I got sent here from David bridal next-door who was unable to provide you with any measurements even though they're helping facilitate the tuxedos. Their staff was so so friendly here. They helped me get all the measurements I need. Even direct to places that could help me. The place was busy. It looked like there was plenty of selection if I could fit in anything right at the front door there was taken additional 30% off, so I'm sure there was good value. My biggest compliment of them is the people there that we're working really cared and were jumping around helping people so I would recommend this store hands-down.

Instead of helping him find something to try, she responded, "Yeah, but it's not going to look good on you." She then told him he could try a 2X (their smallest size according to her), but repeated that "it's not going to look good on you." At that point, my husband turned around and left. The entire interaction was extremely rude, dismissive, and unnecessary. We came into the store ready to purchase a suit, and instead of receiving assistance, my husband was repeatedly told that nothing would fit him or look good on him before he was even given the opportunity to try anything on. Regardless of whether an employee believes a particular size or style will work, there is a respectful and professional way to assist a customer. Making someone feel unwelcome or uncomfortable about their body or size is not it.!We left without purchasing anything and will gladly take our business somewhere else.

The body shaper turned a yellowish color with black stains on the front and back. I called Sandra and wanted an explanation, it looks to me like she sold me this very old body shaper. When I went to buy it she said I have this white one and it's the only one on sale meaning 20 dollars less. Well now I know it's obvious she wanted to get rid of it. Sandras exact words from that phone call were. "The reason it turned that color is because it's your body oilsyour toxins. I told her I have bought other body shapers and I have never had that problem. She said well that's you it's not my shaper. I paid over $100.00 and no guarantees.
