    Sold brand new vehicle with problems & didn't tell us there was issues

    Purchased a brand new expedition and it's been in service for almost a month. First time on the freeway and the steering wheel and seats had a horrible vibration. We asked to have the wheel balanced, they said No. I had to take them on the freeway myself because they didn't believe me. Service guy notified me the vehicle had a previous complaint because of a vibration and they sold me a brand new vehicle with previous issues. They end up balancing the wheel and damaged all 4 wheels. They order new wheels and every wheel they receive is damaged. I don't even know if the vibration is fixed and now I'm waiting weeks for a third set of wheels to be delivered not damaged. Thankful the service manager is really trying to help but the problem isn't solved and spent $90,000 with no car in my possession. I bought the car because I'm having a baby and now my baby is due and I don't have a car and I'm out almost $90,000.

    I had a great car buying experience at Fairway Ford and will definitely recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a Ford! Jake helped me get the exact model I wanted and for my budget. He wasn't pushy at all but really worked hard to get me the deal that fit my budget. I financed my new Ford Maverick and Alex did a great job making it easy and explaining everything. For anyone who is scared of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, the Fairway Ford team will take that fear away. Thank you again Jake and the Fairway Ford team for a great experience.!

    Dont trust these people. Saw a vehicle on Autotrader sent an email to inquire about its availability. I received a response that it was. The following day received an email with a price for the vehicle. Made an appointment to see the vehicle. Road tested it and everything checked out. Headed inside where things went south quickly. The vehicle was priced 3k more than the email I received and 2k more than Auto trader. I showed the sales person the email I had he replied okay no problem please send me the email and I'll show to my manager. 20 minutes passed while I waited to from him to talk to his manager. He returned and told me my email was a mis-print and they couldn't honor the price. Go elsewhere. Unethical behavior here.

    I got in a bad car accident last week and desperately needed a new car, but was still feeling pretty unsure and upset about it all. In my search for a car, I communicated with a contact I had- Will- who works for the dealership and he immediately started helping us look for exactly what we wanted. From the second we got there, everyone at the dealership-Ernie and several others- were extremely helpful, kind, and good to work with. I looked at several varying dealerships in the area and was honestly treated the best and dealt with best here at Fairway Ford. They put the least pressure on me to sign, the least amount of back and forth with the deal, etc. They answered a ton of questions, let me drive several cars and let me have freedom in the route I took near the dealership with it-all to make me feel sure I got a good feel for the car. After looking and test driving and being given excellent service, I was able to work out a great deal for an absolute dream car of mine! All the men I worked with here were excited for me, stayed late to finalize the deal, detailed the car, and made sure I left smiling. They have an awesome selection of cars-I'm partial to their broncos-and my family has had good experiences with their maintenance crew as well. I am so excited to be driving this 2025 bronco both on the way to work and off-roading in the desert.

    I went in to look at a used vehicle I found online and ended up having a very smooth and easy transaction. After having a bad experience at another dealership, it was refreshing to deal with a team that was honest and straightforward. I traded in my Dodge Durango for a Dodge Challenger they had listed, and with the help of my salesperson, Jeff, the process went perfectly from start to finish. Assistant Manager Dave was also very helpful and professional throughout. I highly recommend asking for Jeff and Dave, both are honest and great to work with!

    Ford Flexing! She's just what I wanted, despite the 5+ hours of car sales torture.

    Going into the process of buying a 2026 RAV4 Woodland PHEV, I was honestly skeptical that any…read moredealership in 2026 would give a straightforward deal on such a high-demand and recently-released vehicle. Between markups, forced dealer accessories, and waitlists, I expected the process to be frustrating. Instead, David Blumenthal completely changed my perception. I had been speaking with David since November 2025, and throughout the entire process David was transparent, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Most importantly, David committed to getting me the vehicle at true MSRP with no markup and no forced dealer-added accessories - and he actually honored it! All just to get me back from a decade-long affair away from Toyota due to previous negative dealership sales tactics. David even arranged a dealership-swap so I could get the exact color and port-installed options I wanted, which honestly made the car feel custom ordered despite Toyota's allocation system. When the vehicle was finally on the way from port to the dealership, David handed me off to Luis Solares, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth the transition was. Luis was friendly, responsive, low-pressure, and extremely accommodating throughout the final steps of the process. Luis protected the vehicle so I could be the first person to drive it after returning from a family trip, kept me updated constantly through text/email, and made the final sales experience feel personal instead of transactional. Honestly, I did not expect the whole process up until this point to be as smooth as it was. No tricks! Even during the overly-long finance-manager wait and endless document process, Luis was outside making sure the vehicle was cleaned, charged, fueled, and ready to go. The next day, Luis even coordinated getting my charging cable back to me after I accidentally left it behind. At the end of the day, I got one of the first Woodland PHEVs in the area at EXACTLY MSRP (plus normal taxes and fees, duh!) - no games, no pressure, and no surprises. If you know anything about the RAV4 market over the past several years, you know how rare that is. In our lane, the car in front of us had not even gotten attention yet, nevermind us, one car behind them My second issue is when making an appointment for an oil change we we quoted 1 hour. Then getting here minutes before our appointment time, we were quoted at least 2 hours. Also, when we originally bought the car here new, we we told we'd get an additional free oil change because it took them 4 hours to get the car here when they said it was just down the street. That was a lie, the car was in the desert 2 hours away. That 4 hours was our salesman driving 2 hours out and two hours back. Even after we kept asking what it taking so long, the head salesman told us the car will be here soon. We'd ask when over and over again when will it be here, and we kept being lied to. I have zero trust in this dealership and I would would shop elsewhere and service elsewhere. You have many choices, be smart and go elsewhere.

Within just one year of ownership, I…read morewas hit with thousands of dollars in repairs that no buyer should reasonably expect so soon after purchasing a vehicle. Since buying the Jeep, I've had to replace the left and right cylinder head gasket, thermostat, water pump, water pump gasket, oil cooler assembly, spark plugs, and battery clamps. The vehicle developed persistent engine stalling issues, misfires, coolant loss, white exhaust smoke, and transmission-related problems. I was later informed of transmission fault code P0732, indicating potential transmission failure, and have also had to investigate replacing the crankshaft position sensor in an attempt to keep the vehicle running properly. I understand that used vehicles can require maintenance, but the extent and severity of these repairs after only one year have been extremely disappointing. I trusted Blackstar Offroad to sell a reliable vehicle, and instead I've spent a significant amount of time, stress, and money (thousands) dealing with major mechanical failures. I'm not writing this review out of spite. I'm sharing my experience in hopes that future customers can make a more informed decision than I did. Please do your homework, have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing, and make sure you're prepared for the possibility of unexpected repair costs. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from Blackstar Offroad. I was truly excited and worked hard to make the purchase but the financial stress and emotional burden of not having my vehicle while it was going through multiple shops to confirm and execute the repairs was definitely not worth it - I definitely learned my lesson not bringing a mechanic with me to inspect the vehicle before the purchase. 'Please inspect people, don't trust these dealers they won't tell you everything'.

We proceed to walk to his desk he shows me a gla amg 35 I told him no I want a small coupe. We sit at his desk he finally explains what amg is and any model can be amg since it's a package. I was very upfront when I went to see it that I was not going to purchase that night but Christian still took the time to show me the Bronco and we even took a test drive. As I drove home Christian texted me to see if I wanted to maybe come back and purchase but I told him I wasn't ready yet. He was very respectful and didn't keep calling and waited on me. Which I respected very much!! So 2 days later I texted him and purchased my bronco!! Christian is such a nice guy! I would buy a car from him anytime! The girl that did my finance paper work was so sweet and so funny .. she had this great laugh I loved it! The service manager is also a pretty awesome guy!! I could go on and on... This dealership as a whole is just awesome!! I had a great experience here and they are veteran owned which is a Major Plus!!     Buyer beware. I believe the sales manager's name was Mark -- a heavy-set Latino gentleman who…read morehandled the price negotiations. On Friday, February 28, at around 7:00 PM, I went in to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was advertised for $38,060 (see photo). During negotiations, Mark insisted I had to purchase paint protection, LoJack, and several other add-ons totaling nearly $7,000. I declined multiple times, but he claimed the items were already included in the price -- something I later confirmed is not legal to force on a buyer. He refused to move from a price of about $45,000, despite the vehicle being listed around $38,000. I ultimately walked away. After leaving and doing some quick research, I returned to the dealership and informed him that mandatory add-ons are not allowed. At that point, he changed his story, saying the products were already installed on the vehicle, then provided yet another price including LoJack, claiming it was already in the car -- which did not appear to be true. In my opinion, this felt extremely dishonest and misleading, and the entire experience came across as very shady. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle here to carefully review pricing and question any forced add-ons.

Nobody is perfect, but where Harbor truly separates themselves is how they handle issues. Their warranty department is second to none. They also offer multiple authorized service centers, which makes it easy for end users to get in and out quickly--unlike some other vendors that require customers to return to the original manufacturing facility for repairs.     Man I hate to leave a bad review but I had to do to customer service, I called up wanted them to do…read moresome freshening up my utility box on my truck. Mind you I have two utility trucks. Harbor makes a great product, great boxes but today I was very very disappointed. I call and asked how much for for a locking bar that closes all the boxes like a master lock. Last week dude told me 2k or around that for installing one on an existing box and to call to Schedule it in, i would have to leave my truck. I was like cool! I'll have them do some new locks etc etc. Well I called to day and they said no we don't work on our older product or install anything on the box after they leave the shop. I know that BS cause I know people who have had work done. But after reading all the bad reviews I have to agree, they SUCK at customer service. I'll just have to find a custom fabricator to build the lock bar, everything else I'll do. Like the old saying goes "IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT YOU'LL HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF. Too bad I really like their boxes.
