Our actresses were fantastic! They were so good at interacting with the kids and keeping them engaged. To my little girl they were her new best friends. And she wasn't the only one impressed, I think almost every adult came to me afterwards to say how impressed they were with the actresses. Shout out to Elsa (Camille) and Anna (Amy) for bringing the magic to the party. Behind the scenes I'm not sure if I was working with Tammy the entire time but the management team was also excellent. They answered all of my questions, including some more complex issues regarding some family members with special needs. I highly recommend this group for princess parties, and honestly with how my daughter keeps asking for Elsa and Anna to come back I may be hiring them again!

During the crown ceremony, my daughter got shy with all eyes on her, and Cinderella was so considerate of her feelings. She made the moment magical without any pressure. It was by far the most perfect way to celebrate my daughters 5th bday. I could not have asked for a better "Elena" to host the small gathering of her DayCare friends. One of the things I found for most companies is that the pictures on their websites don't necessarily match the characters that show up (as I could tell from their Yelp reviews). And I know it's got to be difficult to keep the same actors on roster, but at least come close. Pic Me Entertainment was spot on. No complaints there. As for our "Elena" (aka Jocelyn)...I could not say enough. From the first time we spoke on the phone to the actual meeting at the bday event, she was very charismatic and super kid-friendly. She is in character the entire time (even in down time) and has the personality of Elena to match. Disney should hire her! She kept the kids entertained and the party flowing. But most important, my daughter was the happiest with her favorite princess in front of her. The on-line sign-up process is so painless. The timing of it all is punctual. And the prices are pretty reasonable. Overall, I will be recommending Pic Me for a very long time and using them in the future.

So this was a very confusing and negative experience. The packages are listed as "Activities…read moreinclude" but found out afterwards that those are just examples and the princess is just a "guest" that you would have to manage. There was no communication from the princess when they arrived about any planning so we paid for them to just sit at the table the majority of the time. We messaged the OC Royalty after in confusion and were told it was not their problem. That the princess was not the host. The website is confusing because it lists each package with more "activities" (which are just EXAMPLES) so we thought we would be getting more. That is NOT the case unless you plan it out. TLDR: Do not expect any "activities" to occur unless you are managing the person coming. They will not do anything unless they are told. Would not recommend this service.

They were punctual, professional, and kept the kids engaged the entire time. The activities were so well thought out. The performer did face glitter for the kids, taught them a fun choreographed dance that they performed together, and led a great game. They ended the visit by singing Happy Birthday, which was the perfect touch. All of our guests were so impressed. I even had multiple parents mention to me that this character did a much better job and was far more engaging than other performers they have seen at parties from different companies. The actresses got bombarded by all of the little princesses the minute they entered our party venue, and they immediately got down and connected with them. - They were running a few minutes late, but that was clearly communicated and they stayed later to make sure that we got our full allotted time. A few things to note: - This company operates entirely on Instagram, so you book and communicate via DMs on Instagram - Payment was requested via Venmo - The contract was very clear with what was expected (chairs and tables needed, etc.). It was just sent the day before, so would've loved it a few days prior! The only thing negative that I have to say is that the booking process included suggested tip amounts and the option to tip ahead of time. I don't mind that they gave me the option to tip ahead of time so I could do it via digital payment vs. cash the day of. However, the tipping culture is just what rubbed me the wrong way. We ended up tipping over the suggested percentage because we were happy with the service. I just don't like people telling me what to tip! I feel like that goes against the concept of a tip. I was very afraid of who was coming but when I saw her, OMG she looked perfect. There's this sweetness and innocence to Rapunzel and she was all that and more. The heart wave started that day, but she didn't mind staying outside with the girls. Her makeup looked amazing still and the heat never seemed to bother her (unlike the rest of us). Poor thing went through storytime with a million interruptions, most not even related to the story hahaha-these are 4 year old girls. But she was graceful and kind to every interruption and stayed in character the entire time. Even when she saw Eugene's picture she said "they never really can get his nose right." I loved it! She did the crowning of the birthday princess before we sang happy birthday, and for an additional $10 we got a crown and wand set for the little sister! I highly recommend going through Ever After Princess Events for your next party. After the first initial step of signing documents, you won't hear from them until a few days before the event. So don't worry! I kinda freaked out a bit with me being the person who likes to have control of the party details.
