I can, but I'm sad that Helene's was not everything everyone said it'd be. Maybe it was an off day. Great speed of service. Pizza was done in no time, got the veggie pizza, hot wings and breadsticks. Read a lot about this place and it had a a lot of hype. I liked the breadsticks, pizza was good and wings were very average. Great customer service, clean and nice. This place is good. I think Toad House, Tessio and Brooklyn pizza is better, but really loved the staff and speed. It is worth a try and you won't be disappointed. read more

This is the BEST pizza place in the area! Forget Pizza Hut and dominos, this place makes my type of pizza. The mozzarella cheese is so perfectly melted that it strings off as soon once you pull one piece out of the box and The crust is both crispy and soft. I don't usually like eating my crusts BUT their dough is so good that I ALWAYS eat the crust. I always order from here and I'm never disappointed. Zero stars. Placed delivery order at 4:00. Called at 5:30 to check on order. "We're really slammed and you are 30 minutes out of our delivery area. But I confirmed order is with driver. He'll be there soon." No, we're not. We are 10 minutes away. But maybe he's covering. 30 minutes later still no pizza. They wrote down the wrong address, which IS 30 minutes away. In a different town and zip than what I gave them when I placed order. Demanded refund. We'll see if they can handle that. read more

I live several blocks away, yet have not had any issues with delivery. Usually, I place the order and walk to the Asian market at the end of the building to shop as it is prepared. The pizzas seem more old-fashioned than those at commercial chains. By this, I mean there are less flavor-enhancers and bizarre additions. I especially like the vegetarian pizza, which reminds me of the kind of pizzas I used to have as a child. The wings were very good as well. I gave this place 5 starts because for the price, the big square pizza with multiple sections of different toppings is unbeatable! When you're feeding a large crowd you'll still have leftovers. They were very helpful and polite over the phone even though I'm sure they get asked a billion times, "what's that big pizza I saw online?" Make sure you go to the right location there are two I believe. Super friendly, food is always awesome and they even have a generator for when the power is out so you can still get great food.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THIS IS SOME FANTASTIC PIZZA! The people that work there are so kind and helpful. This is pizza crust is simple you can tell it's not frozen because they don't have to do anything crazy or over the top to make it taste good. The price is right with this one. Took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised. Silverdale Spiro's was closed as they are usually my go to place when I'm back in town - (Silverdale). Surprisingly really good pizza. Kind of hard to find off of Central Valley Road. This place comes in a close second behind Spiro's and is a little bit cheaper! Reminds me of old 80s and 90s pizzerias that have a few arcade games in them while you wait for your pizza, stacks of plastic red Coke glasses, and little round pepper/parmesan shakers. I was getting tired of the same crappy pizza joints in town (prob just like you). So I yelped pizza and found this place. It's not near my house, it's not convenient to my normal driving paths but as I found out during my first pizza-worth going out of my way to get. I have ordered on 3 different occasions. Each time the pizza and service was perfect. The crust has that great "tear factor" with a tender/ sweet taste. Perfect amount of toppings and a sauce which isn't to bitter yet not to sweet. They don't use corn meal on the bottom to keep the pizza from sticking, which is nice so u don't get the overwhelming feeling of sand in your mouth. I believe they use racks to keep the pizza from sticking. $14 for a large. Try it!! read more

Called and let the them know that I was looking to for a new pizza place and she let me know I found it. She was right!! We got 2 large pizzas with cheese extra cheese and sausage and pepperoni and Parmesan bread sticks. The sauce was more zesty then sweet which I prefer and the toppings were delicious.
