At first I was scared to get them done because I didn't want something too thick and dramatic, as well as being afraid of allergic reactions (since I have very sensitive eyes and skin), however as I was getting them done, I felt no itchiness or irritation. The store is very clean, simple, and beautiful. It was my first time going here after looking for different eyelash technicians. A friend recommended this place so I gave it a try. The technician was really nice from the beginning to end, asking me what style I wanted. I went for a long 1:1 lash ratio that was perfect for my Cancun trip and gno evenings where I knew it'd be hard to keep strip lashes on for long. I was scared that the lashes would irritate me once they grow out but they have not, one bit. Mind you they have lasted my week long cancun trip where I was constantly in the water and forgetting I have lashes on so I rubbed them so much (remember not to do this though girls)! She even accommodated my request to put lashes on the bottom which turned out amazing. She warned me they would not last long but I still have them on over weeks of mistreating them. Go to Annie if you want beautiful, natural, or even dramatic lashes that will feel light as a feather and not irritating. I've gone to other places where I could feel it poking my eyes so badly that it becomes puffy and red the day of and after that I have to get it removed. So glad I went to this place! Honestly, give her a chance to make your lashes look beautiful without the irritation of clumped mascara. The beauty of eyelash extensions is "I woke up like this!" This is my first time getting eyelash extensions. I wanted a natural look for work. After reading the reviews, I booked an appointment with Tina. It was easy to book online with a $20 deposit. There was ample parking in the plaza that the store is located in. The store was clean, quiet, and serene. Tina put me at ease, asked if I was comfortable, and did a wonderful job. I love my new eyelashes and booked my fill appointment for 2 weeks. I really hope the lashes hold up and maybe can stretch to 3 weeks. This is not going to be a cheap treatment to maintain but if they hold up well, lessen the time to get ready in the morning, make me look more bright and alert, and allow me to not have runny/smeared mascara by the end of the work day, then I think it will be worth it. read more

I had usually had a great experience here, but my 3rd time in was not what I was expecting. I had a horrible time finding a date that worked, and had to still even as a repeat customer pay a deposit - that wasn't included in my final payment, even though I was told it was. I also made doubly sure that I came in within less than a year of my last touch up, and even asked over the phone beforehand to confirm it would only be the touch up price. Imagine my surprise when she charged me the full $600! I had just been in around 7 months prior and was getting my touch up bc I was moving out of state! When I brought up to her that she had told me approx $250-300 she said based on my eyebrows she had to spend the full amount of time - and I wouldn't have had an issue with that, if she herself the time before had not gone over them lightly and quickly. Why should I be charged more bc the last appointment she charged me full price, and then did a short quick touch up "you're eyebrows are still very good, and we don't need to do your liner." Honestly over the course of 3 years I feel very taken advantage of and I do not recommend. My total overall has been a mixture of $650-$750+ tip + deposit of $50 approx every time I came in... You be the judge. My entire sleeve and chest pieces have cost me less. read more

I'm so glad I waited until my brow microblading touch up appt to post this review. I was initially happy with the results of the first appt with Annie but the ink faded very quickly and by the time my 6 week touch up appt came, I was already having to pencil them in again daily. I was looking forward to my touch up to get them looking good again but I had an awful experience today. First of all her two coworkers were in the room and kept talking to her while she was working on me and distracting her. That should have been a red flag but I trusted her and let her keep going. It's one thing when you're getting your nails done and the nail techs talk to each other but that should not happen when you're getting tattooed! When she was done and I saw my brows I was not convinced. They looked sloppy and very different from each other. I tried to stay positive and suggested that maybe she add a few more strokes to even them out. She added a few more but I still wasn't convinced. Her coworkers came and backed her up saying that they looked fine. I paid and went to my car and really looked and them and they were obviously so different and sloppy. I went back in 5 mins later to let her know that I wasn't happy. She again told me that they were fine and to not worry. I went home and just stared at my brows in different lighting and I was even more convinced that she messed up big time. I called her and asked if I could come back to get them fixed and she said that I would have to pay again and come back later if I wanted them fixed!!! I literally called same day!!! I am in disbelief at the service I got today. Now I'm stuck with this brow shape until they fade. Thank God it's semi-permanent and they'll fade with time and I can use brow product to even them out until then. But what a waste of hundreds of dollars! I would not recommend this place, especially for something so serious and long lasting like brow microblading! read more
